Chapter 618: Chapter 308 Warning, Warning, Unable to Kill!_1

"He’s been bitten by the King; there’s no saving him now!"

A’xin wouldn’t let Dae Jang Geum go, "While those people are all attacking the King, let’s run away quickly!"

Any later, and it would be too late.

"The King is the first generation of zombies, the people he bites shouldn’t be infectious. In any case, this is the first time I’ve seen such a sample, I want to try it!"

Dae Jang Geum shook off A’xin’s hand.

As long as people are alive, they should have some pursuits, and Dae Jang Geum’s pursuit was to become a Big Doctor, saving many, many people.

"You’ll die doing this!"

A’xin shouted.

"Then let me die!"

Dae Jang Geum grasped Li Taewoo’s arm, trying to drag him to the side, but her strength was too weak, and she was sweating profusely in anxiety.

"Xiba!"

A’xin cursed and charged over, "Let me help you!"

Dae Jang Geum and A’xin, these two women, clearly looked like peasants, Li Mingzhe didn’t care at all about such ants, his gaze was fixed on An Jinxi.

"Chief Jie, he’s going to run!"

Li Mingzhe shouted urgently, although he didn’t know why An Jinxi had taken down the palace, this man was a military commander with heavy fists, he must die.

"Johnny, Hank, go kill him!"

Jie Susi instructed. His arms were covered with a layer of silver metallic coating, leading his members in a battle against the King.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The King took a heavy beating, flesh, pus, and crusts of blood all splattered out, the stench of decay grew even stronger.

Whoosh!

Suddenly, three thick vines sprouted from the ground, entangling the King’s ankles and causing him to stagger.

Jie Susi advanced, pulling his right arm back to the limit, gathering all his strength like a tightly-drawn crossbow, and struck out.

Divine Grace Activation, metal hammer!

Bang!

Jie Susi’s silver glowing fist hammered into the King’s face, shattering half of his cheek and exposing the cheekbone and teeth.

The King was sent flying, crashing to the ground.

The subordinates seized the opportunity and charged forward to deliver the killing blow.

"Die!"

Catherine, with her reddish-brown hair, was the fastest, reaching him first. With a ting, her rapier pierced the King’s head.

But the King didn’t die. Like a reanimated corpse, he sprung up rigidly, his head scraping along the blade, leaving behind disgusting green pus.

"Watch out!"

Jie Susi bellowed.

Catherine put strength into her right hand and slashed horizontally.

Whoosh!

A gaping wound was sliced into the King’s head, but he didn’t die, instead spewing out a cloud of toxic zombie mist from his mouth.

Whoo!

The toxic mist exploded rapidly, engulfing Catherine.

Catherine immediately held her breath, but unfortunately, it was useless. The mist penetrated her skin and seeped into her body.

The King pursued.

Catherine moved quickly out of the toxic cloud.

"Are you okay?"

Howard looked at Catherine with concern; he liked this woman and was the quickest to rush in to save her.

"I’m fine!"

Catherine responded.

"Stand back, I’ll take this!"

Howard faced off against the King.

Jie Susi, hearing Catherine’s voice, knitted his brows, sensing something discordant. Catherine was usually warm, always smiling before speaking, but now her voice was cold, mechanical.

Could it be...

"Howard, get out of the way!"

Jie Susi yelled, better safe than sorry.

"Get out of the way of what?"

Howard didn’t understand the reason for this command but trusted Jie Susi. He was about to distance himself from the monster when he suddenly felt a piercing pain in his back.

Thrust!

A rapier emerged through his chest.

"Why..."

Howard looked down in horror, recognizing the blade as Catherine’s.

Whoosh!

Catherine drew the sword back out, drove it through Howard’s head, and with a flick of her wrist, threw the corpse at the approaching Jie Susi.

There was no need for Jie Susi’s warning by then. Upon seeing this scene, everyone quickly moved away from the spreading green mist.

This thing could control people.

Catherine attacked the others.

"Chief, what do we do?"

Everyone was at a loss. Surely they couldn’t kill Catherine? After all, there was still a chance to save her, but continuing like this was too passive.

"Statue of Liberty, never retreat!"

Jie Susi roared, "Kill them!"

This King was so powerful that he clearly was the final boss. Killing him would yield the ticket to the next stop.

And if they retreated now, they’d have to face him again later. Better to charge through!

"Johnny, Hank, quickly take care of that guy!"

Jie Susi urged.

Li Mingzhe was frightened by his father’s appearance and hastily retreated, planning to take his men to pursue An Jinxi and also to avoid the blood battle. But after just a few steps, a silent Feather Arrow flew in, embedding itself in his thigh.

Ah!

Li Mingzhe screamed, collapsing to the ground—it was that raggedly dressed hunter woman who had shot him.

Panic-stricken as she rushed him, he blurted out, "What... what are you doing?"

"Your Highness!"

The subordinates with Li Mingzhe all charged at A’xin.

"To kill you, to avenge my people."

A’xin gritted her teeth, firing arrows in quick succession, determined to exchange life for life.

So this guy was the Prince.

The armored zombies that An Jinxi had created were all selectively strong and robust, fed on human flesh. They wore heavy armor, including helmets, with only their mouths exposed—unarmored to facilitate their feeding and biting of humans.

Even the Goryeo army couldn’t stand against them, but today they were up against the God Hunters.

For Johnny and Hank, these armored zombies were formidable, yet they posed no threat. With Divine Grace Activated, they were ready to go on a killing spree.
