Ji Zhen asked as she looked at Mo Roulan with concern-filled eyes.

Mo Roulan nodded her head and answered with a calm expression on her face.

"Yes, Ma’am."

Ji Zhen was relieved. After that, she looked at the reporter with cold eyes and said to her assistant.

"File a case against him and make sure that he loses his license for doing such an act."

"Yes, Ma’am."

The assistant said while Ji Zhen looked at Mo Roulan with a smile on her lips again.

"If you don’t mind then I can drop you at your home?"

Mo Roulan hesitated before nodding her head. After witnessing what happened, it would be a folly to go alone.

Ji Zhen looked happy with her decision and affectionately held Mo Roulan’s hand as she moved towards the car.

It made Mo Roulan feel strange.

She wondered why Ji Zhen’s behavior was like this towards her. It looked as if she was very close to her. But she had never met Ji Zhen in her life before.

The car started towards He Mansion.

In these past two years, she had tried to build back her business many times but He Jian had always pushed her down.

One night she had even received his call only to hear his cruel words.

"You are able to do a job in a company because my father had asked me not to snatch it from you otherwise ....you won’t even have that. If you and your daughter approached my Lanlan or her family in the future, then remember this...I will destroy you to the extent that you will regret living."

He only saw a girl in a man’s arms. After that, he read the caption and asked out aloud

"Who is this girl?"

The old woman glared at him when she heard his question and said

"She is Ruru."

"But darling....she is so young."

The old man reasoned.

"She is Ruru....Ruru looked exactly like this when she was young."

The old man’s eyes flickered when he heard that and he looked at the girl again. Indeed, when he saw the girl in the video carefully, he couldn’t deny his wife’s words.
