The uninvited trio, after awkwardly sipping a cup of tea, bid their farewells and left.

Not wanting to intrude any further on the rare moment of familial warmth between aunt and nephew, they decided to withdraw.

Being able to grow a business means having at least that much awareness.

Actually, they knew everything, as for how to choose... it depended on the person and the situation.

It was only after exiting the courtyard that the three of them finally relaxed.

Boss Huang let out a long sigh, somewhat vexed, "Ah, had I known Sister Lan was here, I would have prepared more and left a better impression."

"The main point is, nobody knew Feng Yi had such a good relationship with her," another lamented.

As Boss Huang murmured to the person next to him, he suddenly realized that another companion had been quiet the whole time.

"Old Yang, feeling down? Won’t you share your opinion?" Boss Huang asked.

The silent one shook his head, then nodded upon hearing this, "I am a bit perplexed."

"About what?"

"The tea we just drank at Feng Yi’s place, you guys might not be interested or taste the difference, but I can be sure, that kind of tea is sold by the gram! And you gotta have connections! I wouldn’t even spare it for guests!"

Though he hadn’t seen the tea container in the living room that day, Old Yang guessed that there must be plenty of such tea!

"It’s that hard to come by? Who’s selling the tea?" Boss Huang was curious.

"A madman, a lunatic!" Old Yang gritted his teeth.

Every time he bought tea, it infuriated him for a long while, and he couldn’t buy much. No amount of money offered could secure more. He had tried all methods, soft and hard, to no avail!

Reflective, Boss Huang commented, "It seems the power behind Feng Yi is greater than what’s apparent."

Meanwhile, inside the residence.

With no outsiders present, the atmosphere in the living room became much more harmonious.

After chatting about family matters and work for a while, the assistant of the cousin’s mother came with a box.

"I’ve been meaning to come see you, but I just haven’t found the time. I’m not sure what you like, so I’ve prepared a little gadget for you first." The cousin’s mother said, smiling, as she opened the box.

On the box was a dial that looked like a combination lock.

As the assistant observed her boss’s unlocking maneuver, a subtle glint flashed through her lowered eyelids, elevating Feng Yi’s status in her mind.

Feng Yi, sensing the shift in the assistant’s emotions, guessed that his cousin’s mother’s seemingly simple action of unlocking the box carried deeper meaning. However, Feng Yi was unconcerned with these subtleties; he was merely curious about the "little gadget" his cousin’s mother had brought for him.

What he saw her take out of the box was... an intelligent watch?

The strap was somewhat flashy, and the screen was off, so it wasn’t clear what system it used—if not for the logo of a well-known supercar brand engraved on the side of the dial, Feng Yi would have assumed it was just a smartwatch.

His cousin’s mother took the watch and began to explain, "Our group has a collaboration with a car company, and I had this custom-made. It’s an intelligent car key. I thought someone of your generation would like it. Want to give it a try?"

"Thank you, cousin’s mother."

Feng Yi reached out to take it, but his cousin’s mother went ahead and fastened it on his wrist.

The strap was tough and flexible, and it felt very comfortable to wear. The material was something Feng Yi had never seen on the market; it must be a special material developed by his cousin’s mother’s group.

His cousin’s mother gave Feng Yi a brief rundown on how to operate it, none of which was complicated.

"I’ve had someone send the car over; it’s on its way. You can try the actual operation later. Although it has an autonomous driving mode, and I’ve registered it, there are too many restrictions, so it can only be activated within the permitted areas.

"If you don’t like the color of the strap, you can change it.

"The toy car that Uncle Zhen gave you is something you play with at home; you can’t really take it out. You won’t have any of those concerns with this car, though."

Even though he hadn’t seen what the car looked like, given the brand and the features his cousin’s mother had described, it was undoubtedly a cool and high-tech sports car.

"It sounds really cool, thank you, cousin’s mother," Feng Yi said.

"I’ve told you before, we’re family; don’t be too polite with me," she replied.

Then, she took out another item from the box... a car key?

Under Feng Yi’s puzzled gaze, his cousin’s mother explained, "That was for your personal enjoyment, something you can enjoy with people your age. This one, however, is for your everyday use. Given your current notoriety, we need to step up on security!"

Unlike the previous item, this second car key wasn’t as flashy. It was primarily black with a simple design, but when light hit it, one could perceive a texture that wasn’t plastic or metal, and feel the solidity, stability, like a shield’s assurance and safety.

"The car is also on its way here. If you’re appearing at public events, use this vehicle," said his cousin’s mother.

She had prepared her gifts well in advance, readying three different cars for different standards and types.

She wanted to meet her cousin’s son in person before deciding which one to give.

Now, she had chosen two of them.

It somehow still didn’t feel sufficient; the boy was just too charming!

Regarding the car she didn’t bring out, it was too ordinary, something money could buy, not like these two custom vehicles made of special materials.
