Chapter 139: Chapter 139: A Bloody Scene

As soon as the words were spoken, another bodyguard was pushed through the door, followed by three more people, all well-trained, clad in black and stone-faced.

One of their own stood guard at the door, vigilant, just in case.

Although the yacht’s guest rooms were spacious, the sudden arrival of four more people, plus the bodyguard and the waitress who arrived earlier, made the space feel cramped when six more people entered at once.

One of Chen Haimin’s bodyguards shouted, "Who are you?"

"To take care of your people."

The three newcomers took on Chen Haimin’s bodyguards, and a fight broke out in the room.

Those two bodyguards were skilled; it was evident from the moment they made their move that they were no amateurs.

But they had been so fixated on the three people who had burst in that they neglected the waitress behind them, and in the middle of the fight, they didn’t notice her.

It was at this precise moment that the waitress seized her chance, a syringe appeared in her hand, and she injected one of the bodyguards in front of her, who instantly fell to the ground unconscious.

"Are you all in this together?" The other one realized what was happening and immediately let out an alarmed shout.

But then he was up against three men and a waitress by himself; needless to say, they quickly subdued him.

The room fell silent in an instant, and Song Muyu and the rest sighed in relief.

"Miss Song, the Young Master sent us to rescue you." The waitress said, "Chen Haimin could arrive any moment now; we need to leave quickly."

"I feel weak all over, do you have an antidote?" Song Muyu asked, "It was when I was making a phone call that someone suddenly covered my mouth with a towel, and I involuntarily inhaled some drug, and then I became weak."

"We do have an antidote, but it’s not on the ship; we need to get you out of here first," the waitress replied.

One of them picked up Song Muyu while the other two escorted them out.

The person left at the door changed clothes with the waitress, quickly disguising themselves.

They had just left when Chen Haimin returned; he arrived at the door and even asked, "Didn’t I say to leave two people at the door? Where’s the other one?"

"He went to the bathroom," the man at the door responded.

"Lazy ass taking a dump when they’re supposed to work," Chen Haimin cursed and pushed the door open, walking in.

As he entered, he saw a woman lying on the bed who did not appear to be Song Muyu.

He paused for a moment, then glanced at the corner of the room, where two men lay—it was his own bodyguards.

Fear coursed through his heart as he looked at the woman on the bed. "Who are you? Where is Song Muyu?"

"Mr. Chen," the waitress said with a slight smile, "am I not beautiful enough for you? Why look for Miss Song?"

Chen Haimin saw the woman wink seductively at him. She was certainly attractive, especially when she flirted, but she paled in comparison to Song Muyu.

Song Muyu was a woman of bewitching charm that sent a shiver down one’s spine with just one glance.

Otherwise, he would not have taken such a risk.

Everything he had done so far was just to possess that woman.

But now, the woman who had incapacitated his bodyguards and was attempting to seduce him in bed probably didn’t come with good intentions.

Chen Haimin sneered, "Tell me, are you working for Song Xun or Pei Liyan?"

The woman just smiled slightly.

"Neither?" He was clever and caught on quickly to the different scent, "Then are you Lu Heming’s person?"

The woman continued to smile, still lying in bed, her posture relaxed and languid.

"None of those?" Fear suddenly gripped Chen Haimin, "Who on earth are you?"

Could there be another force involved? What exactly was going on with Song Muyu?

Someone had managed to follow her to the Triumph yacht, kidnap her without anyone noticing, and take out his two most capable bodyguards—which suggested a significant power was at play.

"Mr. Chen, I am here to confiscate your tools," the woman said with a smile, rising from the bed and walking toward Chen Haimin. "Do you know what tools I’m here to confiscate?"

Chen Haimin was taken aback. Although he didn’t understand the implication completely, a chill ran up his spine in that instant.

This was definitely not going to be good news.

He instinctively thought to open the door and leave.

In the next second, the man outside came in as well.

The two of them trapped Chen Haimin inside the room.

"You, you’re together?" It dawned on Chen Haimin then that the person at the door was wearing his bodyguard’s uniform—how could that be?

They had indeed come prepared.

At this point, he had no choice but to confront the threat head-on; he assumed a defensive posture, ready to fight.

But his own abilities were limited compared to the two assailants.

It only took a few moments before he was brought down.

The woman laughed, injected a syringe into Chen Haimin’s flesh, and as the drug took effect, he instantly felt his body go soft, drained of all strength.

"Mr. Chen, you have wronged too many women," the woman said as she patted Chen Haimin’s cheek. "So today, we are acting as the hand of justice to confiscate your means of harming women. If you don’t learn your lesson, next time it will be your life we take."

His eyes widened, he tried to scream, but found that not a single word could escape his lips.

He could only watch helplessly as the woman pulled down his pants, and a dagger in her hand glimmered ominously. She looked at Chen Haimin with a smile and said, "Don’t worry, it won’t hurt, I’ve given you an anesthetic."

As soon as she finished speaking, the knife descended, and a certain object was severed.

And with that, the matter was settled.

"Ah!" Chen Haimin let out a silent scream, his eyes filled with terror, yet also so helpless and frightened.

The woman looked at him coldly. "If only you had known this would be the outcome, why did you ever start?"

The object just removed was split by her knife, making reattachment impossible.

The woman instructed, "Clean up, don’t leave any trace of us, it’s time to go."

"Yes!"

Within just two minutes, the man had cleaned up the scene, and when they left, they even left the dagger in Chen Haimin’s hand.

Then, they placed a piece of paper on the bed.

Just as their speedboat departed, Pei Liyan and Lu Heming’s men arrived, boarded the yacht, and when they found Chen Haimin, they were greeted with a bloody scene.

On the bed was a confessional letter written as if by Chen Haimin himself.

"I am aware of my deep sins, having wronged many women. Now I have castrated myself as atonement." Lu Heming read it aloud, and looking at Chen Haimin’s condition, his scalp went numb at the sight.

The loss of a man’s assets is a terrifying thing indeed.

When Chen Haimin saw them, tears ran down his cheeks as he silently pleaded, "Save me."

"Where is Song Muyu?" Pei Liyan asked in a grave tone.

Chen Haimin had no voice and could only mouth words in silence, "She’s been rescued... Save me, save me!"

Pei Liyan was quite shocked. He hadn’t expected Song Muyu to be taken away, especially not in this manner.

Could it be Song Xun?

He made a call to Song Xun, who was startled upon hearing the news of the rescue. "Not me."

Pei Liyan was at a loss, "Then who could it be?"
