Chu Feng said, "I am here to help, Director Pei, you are the highest commander here. If there is anything I can help with, just say it. Don’t let my presence affect your command, you just need to treat me as your subordinate."

The police officer opened the folder and said, "Director, according to the intelligence department’s analysis, this group of villains is likely a foreign mercenary organization, and they are acting in service to an organization called the Elite Society. Moreover, the intelligence service suspects that this might be a retaliation for the recent counterfeit currency case."

"Slam! This is outrageous!" Hearing the intelligence department’s analysis, Pei Wending slammed down his baton resoundingly.

For Pei Wending, it was like a slap in the face. He had just cracked a counterfeit currency case, and they retaliated with this operation, challenging the authority and face of the police.

Chu Feng’s expression also darkened. He wasn’t interested in whether the retaliation was a slap in the face, but he was very interested in the Elite Society. They might be related to the death of his elder brother, so Chu Feng couldn’t let them off.

"Prepare the SWAT team to implement Plan B," Pei Wending said solemnly.
