Chapter 1896: Chapter 573: The Secret of the Origin of the Card Master Civilization_2

Indeed.

Listening to this beginning, Leonard Churchill knew things weren’t simple.

Noah Wright continued, "Behind each of the Fifty-two Demon God Sequences, a Demon God is indicated. And the [Spade K-Tyrant] Sequence points to the mysterious deity known by the world as the ’Black Demon God’, whose true form is that of a ’Titan Tyrant, Uthius.’

At this point, he paused and looked at Leonard Churchill, "You’ve been to the Death Domain, you should know what this means."

Death Domain, Titan.

Connecting the two, Leonard Churchill naturally thought it through.

The endless pit filled with the corpses of the Titan Race, now seems directly related to the [Tyrant] Sequence.

What could make even Noah Wright so evasive must be something related to the "Plane Inspector" mentioned by Emperor Lanlingster.

In Noah Wright’s tone, there was a heavy feeling of suffocation, burdened by secrets, the more he knew.

Speaking out seemed to finally relieve him a bit.

The pause seemed like organizing his language to more aptly express the earth-shattering secret about to be revealed.

He continued, "The stele details the origin of the Card Master Civilization. It is said that before the Chaotic Era, this plane experienced an earth-shattering war. The gods battled fiercely, countless deities fell. The fifty-two Demon Gods that the Card Master Civilization’s Sequences point to were either allies of the fallen Card Emperor JOKER or enemies he had slain. JOKER used Great Divine Power to seal the divine power of the fifty-two fallen Demon Gods in a special ’Land of Buried Gods’, and then created the Card Master Civilization system using fifty-two Demon Mark Source Cards as divine power carriers. He recorded the Secret Skills and Divine Skills those Demon Gods excelled at, and inscribed them on fifty-two Primordial copper plates. At the same time, he used fifty-two Forbidden Ruins Steles to document the secrets of that prehistoric War of the Gods..."

"..."

Listening to these words, Leonard Churchill immediately felt the weight of history pressing down on his shoulders, making his breathing slightly heavy.

Noah Wright revealed a secret that clarified the entire origin of the Card Master Civilization.

So, those Forbidden Ruins Steles were actually Gods’ tombstones?

But, a bit differently, Leonard Churchill felt he might have seen that mysterious ’Land of Buried Gods’.

It was when he went to the City of Thieves, during the time the Holy Church came to seize Ivan, Leonard Churchill and Ivan were trapped in a Mirrored Space.

Due to a special Fortune, Leonard Churchill accidentally entered a space with no time flow.

There were fifty-three Forbidden Ruins Steles.

Now listening to this cause and effect, the additional stele was most likely JOKER’s own "tombstone".

...

Noah Wright: "Counting the four sequences related to Kingship with Q Empress, there are eight in total. The reason the Augustus Clan treats the [Spade K-Tyrant] Sequence as a hereditary sequence, apart from compatibility, is for a very important reason: to control it as much as possible to prevent accidents."

"..."

Some things can’t be said too clearly, otherwise, it might be detected by some supreme existence secretly watching.

But Leonard Churchill already understood.

If the Augustus Clan can’t control the divinity’s derangement, then others obtaining this sequence are likely to be contaminated.

Once the [Tyrant] Sequence is contaminated, the will of the "Titan Tyrant" pointed by the Demon Mark awakens.

This might explain what Leonard Churchill couldn’t figure out before about what King Arthur exactly wanted to do.

It’s probably not what Arthur wants to do.

But what the will of the Titan Tyrant wants to do after being contaminated!

After understanding this cause and effect relationship, Leonard Churchill’s mind erupted with thoughts like a geyser.

Suddenly, countless lines of cause and effect surged toward the distance like a flood.

This reminded Leonard Churchill of a scene that once occurred in history.

Three thousand years ago, "Mad King" Auduin also lost control of the Demon Mark and was counterattacked, then made many incomprehensible decisions.

At that time, it was thought to be just contamination causing foolishness and brutality.

Now compiling clues, things may be far more complex than what’s recorded on the surface.

The collapse of the Taren Empire actually left many questions.

Leonard Churchill had been to the "Thousand Army Surrounding City" in that Alternate Dimension, knowing of the great decisive battle when Taren’s Imperial Capital was besieged by Outer God’s army.

But he didn’t witness the result of that decisive battle himself.

The question arose.

There was a siege, but what happened afterward?

That section of history was utterly broken, with no records.

The truth seemed deliberately buried by someone.

Making it inaccessible to the average person.

From later facts, Leonard Churchill worked backward to know a rough outline.

The Taren Empire collapsed, seven Outer Gods, six were sealed, only the ’Source of the Plague Takpara’ escaped to the Southern Continent.

But this "result" itself had many issues.

For instance, who sealed the last few Outer Gods?

The most reasonable explanation was the two strongest beings of that era, the Last Great Priest of Taren Will Smith and then Pursuer of Light Faro.

Yet, why was it that all Seven Catastrophes Monarchs were dealt with, but the Taren Empire still fell?

In the end, Taren indeed lost. But it shouldn’t have led to all the God Tier experts being utterly destroyed due to the internal conflict in Sinless City, right?

It now seems that besides the Seven Catastrophes Monarchs, there might have been some "mysterious enemy" not leaving a trace in history.

And that "mysterious enemy" was the ultimate hand behind it all.

It was also very closely related to the Seven Catastrophes Monarchs.

....

The only thing Leonard Churchill could think of was that "Plane Inspector" mentioned by Emperor Lanlingster, which, whether it existed or not, remained uncertain.
