"No." Conri followed Tizheruk to the back door.

They both walked out and stood by the meadow as we all waited for them to appear. Soon enough, Ralph Isla stepped out of the trees, followed by a large mongrel wolf. Behind him were Keith Isla and Jaxton Carter, Boris’ son.

"Will you look at that?’ Tizheruk smirked.

The wolf’s growl was so loud that it shook the forest, as the birds flew off and the trees shook.

"I knew it was you that interrupted our plans, "Ralph laughed. But today, I will show you our powers.

"I smell Cinnabar in the wolf. It had consumed the crystal, and it had merged with its blood. "Tizheruk observed.

"I know what you are, " Ralph pointed at Tizheruk.

"Do you? If you did, you would not have touched Anisha. " Tizheruk tilted his head as he spoke and his voice was laced with boredom.

"What difference does it make? We wanted Tala but got Anisha instead. It was still a win-win until you sneaked into the boat and took her. I will not let you off, "Ralph chuckled.

"Pack rules? I am way above the pack rules, " Ralph’s answer was laced with arrogance and his laughter was cynical.

We all watched as Hunter appeared from the woods and in seconds snapped Ralph Isla’s neck and he dropped dead on the ground with a thud. He turned to Jaxton and Keith, who staggered back and then the mangy wolf moved to attack Hunter. Tizheruk’s swift movements had all of us in awe as he jumped on the mangy wolf, shifted midair and then bit its head off, spit it out, and then shifted back into human form. He walked over to Keith and Jaxton, petrified them, and then knocked them unconscious. Acting like nothing happened, he left the meadow and walked back to the mansion as everyone’s facial expressions were filled with fear.

"I am going to sleep. Wake me up when Godmother is awake "Where his last words before his back disappeared into the mansion.

"I will clean up this mess. "Hunter informed me.

"Lobo Aria will not be happy, " I stated.

"I don’t give a fuck. I will kill anyone who goes after Tala, "Hunter stated as he got on the phone and made calls.

I walked back to the mansion and commanded everyone, "Get back to the house. Let Hunter do his job"

"You should not be seen anywhere near him for now, "Lucian added as he opened the back doors, and we all walked into the house.

We listened in an hour later as the enforcers arrived and cleaned up the scene. I knew everyone was in deep thought as to what had happened. More sore about the Tizheruk.

"He will never tell us," Benjamin stated.

"Calm down. They are just as curious as I was. " Lucian placed an arm on my shoulder.

"Lobo Aria’s target is me" I stood up in frustration.

"What about me?" Tala chuckled and Anisha smiled

"What will I do with all of you?" I demanded.

"What is all the ruckus about? Luke is still asleep. " Elder Zaya walked into the living room and headed straight to Anisha, who stood and embraced her. " I am so glad you are back"

"Tizheruk, Conri, Lucian, and Hunter rescued me, ’’ Anisha stated as she brought Elder Zaya up to speed as to what happened.

We sat down to have breakfast after that and two hours later, after a long phone call, Elder Zaya walked to the living room and announced, "The Yakuza just called. They Informed me that it was Lyal Aria that went to Japan. They are now searching for him and will ship him back to us soon. Plus, the team that is in Alaska is another mafia gang opposing the Yakuza. They came for the gold. Kidnapping Tala was a way to get Hunter to show them where the rest of the gold was hidden. "Elder Zaya announced. " And I understand Hunter, but Lobo Aria will not go easy on him. Killing Ralph Isla was necessary, but the repercussions will be severe"

We heard the arrival of cars in the parking lot and I sensed the presence of Everest and Levy Isla.

I left the living room and went down to the bunker. I found Tizheruk lying on the bed but I could tell he was wide awake.

"Why do you keep exposing yourself?" I scolded him.

"Time is catching up with us" Tizheruk smiled and opened his eyes.

"Tell me about the Tattoo. I know you bluffed your way out of the question when we asked you, but now that we are alone, I would like to know"

Tizheruk stood up and said, " My destiny is tied to you. Odin, the god, made it this way. I was punished because Freya’s daughter Hnoss fell in love with a serpent snake.
