However, their size difference was too great and not suitable for long-range delivery.

So, all he had to do was to take good care of this portable storage box.

Wu said, "The medication is in the experimental stage, very potent but also prone to inactivation. Feng Yi nodded in understanding. He intended only to quickly open the box to check and confirm, without moving the medicine inside.

Wu used his fingerprint to unlock it and Feng Yi carefully opened the box, taking a quick glance inside.

A small bottle the size of a thumb was fixed in the center of the box, with a very thick lid and locking device, presumably another damage-protection design. The actual space in the bottle meant for containing the liquid medicine was less than one-tenth of the bottle’s height.

Around it were shock protection and likely some of the more delicate settings Wu mentioned.

But Feng Yi’s focus wasn’t on these. He looked at the small bottle in the middle.

This was made from poison, extracting certain active substances from within the poison and undergoing complex detoxifying processes, but Feng Yi could still tell at a glance that this was related to him.

Just as one can distinguish between the scents of different snakes, it was a skill at the genetic level.

After confirming the medicine had not been swapped and the storage box was fine, Feng Yi quickly closed the lid and locked it.

"Is the quantity in here only for one person?" Feng Yi asked.

"Yes, it’s already prepared. Just inject it directly when the time comes," Wu replied.

Feng Yi then looked at the other box Wu had brought and asked, "What’s in here?"

Wu’s expression was odd as he handed the box to Feng Yi to open and see for himself.

This box was a regular, sturdy portable storage box, with a simple locking mechanism.

Feng Yi opened it using the numeric code Wu provided.

Upon seeing what was inside, Feng Yi’s expression froze.

Wu spoke calmly, "Director Geng said the journey might be slightly troublesome. If it’s inconvenient to show up but you must act, you can use these."

Feng Yi stared intently at the contents inside as if he wanted to burn holes through them.

In the box lay a series of masks.

Snake masks.

There were those of cobras, pythons, vipers...

One mask stacked on top of the other.
