" How dare you talk to your mother with rudeness ?" Esme spoke up and pointed at Charry.

" The same way you talked to your mother " Charry snickered and brushed the hair off her shoulders

" Insolence, " Daria yelled. " You have no right to speak to your mother like that. Shut your mouth you brat"

" Must you yell, no one’s here to listen to your screechy voice" I responded and even rolled my eyes.

I heard the chuckle from Yari and Megaldo and we watched as Cordelia pushed her power and the wave moved towards us. Her eyes turned black and I watched her closely as I tried to gauge the source of her power. In a matter of minutes, I realized that what held her was Daria and Esme’s shifter powers plus the power of the ocean. That is how she was able to be this powerful.

" She is using the power of the sea bed to move. And the shifter powers of Esme and Daria " Asheral informed us.

" Oh Mother, when did you become this foolish?" Esme smirked.

" I have always been a fool." Asheral laughed. " I raised you even when I was grieving. When your friends came I gave them a home. I never mourned your father and gave me all to raise you. You have disappointed me so much that today I serve the ties we have. You are no longer my daughter’

" How harsh mother" Esme’s maniacal laughter rose. " You are the one who betrayed me first. You took away the love of my life."

" What the hell is she talking about ?" Charry demanded.

" How could you steal Meglado from your daughter ?" Daria yelled in amazement.

" What ?" Charry and I gasped simultaneously while Asheral staggered back and Meglado moved to hold her.

" Steal? " Meglad’s voice radiated around the beach and the ground shook from the anger in his voice.

Esme immediately moved to the beach and stood a few meters away staring at Meglado in shock. " You have aged "

" Who the fuck are you " Meglado feigned innocence.

Esme staggered back in shock and Charry chuckled in response. "Someone’s been coveting what does belong to them. "

" Where did I go wrong? I did raise her right. When did she become this delusional? " Asheral whispered with a broken voice.

" Let me understand, you thought that Meglado belonged to you?" Yari stepped forward.

"So what?" Esme raised her chin in defiance.

" Is that? " I demanded. " Meglado belongs to the sea god. Without his permission, you have no right to claim"

"That is true," Meglado responded.

" I saw the two of you embracing one time" She pointed at Asheral and Meglado.

" Oh the ship is sailing " Charry and I clapped together and squealed like girls.

’" Stop it, " Asheral scolded us and Yari even winked at her.

" Your mother had been protecting me for so many years and all you came up with were dirty thoughts. You have disappointed me" Meglado spoke to Esme.

" Don’t be fooled sister, they are here to take us down " Daria spoke.

" The last time I checked, I never gave birth to another daughter. " Asheral snickered.

" All this talking is making me bored, " Yari stated. " Can we get to the action please "

" I will only say this one, child come here " Cordelia commanded.

" Your wacko mama’s calling you " I chuckled and Charry burst out in laughter.

" You are too much my Lady " Charry responded.

" How can the two of you afford to laugh? " Daria screamed and then moved the wave and landed on the beach.

" Go," Meglado yelled at Yari. In seconds where Yari stood was replaced with a speaker and then pushed his power into Esme and Daria and disappeared into thin air.

" How about that ?" I smirked at Cordellia, Her eyes widened as she searched the beach and came up empty.

Cordelia released her power and waved the rose. I shifted and went into the water as planned and Cordelia screeched. I had harnessed the power of the whirlpool from Charry and the dark serpent shifter invisibility from Asheral. Using both powers and mine, I moved to create a sea tornado and the water rose, breaking the magic that Cordelia had formed and she fell from the magic wave in shock. She never expected that I had harnessed the power of the sea bed and she had no time to recover. I rose to grab her body and locked it with the magic bond of the serpent sea god. Charry must have realized that I had succeeded because in seconds she was in the water together with Meglado and wrapped Cordelia’s unconscious body with the sea chains of the sea god. Once done we swam ashore, shifted back fully clothed, and dumped her body on the beach.

" Good job " Asheral clapped.

" Teamwork pays. " I winked at Asheral who chuckled in disbelief.

" The two of you are just kids who have not grown up," She retorted.

" How about we call you Ma?" Cherry placed her hand around Asherals shoulder and winked.

" Ma, be good and give us a father " I teased Asheral and the words made me giggle like fools.

" My lady, enough " Meglado stated and blushed.

" Pa or Godfather?" I asked Charry who squealed and answered " Godfather is more like it "

Meglad picked up the body of Cordelia and walked ahead.

" Godfather, wait for us " Charry yelled as we dragged a blushing Asheral towards the parking lot. When we arrived we found Yari standing by the car and next to him were Daria and Esme who were tied up.

" Is that the Dytona magic rope? I have been searching for it for so many years, " Meglado scolded Yari.

" It was a gift from Ma. She used it on me and I stole it from her"

" Put them in the boot of the car " Charry commanded Yari and he complied and dumped them in the boot of the car and sealed it with magic so that they could not escape.

Meglado followed suit and dumped Cordelia in the boot of our car just as Bering and Alexander arrived.

" Bering, what took you so long? " I smirked at him.

" Are you okay ?" He rushed over and hugged me.

" I am very much okay my Lord " I pipped.

" We need to get off the beach and take our guest to the Sitka Sakura Jail" Alexander notified us as Meglado and Yari went back into Alexander and Bering"

" Where is that ?" I asked with piqued interest as I wrapped my hands around his neck.

"Come on " Bering pulled me into the car and we all left the beach and headed to the Sitka Sakura jail in a convoy. Half an hour later, we got on the ferry and arrived at a small private Island that was heavily guarded.

The guards were on high alert when they spotted us but when they spotted Alexander they opened the gates as we drove in and arrived at the entrance. When we got out of the car, the guards bowed in greeting " Greetings My Lord, Greetings Alexander."

" We have three prisoners that need to be in solitary confinement for one hundred years without sunlight or food" Bering commanded.

" Yes my Lord " The guards bowed.

" Come on, I will go with you. ’’ Alexander spoke to the guards.

" Cordelia needs to be a deep-rooted cell. The one that bars her from using her powers. " I instructed Alexander.

" Yes my Lord " Alexander noted.

" Asheral, your daughter will be jailed here. There will be no visitation rights. I know it hurts but there is nothing much I can do. My hands are tied and I must keep Sitka safe. The serpent shifters deserve all the happiness and a safe environment. " Bering spoke up.

" I understand, ’’ Asheral nodded. " Today I have acquired two daughters. Even though I lost one daughter, I gained two wonderful children. Naughty but wonderful "

" What?" Bering’s eyes widened.

" Chary and her Lady" Asheral chuckled.

" Yes, Mother " Charry and I piped just as Alexander walked out of the jail cell.

"What mother? " He asked as he moved to stand next to Charry.

" Asheral is our new mother. We even have a Godfather " I piped and Asheral almost choked and Charry said " My Lady, stop teasing me"

" Better get back before the sea tide rises. ’’ Bering advised and we got back on the cars and then boarded the ferry back to the mainland. We all drove home and found Mrs. Hemming and Elder Zaya waiting for us.

We sat down over dinner and we narrated all that happened leaving the parts about Asheral and Meglado out. She winked at us in appreciation and after dinner, Alexander and Charry stayed behind for a nightcap.

" Charry, don’t feel sad. You have me, Mrs. Hemming, and Asheral. We shall double up as your mother" Godmother spoke up.

" Thank you so much, " Charry nodded. " I am grateful to be part of this family. "

" We love you" I winked at Charry and she burst out in laughter and the whole room was filled with happiness and love.
