Cultivation Struggles of a Lowly Fox
Chapter 483 – Drowning your sorrow- Damned Moles!

Aiko's unsightly expression startled Yueying.

"Are you alright?" Yueying gently asked.

"I'm fine." Aiko was not fine. She was already making a plan inside her mind about getting rid of those damn moles!

The hole was about 2 metres wide, which was a lot compared to those tiny moles in that Inheritance Site, but it was still within her calculations.

Aiko nodded her head a few times.

"We should first get some source of light, like our flames. Then we can go down by sliding down the wall as it's slightly tilted." Yanyan and Yueying were making plans already but were suddenly interrupted.

"Let's drown them!" Aiko immediately proclaimed with a righteous voice.

The duo paused for a moment and looked at Aiko.

Her righteous yet pissed off expression was obvious.

Aiko suddenly got close to them. It felt like she was not seeking approval, but assistance. "Let's drown them!"

"Y-yes." Yueying liked even the angry Aiko. Well, as long as that anger was not pointed at her.

Yanyan felt sick at how lovesick her Princess was, but she couldn't do anything about it. Once Dragon trained their eyes on something, they would not let go...

Aiko was happy that the others agreed with her. This would make everything a lot easier, as she just needed to find a large body of water.

Cultivators be damned! She will drown those bastards, even if it's the last thing she will do!

Yanyan guided them to a secluded lake, where Aiko's drown-seeking plans would start.

She would collect all that water into her tails and dump it down the hole!

...

A nice lake stretched in front of them. It looked exceptionally peaceful and beautiful.

*Sluuuurp*

Yet, a certain Fox didn't care about the beauty. Who cares about preserving nature when you have moles to drown?! It was definitely not Aiko!

*Sluuuurp*

Her tails kept making strange slurping noises, and the pair of Dragons blankly stared at the lake as the water level decreased by the moment.

The pair didn't think Aiko meant it literally. They believed that Aiko would just make a path for the water to flow into the holes, but this...

They didn't know what to think about it.

-----

*Rumble*

The Demonic Foxes and others floating inside a space heard a strange rumble.

This space was already weird with so many things floating around, but now it was even weirder.

*Rumble*

Another rumbling sound spread around, alerting the Foxes.

*gulp gulp gulp*

"Gulp?" The Demonic Saintess tilted her head. She was wondering what that sound signified.

"There is a flood coming!" One panicked Demonic Fox came 'swimming to them'.

"Right..." None of the Demonic Foxes believed her.

*Rumble*

Suddenly, a huge tsunami formed near them, approaching them quickly.

"Wha-?!" The Demonic Foxes panicked, but before they could do anything, they were swept away by the tsunami.

"Feifei! Be careful!" The Demonic Foxes panicked as the wave approached Feifei.

Yuqi wanted to protect Feifei since she finally returned to her side, but there was now a strange blob between them.

The blob always had a smiley face on its surface, and once the water approached, it diverged from Feifei, as if avoiding her.

"..." Both the Demonic Foxes and Yuqi were speechless.

They were pretty much soaking wet, yet Feifei was untouched by the water.

Even Yuqi was questioning what that blob was, but she wouldn't pry. Being near Feifei was enough for her.

"Gimme a hug~!" However, Yuqi would not let her live it down if Feifei were the only one not wet!

"No! You are too wet!" Feifei immediately swam away as the water drowned everyone.

*gulp gulp gulp*

Another gulping sound started, and the Demonic Foxes were scared that even more water would come inside, but instead. The tsunami was decreasing at a rapid pace...

-----

Aiko gulped up most of the lake with her tails. Once she was satisfied with the amount inside her tails, she moved back with them to the holes.

"Are you sure...?" Yanyan was the first one to open her mouth.

"Don't tell me you will tell me that we can drown Treasures..." Aiko had a deadpan expression, like she would go through it even if Yanyan said yes.

"No..." Yanyan chose to be silent. It felt like the safest option that she could do with the current situation and Aiko's turbid emotions.

"But will it be enough?" Yueying's face twitched slightly. While that was a big lake, that didn't mean there was only one tunnel that they could see.

If there were more, or not connected to each other, it would make everything a lot more difficult...

"It will soak through, or collapse." Aiko shrugged like the last part was not her issue, but then, who would dig the Treasure?

Definitely not her, that's for sure!

Aiko placed her tails above the hole.

"Is this really a good idea?" Yueying pursed her lips, but soon a torrent of water blasted out of Aiko's tails.

"No going back now, might as well do this properly." Aiko shrugged before completely separating her tails, making the water even more turbid and faster.

"..." The duo stared speechlessly as the hole was drenched in water, making strange gulping sounds.

They were quite afraid that if they got too close, they would be swept along with it!

...

Aiko kept dumping water into the hole. The earth around was naturally moistened and was quite easy to displace.

While Aiko was not sinking too much, the same could not be said about the pair of Dragons.

They had to settle on trees, as Aiko was pretty much creating a swamp around her.

She kept dumping the water inside without a care in the world, but Yanyan paused to think.

"Do you think Aiko will drown some Cultivators...?" Yanyan was concerned that the Elders outside might have an issue with this.

"..." Yueying also noticed that fact, but she chose silence. Aiko seemed quite determined, so it was not like they could stop her.

-----

Inside a certain tunnel, the protagonist was walking forward.

"Ying, are you sure the Treasure is here? Can it really help us...?" A certain protagonist asked his Elf about this.

"Chen..." Ying was still hurt about what he did previously, but now he even started to doubt her?!

Everything went downhill once that Dragoness went mad over missing Treasures.

She dumped Long Chen in favour of looking for the Fox and robbing her blind.

Her servant was also supposed to come in, so they would definitely meet shortly.

Long Chen sighed. He hated this long, dark and damp plac- Wait, damp...?

A few drops of water dribbled on them from the ceiling of the tunnel. It was obvious that something above them flooded the tunnel.

*Shhhhhhhhhhhh*

There was a strange sound from in front of them.

"..." Their paces stiffened at the approaching moist air.

"Fuck..." Long Chen was never so unlucky as he was right now. Something was just messing with his luck! His harem got divided, and he was left with a useless and fragile Elf.

Long Chen groaned unhappily as he used his last Movement Talisman.

"Long Chen...?" Ying's eyes slowly widened as he disappeared.

She didn't have any Movement Talismans or anything that could protect her. This was pretty much a death sentence...

-----

The water overflowed on Aiko's side, which upset her.

"It should be able to gulp more water than this..." Aiko felt something was amiss.

However, she didn't think much about it. If it didn't go in with a gentle method, then she would use the violent method.

"Stomp it!" Aiko commanded her Divine Sense.

She didn't use her own, but the Wolf. At first, the wolf was very happy about the water, but seeing the water bubbling, the Wolf was quite upset.

*slap*

The Wolf slapped it with full force, his paw easily covering the hole, making the water pressure rise under the ground.

Thanks to that, the hole started gurgling violently.

"Good job!" Aiko praised her Wolf before dumping even more water inside.

They exchanged the job each time the hole got clogged, and like that, Aiko was able to dump more and more water inside with sinister laughter.

"Should we stop her...?" Yanyan felt that something bad would happen if they didn't stop Aiko.

"Let's watch for a bit more." Yueying was in favour of this, since she didn't really want to fight with her current condition.

She was too strong, and any fight might endanger her due to her clumsiness.

She could easily blast Beasts apart, making their carcasses completely useless, and if she used even more excess strength, there were instances where she almost impaled herself due to it.

As such, she was quite happy that Aiko would solve the Beasts like this.

*gurgle gurgle*

"You bastards!" A huge mole suddenly swam up the hole. "Who dares to flood my-"

"Press it!" A cute Fox commanded a huge Wolf behind her.

*gurgle gurgle*

The mole was immediately pressed back into the hole as Aiko dumped more water on it.

*gurgle gurgle*

"You bastards! I will never-" As the mole swam up again, it was quickly drowned back down by the oversized Wolf.

For some reason, both the Wolf and the Fox were chuckling at his misfortune, like they were finding pleasure in seeing him suffer.

*gurgle gurgle*

"I will kill you-!" The mole resisted even more ferociously, but his element was earth, and he was stupid, so there was very little he could do inside the water.

*gurgle gurgle*

*gurgle gurgle*

The Fox and the Wolf kept drowning him again and again until he chose to retreat far away.

Like this, Aiko solved the main boss of this hole, while the other moles had already drowned when Aiko started to press the water in.

Most chambers were flooded, and Aiko sighed a sigh of relief. Moles were now gone, and she didn't need to deal with them! How perfect~!

As Aiko was overjoyed, she immediately wanted to jump in, but there was just... just a tiny issue.

'How am I going to deal with this water...' Nightmare Aiko didn't think first before doing something, and now she had to deal with the consequences...
