By reflex, Xie Jianyu turned his body to the side so that the kick hit his waist instead. The omega winced in anticipation of the hit that never landed.

The spear’s tip burrowed itself into the ground, sending red threads of light into the sky. The threads formed a cage around the cloaked figure, trapping the person inside.

The cloaked figure was trapped, like a wild hare caught in a hunter’s snare. He darted back and forth, searching for a way out, but the Crimson Cage closed in on him like a noose around a prisoner’s neck.

Zhang Fengxi and Xie Jianyu landed in front of the cage.

Judging from the person’s posture and height, it was unmistakably a man.

"Show your face," Zhang Fengxi ordered their prisoner.

The man took off his hood slowly, revealing his face. It was a face that Xie Jianyu knew well, a face of the omega that the Heavenly Realm had declared dead months ago, killed in cold blood by a bunch of Flower Demons.

In response, Liu Wenyuan broke into a crazed laughter.
