Now, as he brazenly entered the park, he must be backed and directed by other forces.

...If they could take down this guy, perhaps they would find the whereabouts of the mastermind behind the scenes.

With this analysis in mind, Seeking Shadow casually followed behind the Evil Beast. She stopped at the entrance to the park area next to the cinema, observing those nerds lining up to enter. "Do you want to stop me?" The Evil Beast turned around, looking at Seeking Shadow hiding behind a giant anime statue, and walked straight towards her, "Stop me from cleansing these sinners and madmen?"

This "Evil Beast" had pierced through his disguise? Seeking Shadow checked her optical camouflage field generator repeatedly; it was still effective, rendering her invisible to the naked eye, but the opponent must be carrying advanced scanners.

Knowing only she could stand between the Evil Beast and the innocent enthusiasts, she decided to reveal herself from her hiding place.

Around her, five security officers from Nestor Corporation, alerted by the message, approached from different angles with their hands on their holstered weapons.

"Calm down." Seeking Shadow moved slightly closer to the Evil Beast. "We know you, an experienced mercenary. You’re too dangerous for others here, so we hope you’ll cooperate with us."

"I came to punish you," said the Evil Beast in an empathetic tone. "This land of sin."

"Be careful," Rinne, after scanning, sent a message to Seeking Shadow. "This guy is even more enhanced than the information in his files... He’s a murderer, a body full of excessive cybernetic modifications, capable of causing massive destruction."

Seeking Shadow compared the Evil Beast to Hosoda Yoshiyuki in her mind.

If the Evil Beast’s firepower was on par with Hosoda Yoshiyuki, he could blow up half the cinema into rubble within ten seconds, causing thousands of deaths and stalling the premiere.

"Should we issue an evacuation order?" a security officer softly messaged Seeking Shadow.

"I can control this," replied Seeking Shadow, wanting to protect everyone.

"These people are not yet ready to die in such a way," said the Evil Beast, his gaze falling on the curious faces around him. "I want to make them experience the same terror, to feel the catastrophe of a natural disaster."

A distance away, Takahashi Kyoko arrived at the top of the hotel with her Ion Wings and set up her sniper rifle "Supreme" on the rooftop, aiming at the Evil Beast’s head.

"Weak point marked," she said blankly. "Bullet-deflection Technique may be viable."

Under Takahashi Kyoko’s Magic Power observation, there were very few weak spots on the Evil Beast.

Most parts of his body were enhanced to the extreme with implants, leaving only the neck area vulnerable.

"I’m in position as well," said 101, holding Shilou Maru, "ready for assassination."

"Don’t kill him in the park; it will scare people," said Seeking Shadow. "Take care of it inside the target warehouse."

The Evil Beast was teleported inside the warehouse and instantly faced a pincer attack from Lu Jing, Seeking Shadow, and four Elite Synthetic Human Soldiers.

The Elite Soldiers rapidly squeezed their triggers, unleashing a barrage of bullets at the Evil Beast, but he was faster than the bullets! "No good!" 101 sent a message, "You need to evacuate the warehouse too... His movement is too fast; the time window left for me is too narrow."

"I’m trying to hack into him!" shouted Rinne, "...I’m definitely going to succeed this time! Nobody will get hurt!"

"Hacked through!" Rinne shouted.

In an instant, the Evil Beast’s movements stalled.

It let out a piercing scream, clutching its head that was sparking electricity. It was then that 101 finally burst in, touching the Evil Beast’s back with one hand and transporting it to the sky above the entire city, 3000 meters up!

The Evil Beast plummeted rapidly through the air, quickly clearing the Trojan program Rinne had planted. Its jet systems in its legs and arms fired up, adjusting its posture. It rapidly deployed heavy cannons from its arms, ready to bombard the city below.

"Why aren’t you continuing with the repairs?" Lu Jing felt utterly uncomfortable.

"I’m too weak," Seeking Shadow sat on the floor, her mental module having unlocked the function of despondency today, "Much too unprepared."

"I’m not doing great either..." Lu Jing sat down beside her, "I heard the Battle Witch from Nestor Corporation blew up the ’Evil Beast’ in an instant."
