"What about it, is this related to him?" Feng Yi asked.

"I owe him a favor, and he sent me to give you an invitation," Feng Chi scratched his head and explained to Feng Yi.

Feng Chi had previously run into a bit of trouble with a drama crew he was part of, and luckily Wang Xuqin was there to help him out, owing him a favor.

"I used to call him Qin Shao, but this time he told me to call him Brother Xu!"

Feng Yi had learned about "Mingyao" and wasn’t too offended by it.

"Moreover, at this kind of event, how much you spend will get out the next day. Under public pressure, if you don’t spend or spend too little, it could attract criticism."

Feng Chi worried that Feng Yi might not be aware of this, so he elaborated with examples he’d encountered or heard about in the past.
