Chapter 821: Chapter 821: Scalpel and Sewing Needle

All the cells within the Sanctuary can be rearranged to a certain extent based on Wen Wen’s will.

This sudden emergence of spikes is simply the most basic application.

"I advise you to be honest and confess, otherwise what I’m about to do to you will be far more terrifying than those earlier little tricks."

Having run the Sanctuary for so long, Wen Wen had developed a systematic interrogation process, unless the person was a true tough guy who could withstand anything, they definitely couldn’t endure Wen Wen’s questioning.

The Tailor Craftsman suddenly laughed, looking somewhat relaxed.

"You know, my will is actually very weak, so I can’t possibly withstand interrogation, but I won’t give you the chance to interrogate me!"

"Not give me a chance to interrogate? Do you plan to commit suicide?"

With a wave of Wen Wen’s hand, several chains flew out of nowhere, binding the Tailor Craftsman and restraining the strength within him.

"Suicide?"

The Tailor Craftsman shook his head.

"I already said my will is very weak, how dare I commit suicide, I’m just going to sleep for a while..."

As he spoke, his strength grew weaker, then he suddenly coughed, and from the two holes in his nose, foul-smelling blood began to flow, along with some yellow and white matter.

Wen Wen’s face changed abruptly, he hurried into the cell, only to find that the Tailor Craftsman had already fallen into a deep coma.

He immediately activated the Cataclysm Prison state to examine the Tailor Craftsman’s body condition, only to discover that while the Tailor Craftsman’s body remained active, his brain had completely failed.

In this state, he wouldn’t die, but he also couldn’t answer any questions.

In his brain, a pale purple venom was active, and that venom came from his scalpel, and he had been poisoned before entering the Sanctuary.

This outbreak only occurred now because the Tailor Craftsman had been suppressing the venom all along.

The Tailor Craftsman, upon realizing that he might be caught by Wen Wen, decisively acted on himself, with the aim of not letting Wen Wen extract any information from him.

This approach might seem brutal, but it actually didn’t cause him much harm.

He believed firmly that the ’Crimson Overlord’ would kill Wen Wen and rescue him, and when that time came, he would only need to be killed once in the Dim Domain to be fully restored.

The veins on Wen Wen’s forehead throbbed a few times, thinking to directly chop up the Tailor Craftsman and feed him to the Three Cubs, but he held back and gave up.

After all, he was a Disaster Upper Order monster, even though he had turned into a plant undead, his abilities could still be utilized, so he couldn’t be wasted just like that.

Wen Wen stripped the useful items off the Tailor Craftsman, ultimately finding only that purple scalpel and a space ring made of white bones, the sewing needle with black thread was already in Wen Wen’s hand.

The scalpel was extremely sharp, with considerable cutting ability, but far inferior to the Blood River Sword, though it carried a potent poison that could incapacitate someone in a very short time if injured by it.

After studying it for a while, Wen Wen discovered that flesh cut by this scalpel wouldn’t lose activity due to the venom’s effects.

He used the scalpel to cut off small parts of three monsters’ limbs, yet these pieces remained alive even when detached from the body.

The Tailor Craftsman could separate his limbs in battle, likely relying on the scalpel’s ability.

And that needle with black thread had an ability that amazed Wen Wen even more.

First, the thread on the needle was extremely tough, usable as a weapon similar to steel wire.

By sealing a confined space with this thread, a domain advantageous to the needle holder is formed; the Tailor Craftsman was calculating just this during his battle with Wen Wen.

In addition, the needle could be used to suture limbs separated by the scalpel, making them seem as if they were always part of the original body.

This suturing didn’t necessarily require the original limbs, meaning one could attach a human head to a dog’s body or a dog’s head to a human body, and both could continue to survive.

Each piece of the Tailor Craftsman’s body had a slightly different combat style, due to the numerous parts from other monsters attached to him!

Moreover, if there’s an excess of sutured wounds on a body, the thread would burrow into it.

A body occupied by the thread could maintain its self-awareness, but once the needle holder made demands, the controlled person would immediately lose themselves and become a puppet.

This scalpel and needle should be a set of superpower items, together they certainly rival the Bow of Gestation.

The two superpower items made Wen Wen quite satisfied, so he opened the Tailor Craftsman’s space ring with great anticipation.

After seeing the contents inside, Wen Wen’s face changed dramatically; the ring held no valuable items, only piles of corpses mismatchedly sutured together.

Humans and insects, various wild beasts, humans and sea creatures...

Just looking at these things made Wen Wen a bit nauseous; this must have been one of the Tailor Craftsman’s trump cards, but before he could utilize it, his sewing needle had been taken by Wen Wen!

If Wen Wen wished, these things could be put to great use at any time, but he didn’t want to!

He took all the sutured bodies out and then burned them all to ashes in one big fire.

Such things filled with human despair should not exist in this world.

Wen Wen looked at the Tailor Craftsman with a sinister expression, if he weren’t now a brainless plant undead, Wen Wen would certainly send him to the Execution Room to thoroughly enjoy it!

The long night passed with Wen Wen’s research on the Tailor Craftsman’s items.

The next day’s sunlight barely peeked out as Wen Wen walked out of Gan Zhe Temple, looked around, and his face sank once again.

In this damn place, his mood never seemed to improve.

He saw that the over one hundred people who had stayed outside last night were now all kneeling in orderly formation, worshipping on the decapitated blood-colored statue, praying for the Crimson Overlord’s blessing!

Originally, Wen Wen thought, if they spoke nicely to him in the morning, he would help them a bit.

But this sight made Wen Wen abandon that thought.

After his anger subsided, Wen Wen felt a bit of sorrow.

Though they were foolish, ignorant, and hateful, they also wanted to survive.

This statue was their only hope, naturally they were unwilling to abandon their faith in the Crimson Overlord.

In midst of his reflection, Wen Wen saw Su Nuo, with red eyes, coming towards him.

Su Nuo hadn’t slept all night, pondering his future during the first half, and stepping out of Gan Zhe Temple to study his abilities in the latter half.

As for his abilities, Wen Wen had observed through the Mirror Eye the day before.

Su Nuo’s abilities were quite simple and straightforward, allowing him to fire bullets from his fingers and launch energy cannons from his palms!

Among the superpower users in the Exploration stage, Su Nuo’s abilities were undoubtedly among the most destructive types.
