ZINEB ARIA’S POV

The cold windy weather in Tochigo hit us once we arrived at the docks. Isamu seemed carefree as the guards rushed over and bowed to him.

" Master, you are back " They all piped.

" I am. Send word to get two extra rooms ready for my guest" He commanded one of the guards.

" Yes master," They responded.

We left the docks and the cars drove us to the mountains in a secluded Japanese residence that had been built with glass as the main architectural design. The guards all bowed when they spotted Isamu but he seemed oblivious and Lobo chuckled, shaking his head in disbelief.

" One would think you are a king " Lobo teased him and Isamu just brushed it off with a groan.

Hours later after I had settled, Lobo arrived in my room.

" You have something on your mind brother?" I asked.

" Isamu is bound to hurt you" Lobo stated.

" I am not a child Lobo. Do you realize that I have survived on my own for so long" I snapped at him.

" I am afraid you don’t get it. Isamu marked you with his blood" Lobo emphasized and leaned on the glass door while his eyes blazed at me.

" I don’t care. I am only here to lay low and accompany you" I explained and knew that I was lying.

" Oh sister, you are whipped. " Lobo huffed and then left the room.

I chose to eat dinner in the room knowing well I was hiding from Isamu. Hours later, the soft sound of the rain hit the roof of the room and I could not sleep. Sneaking out of my room, I walked towards the corridors of the house taking in the view and the decor.

I heard a noise behind me and when I turned around, Isamu was already moving with vampire speed, picked me up and we ended up in his room.

He placed me gently at the center of the room and said " How long did you plan to hide?" Isamu asked as he walked over and lay on the bed.

" I was just resting" I deflected.

" Come here " He raised one finger and summoned me.

I took a deep, steadying breath to calm my crazy heart and hungry wolf. My feet carried me in slow motion.

"I want to kiss you" He pulled me down to the bed. We stared at each other as his eyes mirrored my look

"You know this is a bad idea "

"I am drawn to you. Why do you keep denying this?" holding his face in both my hands.

"You took a risk pulling me into your room. " I responded. I needed to keep myself in check.

He sighed and whispered "Your words last time cut too deep. I listened to the conversation between you and Lobo Aria.

"I had no choice. Lobo is paranoid"

Isamu buried his nose in a spot on my neck, just under my ear. Zaira wanted to be close to Isamu. I could feel how she whined in his presence. I wondered what kind of wolf Isamu had.

" I can read your mind. " Isamu chuckled and I lowered my eyes with embarrassment.

Slowly our instincts took over and our lips touched in a slow kiss. I shamelessly moaned with want and longing as we kissed deep and long. Our mouths molded to the other’s shape, our lips soft and searching, tasting and exploring as we sunk deeper into the bed. Warm met hot and I pressed myself to him. I submitted myself to him, my head thrown back as his mouth pleasured me with burning kisses. I needed him within me. I craved to be united with him body and soul. I realized what we were doing and I pushed him away from my body while I stood up from the bed and stared down at him in confusion. Yes, I wanted this but the risk was too high.

Isamu sat up on the bed and beckoned me. "Come here. I promise not to try anything that you dont want"

"I am not scared of you Isamu. I just think that this will not get us anywhere." I responded.

" Your brother’s words are bothering you" He responded and then leaned back on the headboard of the bed.

" Should they ?" I snickered and walked to the bed and sat down. Isamu leaned over and pulled me on his lap and my back was against his chest.

"Being kissed by you is like a breath of fresh air " Isamu whispered in my ear. I have never tasted anything as divine"I froze at his words

He knew my fears. My hands were held in his, our fingers interlocked, his arms wrapped securely around me. "This thing between us scares me knowing well that you seek Immortality while I just want a good life"

"Yet, I can’t keep away from you "His laugh boomed in his chest and thrummed through me.

" You have been listening to me and watching me since we stepped foot in your home" I whispered.

" I have. I can’t help but want to watch your every move" He whispered seductively.

"Do you know how hard I have to fight my wolf? Zaria wants to mark you. " I confessed.

" I wanted to take you to the mines but your brother was there," Isamu snickered.

I huffed at his statement. "You wanted to create more chaos?"

He pressed me closer to him in affection." No. I want to catch Tizheruk and get his power. You came as a surprise as we met at the Yakuza sanctuary and when I walked to the airport in Tokyo. Staring at you, my wolf stirred and my beast craved for your blood."

"Yet you let me go!!"

"I had to. I was still fighting these feelings. But when I came to your home, I confirmed the attraction between us. "

"You were shameless and savage " I scolded him.

"You understand me so well Zineb." he drawled leaving feathery kisses on my neck.

" I better get back to my room before Lobo comes back. My brother is paranoid and careful" I stood up from the bed.

" I know where everyone is in this house. Hence your brother is in bed, sleeping. The glass is soundproof" Isamu leaned forward and removed his shirt.

" What are you doing?" I was out of breath as I admired him.

He got out of bed and embraced me. Our lips had other ideas as they met desperately. It was all Fire and Ice. Our tongues fighting for control and he let out a soft moan and bit my lip gently, drawing a bead of blood.

I stiffened and pushed him away.

But Isamu pulled me back and whispered "Please"

I could not explain why I stopped resisting when I heard that one word. He pulled me again for a kiss and sucked at my lips. I felt him lick the wound and it closed back, healing instantly.

" I can smell your wetness " Isamu growled as he picked me up and placed me on the bed. He pushed my pants down and underwear down and then his mouth descended between my legs.

" An hour is all I need. I will take you back" He murmured as we cuddled. I listened to his breathing in wonder for minutes until I closed my eyes and for the first time in my life, slept in someone’s arms.
