Section Chief Chen had already started cursing internally. Why cause trouble now, just as a new officer takes charge? Was this not deliberately handing over his security department for someone to crackdown on?

"Alright, Director Ye, I will have someone escort the two of them over right now." At that point, Section Chief Chen could only strive to maintain a proactive attitude, to leave a better impression on the new director.

Tie Mu looked at the bloodless face of the president, mocking him, "How unpredictable life can be—one moment someone is threatening to stain our lives with detention, and now, some are about to be detained themselves. "I’m sorry, I truly realize my mistake, I can’t be detained, otherwise, my life is over. Please let me go just this once; I promise I will never oppose you two again," the president begged Chu Feng and Tie Mu for forgiveness.

Chu Feng replied coldly, "If we hadn’t run into Officer Ye today, I want to ask, did you ever think of letting us go?"

"I... I...," the president stammered, unable to utter a complete sentence.

"Since you never did, why should we let you go?"

"Officer Ye, my classmates are injured. I need to take them to treat their wounds first. I’ll leave this to you," Chu Feng said.

Ye Bingxin nodded and replied, "Okay!"

Watching Chu Feng leave, the president slumped to the ground. He knew his student life was over, and the stain of detention would likely ruin him.

He regretted it, but it was already too late to regret.

On the way back, Chu Feng walked ahead alone, while Tie Mu followed behind with Tian Tian, and Xue Yafang with her two companions followed behind Tie Mu.
