Chapter 1064: Chapter 832: Iron Among Witches

The leader who stepped off the vehicle, Pan Ruiyi, stood proudly upon the desert sands.

Pan Ruiyi inspected her weapon—a pair of Power Gauntlets forged from Night Silver. Her body was clad in brand-new Witch Armor, the latest creation from the research division, dubbed "Heavenly Pride." Its sleek design enhanced the witch’s jumping power and running speed by more than tenfold.

Aside from fists and armor, no other flamboyant equipment was necessary. Because she was Pan Ruiyi! All she needed was the assistance of Witch Armor and a pair of iron fists!

The Spice Noble Lady, Aisha, stood there with a dazed expression. Pan Ruiyi knew she was still clueless about their mission and tolerated her confusion.

She couldn’t help but carefully study Aisha.

Aisha’s skin was light brown, her ears adorned with enormous crystal pendants. A silk hair net was wrapped around the top of her exquisitely styled brown hair, and she wore a translucent gown with a red base and gray trim, revealing her elegant legs. Her woven sandals hugged her translucent toes perfectly, each nail coated with thick layers of purplish-red polish—so fitting to Pan Ruiyi’s image of a Spice Noble.

Hasan bustled about enthusiastically, aiding Pan Ruiyi’s entire crew.

Half were Battle Witches, half were human agents, along with the elite Modern Ninjas carefully trained by Nestor Corporation—a total of 22 people.

Pan Ruiyi personally led them as they infiltrated the Near East, determined to crush the rule of Near East Xisheng Corporation and Honma Noriko.

Aisha looked up at Pan Ruiyi, her expression increasingly distressed.

The sheer mental force radiating from Pan Ruiyi was unstoppable—ferocious like a true war goddess.

Even through the impenetrable black armor, her face mask completely hiding her features, Aisha could still feel an earth-shaking presence emanating from her core.

She had seen modern gladiators, desperados, skilled mercenaries, Battle Witches, and elite private security forces—some bloodthirsty and brutal, others loyally dutiful, all fearless in the face of death. Yet none of them were as overwhelmingly powerful as this woman before her.

She felt as though she were staring at living steel. Aisha was overwhelmed with fear.

Pan Ruiyi was pleased with the look in Aisha’s eyes—yes, this was how it should be.

For ordinary people to feel awe was only natural. Not just because Pan Ruiyi was a powerful Dominator Witch, but because she was also in peak condition.

She hadn’t gone on a mission for a long time, having taken extended vacations since last year, traveling to the world’s most renowned resorts, revitalizing her body and soul.

Not only that, but before departure she had sparred with Xu Yang over ten bouts—fighting until she was fully satisfied, like a true berserk beast, never stopping.

The immense power she absorbed felt like a volcanic eruption, and Pan Ruiyi consumed it all with her indestructible body.

It was like a heavy machine fully fueled; Pan Ruiyi was now truly ferocious.

Hard!

Dominant!

Even facing the strongest of gods, Pan Ruiyi would feel no fear!

She took her team onboard the vehicles.

Aisha had prepared four large trucks filled with weapons and outfitted with Pan Ruiyi’s elite team. She herself rode in the same off-road vehicle as Hasan and Pan Ruiyi.

Pan Ruiyi single-handedly occupied the entire row of seats, leaning against the leather upholstery, legs spread wide like a little tyrant.

The vehicle roared through the golden sands, passing by the nuclear war remnants of the Near East desert.

Pan Ruiyi turned her head to look—a long wall made of concrete and bunkers divided the sand dunes into fragmented sections, hiding radiation-sealed coffins that would never see daylight.

"Radiation prison clusters," Pan Ruiyi thought. "Nuclear weapons were used far too frequently! Just because the desert is uninhabited, does that mean they can bombard it indiscriminately?"

The most tragic ways to die, she mused, were either being crushed alive or confined in steel-and-concrete cages. Were she captured in one of those reinforced boxes, she’d have to punch her way out.

The more she looked at the cement coffins designed to seal radiation, the angrier she became—she almost wanted to jump off the vehicle to smash them. But she couldn’t.

"So much nuclear war debris," Pan Ruiyi grumbled.

"Indeed," Aisha said. "The wars in the Near East were so intense that every year there’s at least one radioactive dust storm, blowing fallout into Constantinian, Alexandria, Taixi Seal, Nineveh, and other places." Her tone carried an inexplicable sense of pride.

Near East!

Death, scorching sunlight, and an imperceptible chill pervaded the air.

This region connected continents and seas, practically destined to be a battlefield where numerous forces clashed. Pan Ruiyi nodded in acknowledgment, recognizing this place as nature’s war zone.

She refocused on the road ahead—highways sliced through the desert like black rubber pipelines, as though printed violently onto the land by machines, nailed firmly to the earth’s surface.

Above them, light drones glided silently, and every 300 meters along the highway, there were speed cameras—who knew what else they recorded beyond vehicle speeds.

She propped her boot against the back of the front seat, bent her knee, folded her arms across her chest, and leaned back comfortably. Her expansive chest forced her armor to be one size larger, making her elbows rest perfectly against it.

"Are the highways here all surveilled?" Pan Ruiyi inquired.

"In the radiation zones and wastelands of the Death Desert, life is nonexistent. For desert-dwellers to survive, they must traverse these highways—they’re like lifelines. So, for the Near East Xisheng and Near East Providence Corporations, monitoring highways is imperative," Hasan explained.
