Plus, Dumars was already experiencing fluctuations in his shooting due to fatigue, and the basket did not go in.

Under the conditions of extreme physical exhaustion, it wasn’t just Michael Jordan who had a bad shooting percentage on the Bulls team; their offense was stagnant.

Previously, they could rely on Jordan to support them.

But now that Roger was defending Jordan, their last point of support had completely disappeared.

Cage grabbed the rebound, and after Magic attacked, Roger, who had just finished torturing Jordan, caused Rodman to commit a foul with another drive.

Phil Jackson could only feel despair; even after Roger clung to Jordan and harassed him physically, he still had the energy to break through on the offensive end!

Roger was also tired, but not to the extent of Jordan and Harper, who were completely out of gas.

On the defensive end, as a help defender earlier, Roger did not use up as much energy.

On the offensive end, Roger didn’t forcefully carry in the third quarter; he only played some simple balls passed to him by Saru.

And Brian Hill, with great confidence, allowed Roger to rest for two minutes in each quarter while Jordan had played through the entire first and third quarters.

Therefore, Roger’s energy consumption was within a normal range.

He was tired, but not to the point of completely collapsing.

After standing up, Roger made both free throws, further widening the gap.

While retreating on defense, Roger shouted at the Bulls, “Where’s your basketball god?

Did he fall asleep today?”

The basketball god wasn’t asleep; he was diligently missing shots.

Under Roger’s off-ball pressure and McKey’s timely double-teaming, Jordan’s shot shuddered and did not go in.

However, Worm grabbed the offensive rebound and immediately found an open Pippen.

Following suit, Pippen’s unguarded shot missed, echoing the god’s footsteps.

Pippen had plenty of open opportunities today, but his efficiency and productivity were mediocre.

Just as Brian Hill had planned, Pippen’s offense wasn’t lethal.

Roger was busy, having just taunted Jordan, he began to mock Pippen, “See that?

Leaving you open isn’t stupid; it’s actually the smart choice!”

After taunting, Roger, using a screen set by Grant, scored again over the help-defending Rodman, “Little Danny, while you were on your knees begging Popovich for a 7 million annual salary, others were begging to give me 20 million.”

Busy, Roger was damn busy!

He just couldn’t keep up with the trash talk!

The score was pulled back to an 8-point lead, and Roger looked set to dominate the Bulls in the fourth quarter.

Michael Jordan, of course, would not accept this easily; he wanted to fight back.

This time Jordan used another active skill, “God’s Elbow,” finally managing to hold off Roger to receive the ball.

After catching the ball, Jordan wanted to end it quickly, planning to back down a step and turn around for a jump shot before the double team arrived.

Surprise them with a quick shot!

Jordan had been working all season to simplify his moves after receiving the ball and no one was faster than him with a quick shot!

But after bumping Roger, Jordan realized he couldn’t even clear half a step of space!

By then, McKey’s double team had quickly arrived and Jordan had to make an immediate decision.

Just then, he saw Pippen cutting inside.

A terrible shooting performance in the fourth quarter made Pippen decide not to wait for an outside shot but to cut in.

So, with his back turned, Jordan gently pushed the ball towards the cutting Pippen.

Pippen took the ball and drove hard to the basket, but as he raised his hand to shoot, he saw Roger appear before him!

After defending Jordan, Roger immediately switched to guard Pippen upfront, blocking the shot.

In a single play, he stopped both Jordan and Pippen!

Roger, after blocking the shot, sprinted forward.

A true team leader works hard on both defense and fast breaks.

Derrick McKey made a long throw, passing the ball to Roger, who had already run to the front.

With no one around, Roger held the ball with one hand, elegantly completing a 360° spin in the air and a thunderous slam dunk!

The Orlando Magic led the Chicago Bulls, with a record of 20 wins and 1 loss, by 10 points, and the Bulls were likely to lose their second game of the season in Orlando!

After landing from the slam dunk, during the referee’s timeout, Roger roared to the sky and pointed to the championship banners hanging from the dome of the arena.

Harvesting the stragglers felt awesome!

All the fans in the stadium shouted at that moment, their cheers belonged solely to Roger.

Even the mighty Chicago Bulls could only bow their heads and walk off the court, becoming mere subjects to that young King on the court!

Steve Jones didn’t know what more praise he could lavish:

“Previously, you all thought he was just a pure scorer.

But now, he has become a true leader.

Look at this scene, look at the thrilled fans, then look at the disheveled Michael and the Bulls.

In magical Orlando, the basketball god is no longer called Michael Jordan!”
