Briar didn’t hear what Logan said after that. All she could hear in her ears was how Logan was literally going in circles to confess to her.

She understood that the man must have his ego, but to think that he would say so much to her just to give her the anklet; she was over the moon.

Even if she doesn’t get to hear him telling her that he loves her in this lifetime, she doesn’t mind. To hear such words from Logan was already a blessing.

She didn’t want him to force himself to say words that made him uncomfortable and perhaps in the process make everything awkward in the process.

So, as he was busy rambling while holding the opened box, she leaned in closer to him, stunning him in the process.

Logan was momentarily frozen as he felt those soft lips pressed against his. He was in the middle of expressing his feelings, and yet he was suddenly cut off. As if that wasn’t enough, she directly confessed her feelings again.

Without giving him time to respond or make sense of what she wanted to do, she sneaked up on him and was now kissing her.

How could he not be in such a state when the tables had turned?

However, if he let this chance go again, he would be a fool and, in the process, perhaps hurt her feelings. He had pushed her away many times. Tonight, wasn’t such a night.

Once his thoughts were organized, he threw the box on the sofa and embraced him for more.

The living room was filled with moans and groans. The ambience had turned steamy, and this time, none of them were willing to hold back.

Logan, who had been living like a monk for years, didn’t want to hold back anymore. Seeing her eyes closed and being putty in his arms, his eyes darkened as he rose from the sofa with her in his arms.

Briar hooked her legs around his waist, making the red dress gather around her waist, exposing her bare thighs, which made his eyes darken even further.

Briar, whose eyes were closed, unfortunately, couldn’t see how dangerous her husband’s eyes were. If she did, who knows what crazy actions she would have made to provoke him even further?

Logan carried his engrossed wife from the living room to the bedroom, feeling her fleshy butt with his hands.

Logan carried her all the way to the bed and gently placed her on the bed. This action forced Briar to open her eyes, and he wished she wouldn’t have done so.

Her eyes looked hazy and teary as if tears would stream down her cheeks at any moment. Those same eyes were filled with a desire for him. She wanted him and she didn’t bother to hide it.

With his hazy and dark gaze, Logan knelt on the carpeted floor and Briar licked her lips as she hazily watched every move of his.

Logan’s lips curled upwards in a smirk as he reached for her right leg before bringing it closer to him.

Briar propped herself on the bed with her elbows. She didn’t care about how her dress had literally been reduced to a blouse at the moment. All she could see was him.

Logan caressed her ankle while locking her gaze with her and with each stroke, her lips would open and a shallow moan would escape. She was literally seducing him like a vixen, and he loved it.

Briar never expected that her body could be this sensitive. Maybe it was acting like that because he was the one touching her. Whatever the case, she loved this moment.

Logan was satisfied with her reaction. He wanted to see more from her.

He held the foot with one hand and used the other to pick the anklet from the box.

Once the anklet was in his hand, he placed the foot on the bed before he locked gaze with her as his hands reached for her ankle once again.

With his lips raised into a smirk, he flirtatiously said to her, "With this, I mark you mine, Briar. Don’t you dare look at another man with those eyes of yours!" responding to her earlier bold demand.

Briar’s face lit up as soon as he said that. "My eyes, heart, mind, body and soul will always be with you. How can I see other men?"

Logan was very satisfied with that answer. As he chained the anklet on her, he knew that her words weren’t flattery, but sincere.

She had dedicated her everything to him, so she wasn’t lying. He was glad to hear her openly confessing without being shy to express her thoughts.
