Chapter 602: Chapter 512: The Dragon in the Garage
```
Upon witnessing the vision, Wei Shiyue quickly stepped back half a step, and the company staff’s faces changed drastically, immediately shouting in near-desperation.
The soldiers hurried over with fire extinguishers to try to put out the flames, but the clothing continued to burn, spewing out various dark powers, and Wei Shiyue’s fingers were also singed.
She held her breath and quickly retreated, not daring to look directly at the anomaly she had caused.
Although Du Qianqian was stewing with frustration, she had actually been standing in the hallway watching, and upon seeing Wei Shiyue’s sudden change, she turned pale and quickly walked over.
"What’s wrong?"
"It’s on fire!"
"Put it out—"
"That outfit!"
Wei Shiyue turned her head and saw people hurrying over from all directions. She took a deep breath and spoke in an incredulous tone, "How could this happen?"
Du Qianqian’s heart jolted, suddenly understanding the reason.
Previously, Wei Shiyue had been eliminated, and she had survived the attacks from the company’s dragon-slaying weapons and artillery only because she had practiced the Art of Immortality in Silla. Now, both her human and dragon forms were wrapped in an indestructible aura of death, which clashed with the mythical clothing provided by the company, resulting in a strong aversion reaction.
With this thought, her heart pounded. If she were to clarify this on the spot, it could very well bring Wei Shiyue disgrace, making it impossible for her to hold her head high ever again. But if it came to that, who would be heartbroken first, Wei Shiyue or Du Qianqian herself?
Then, Du Qianqian told Wei Shiyue to leave first while she stayed behind to deal with the company staff.
"Ms. Wei Shiyue is feeling unwell," Du Qianqian said calmly, "I’m afraid we cannot proceed with the advertisement shooting.""What!"
"You..."
"The reputation of Nestor Corporation..." The uniformed people couldn’t help but buzz with noise. They had been preparing the site and equipment since before dawn, all in anticipation of Wei Shiyue’s solo performance. Yet, even so, Wei Shiyue showed weakness at the crucial moment and even burned the outfit, how could they not be resentful and alarmed.
"We will provide a solution." Du Qianqian raised her voice, "Compensation... We will also follow up with the repair work, please everyone, calm down."
Her pressence in the costume, the newfound confidence, and her well-trained demeanor quieted the other company staff a bit. They murmured among themselves, now curious to see how Du Qianqian would resolve the situation smoothly.
Du Qianqian turned her head, only to see Wei Shiyue, who was anxious and hurriedly running outside towards the helipad. With her determination, it was apparent that she intended to transform into her dragon form and soar to the heavens to enjoy inner peace.
"Stop her!" Du Qianqian yelled.
Xu Yang had received the message from Rinne and was heading to the location.
Seeing the scene, Rinne leapt forward with heightened speed, enjoying the boost her new implants gave her as she dashed through the hallway.
Wei Shiyue saw Rinne charging seriously towards her, apparently to intercept her. She sighed, raised her hand, and summoned the Moon Silver Axe from midair into her grip. Then she spun around and swung it forcefully at Rinne, intending to drive her away. If Rinne didn’t back off, Wei Shiyue wouldn’t hesitate to shatter her, uncaring of the consequences.
Clang!
The jarring sound of metal clashing filled the air, and in an instant, the noise stretched out into a continuous din of metal combatting, scraping, and tearing.
Du Qianqian jogged over and was stunned by what she saw. Rinne had sprung monomolecular wires of a ghostly green shade from her arms, which wrapped tightly around the Moon Silver Axe, freezing it in midair, immobilizing it completely!
"Get out of my way!" Wei Shiyue shouted, exerting strength in her arm. Physically, she was far stronger than Rinne. If Rinne resisted, she would be flung away in an instant, and the monomolecular wire would be mercilessly severed. But Rinne cleverly withdrew the wire quickly, and Wei Shiyue’s swing missed its target!
At that moment, more people either arrived or turned their gaze towards them, forcing Wei Shiyue to return the axe to its weapon space, not wishing to further embarrass herself.
"Ms. Wei Shiyue! I’m your fan," Rinne feigned enthusiasm, using her wits to control the situation, "I love your performances the most!"
"What are you trying to do?" Wei Shiyue furrowed her brows, "I’m leaving."
"The advertisement..." Du Qianqian cautiously began.
"I can’t wear that outfit!" Wei Shiyue roared at her, "Why didn’t you—why didn’t you check it beforehand!"
Du Qianqian had no knowledge of this layer of mystical knowledge. If Farosa were there, she would have seen at a glance that the two were irreconcilable, then quickly explained the situation. But Du Qianqian was essentially a witch immersed in worldly desires, with just a touch of mystical knowledge related to witchcraft and unaware of this hidden layer.
She felt disgraced, yet even so, she wanted to do something. With no solution in the short term, she turned to Xu Yang.
"Help me..." Du Qianqian whispered in a low voice.
```
"You? It’s impossible for you... What can you do!" Wei Shiyue stared closely at Xu Yang.
"There is a way to heal emotions and transform thoughts..." Xu Yang glanced at the road leading to the tarmac before taking Wei Shiyue there, asking the others to stay back for the time being. Du Qianqian could only pin her hopes on Xu Yang, and it wasn’t until this moment that she began to worry about Wei Shiyue’s condition again, feeling regret for having been harsh to her.
How could they mend their broken relationship? How could they compensate for the wounds to their pride? It seemed like an unsolvable problem. Du Qianqian only hoped that in the future, she would have enough opportunities to heal the emotional rift between her and Wei Shiyue.
After arriving at the garage, Wei Shiyue and Xu Yang stood on the empty flight platform.
"What are you going to do?" Wei Shiyue asked, displeased.
"Princess Pelagia told me many things, including how to help you." Xu Yang looked at Wei Shiyue, "You should feel more comfortable in your dragon form, right? May I have the honor of seeing it?"
Thinking of her Red Dragon sister, Wei Shiyue snorted contemptuously, then transformed into a flying dragon with moon-silver scales right before him, looking down at Xu Yang with pride.
"A dragon." Wei Shiyue let out a hoarse voice, stronger and freer in her dragon’s form, "What are you going to do with a dragon?"
"Relax." Xu Yang approached the side of Wei Shiyue’s dragon head and began to touch her horns.
Hiss—
Wei Shiyue let out a quick cry. What was this feeling! No one had ever touched her delicate, slender, crystalline dragon horns, which she had always taken pride in.
This guy... seemed to know a thing or two.
Her head rapidly swung to one side, then slowly swung back, awakening in Wei Shiyue a secret, deep-seated longing. Xu Yang was careful in his attempts; Princess Pelagia of the Red Dragon’s huge horns were quite a handful, but the fine, twin horns of Wei Shiyue felt very good to the touch.
Gradually, Wei Shiyue’s emotions calmed down, replaced by an experience mixed with shyness and pleasure. She let out a hoarse dragon chant and slammed her tail against the garage floor, attempting to distract herself from the odd, deep sensations within her.
"Stop, stop," Wei Shiyue finally got a grip on her emotions. Frustration, irritability, and annoyance vanished like smoke and clouds, replaced by a sudden longing for the eggs she could claim as her own.
Xu Yang stepped aside as Wei Shiyue lay down on the ground, feeling much better, her attitude towards Xu Yang changing significantly as she loosened up from her most tense state. The sensation of relaxing was indescribably wonderful.
"It’s so strange... I think I’ve never tried it before, nor have I ever understood," said Wei Shiyue as she moved aside and changed back into her human form. She touched her frost-white hair, regretting that she didn’t have corresponding horns in her human form; the experience had been truly marvelous. "No one has ever done that to me. You’re the first."
"The others must be getting anxious by now," Xu Yang said as he led Wei Shiyue back the way they came. Wei Shiyue walked with her head down, appearing more uneasy than usual until she saw Du Qianqian and then straightened up again.
"I’m fine now," Wei Shiyue announced to Du Qianqian.
"How... how did you do that?" Du Qianqian asked, astonished, looking at Xu Yang, "You... in such a short time..."
"Anyway, things have gotten better," Xu Yang felt there would be opportunities to teach Du Qianqian in the future, "How about you?"
"The company’s people are angry," Du Qianqian sighed. "I think we must... terminate the collaboration since Wei Shiyue can’t touch the garment."
"There’s a contract for 33 million!" Wei Shiyue frowned unhappily, "Can’t we find a substitute or a replica?"
"If it’s not the actual garment, the company won’t be satisfied; the whole collaboration will also..." Du Qianqian was in a tight spot, and she couldn’t stand in as a double either because clothing would pass through the magic power coating. Moreover, if she transformed into Wei Shiyue, she would become her true form, that of a White Dragon.
"Let’s use a replica for now, given the current situation, only later can we deal with post-production. Let’s first see how the finished product turns out," Xu Yang decided.
After Du Qianqian communicated this, it turned out the company too was struggling with how to gracefully resolve the issue, as they were also very busy and rescheduling might mean missing out on the market launch of these priceless designer clothes.
They would have to rearrange the entire advertising plan.
While waiting, the four of them leaned against the wall in the corridor, each preoccupied with their own thoughts.
"Let’s lay it out," Xu Yang suggested, "Since such a big mess happened today, I think you all have something to say."
Du Qianqian turned towards Wei Shiyue.
"...You’re too full of yourself," Du Qianqian couldn’t help saying, "You... deep down, you still see me as that expendable Little Witch, you just treat me like your servant."
"I find it hard to connect with people," Wei Shiyue spoke softly, "and my words can’t convey my heart. I don’t know how to please you, but I want you to know, I can’t do without you."
Wei Shiyue turned and walked away, leaving Du Qianqian standing there for a while, savoring the meaning of her words. Wei Shiyue, oh Wei Shiyue, Qianqian too didn’t understand how to please Wei Shiyue, a dragon, a transcendent descendant.
"I see you don’t have a very good O life," Rinne pointed out bluntly.
Du Qianqian realized she was right. Du Qianqian wasn’t just bad at it; she was always a complete mess.
"You’re the only one who can train me in this," Du Qianqian looked up at Xu Yang, "...make me a master at this!"
