Chapter 872: Chapter 198: Demon Song Wu! Triple Repair Sacrifice!_2

Liu Zhenhan calmly sidestepped, avoiding Prince Richard’s punch. His Highness was nearly thirty centimeters taller than Liu Zhenhan, with long arms that allowed his fierce punch to graze past, making Liu’s sideburns flutter wildly.

Yet, this punch was a feint—a fact well-known to those who studied the Saint Kailu boxing method. A true expert boxer knows how to capitalize on the moment their opponent dodges the first punch by following up along their evasion path with a true heavy strike. And that’s precisely what His Highness did. As soon as the Feilengcui Lord began to dodge, Prince Richard’s long-charged heavy punch met him head-on.

Once the Saint Kailu combination punches started, the successive heavy strikes could seal off all of the opponent’s defensive lines. There was no doubt about Prince Richard’s mastery of the Saint Kailu boxing techniques, as he had once earned the "Golden Crown Gladiator" title. Seeing that his opponent had entered his rhythm, a faint sneer of mockery appeared on His Highness’s face.

That sneer quickly turned into pain.

Because Liu Zhenhan had one arm plated with mithril.

With a "bang," Liu Zhenhan’s mithril arm quivered with a trembling sound as Prince Richard’s punch landed on the metallic limb without harming Liu but instead shattered the iron glove on his own fist with a "pfft."

To make matters worse, at the same moment Prince Richard’s punch struck the mithril arm, Guoguo had already leaped from Liu Zhenhan’s shoulder, delivering a solid flying kick that stamped a four-clawed mark on the handsome face of the prince. Nevertheless, as a member of the Liger royalty and the highest guardian knight of the holy temple, he was not so easily defeated. With a muffled grunt, Prince Richard performed a beautiful backflip, using the tremendous force of Guoguo’s kick to his advantage. He rolled neatly upon landing and stood up.

"What a powerful fist," Liu Zhenhan said with a triumphant cackle, his tone filled with mockery.

Guoguo stood on the ground, nimble as ever, sticking out her small bottom and skipping rope steps, ducking and dodging, executing her self-invented combination punches with aplomb.

The surrounding crowd gasped in unison as they watched. By now the onlookers formed a sea of people, with the square fully encircled by a dense throng. A few of the Rhine Tribe Lionmen, along with a bunch of Garfield Clan vassals, carrying benches and table legs, had joined the mayhem with the Yak Heavy Cavalry and the Feilengcui militiamen in a resounding ruckus. Like mushrooms after the rain, whole squads of Beamon soldiers from the "War God’s Whip" legion emerged from street corners. Far from separating the brawling masses to maintain order, they swarmed toward the Feilengcui militiamen.

The Whale Warrior Figo and several Imperial Guards, usually proud of their status, sensed that something was amiss and immediately joined the fight. The outraged Mastiff Warriors and Hippo Poets, along with Master Otigha, apprentice Mexi, and the accompanying Elf Mage Tang Ning, wanted to help but their magic was too destructive to use, so they could only watch helplessly from the sidelines. However, the Taige-run reception quickly deployed a horde of Tiger Men and Bunnyheaded Men with tables and chairs in hand, rushing over to support the Feilengcui militiamen. Gortani struggled to keep order, but no one would listen—chaos only grew.

The ferocious melee left the priests and Great Shaman Wei An, who intended to maintain order, at a loss. They dared not unleash their magic pets, fearing the creatures’ magic might cause excessive collateral damage. They wanted to send their followers to separate the brawling groups, but there simply weren’t enough hands available.

"Haha, it seems the Feilengcui militiamen attacking the regular army are definitely to blame," Liu Zhenhan snickered with a sneering laugh, disdainfully eying Prince Richard.

At least four companies of the "War God’s Whip" had timely joined the brawl with the militiamen. Liu Zhenhan wouldn’t believe for a second that this wasn’t a long-planned provocation on Prince Richard’s part—despite the fact that the Imperial Guard, tasked with maintaining public order within Sabak City, consisted of only two battalions, with the rest stationed in camps thirty miles outside the city. Yet suddenly so many had appeared. Even Liu Zhenhan, not the sharpest, saw through the ruse.

"That’s exactly the case," Prince Richard stated in a deep voice.

Liu Zhenhan gave a thumbs-up to Prince Richard, though pointedly downwards at the ground.

Before the Feilengcui Lord, a blood-colored Azure Dragon now surfaced with bared scales and fangs, undulating up and down.

Prince Richard’s face flushed with engorged blood, turning the color of liver as the opponent’s brazenness inflamed his true anger. Slowly flexing his fingers, he removed the damaged iron glove, and the Liger Prince slowly drew his gigantic sword.

Not far away, the Sword Armor Dragon let out a heaven-shaking roar as if to assert its might.

Upon seeing the prince arm himself, Guoguo, that little troublemaker, without looking back, wiggled her small bottom and bolted.

Berserk! Without the slightest pause, Prince Richard, completely consumed by rage, entered a Self-initiated Berserk. His muscles bulged against his golden Battle Armor, his green eyes now bloodshot. With a powerful stride he leaped three to four meters into the air, carrying an overwhelming oppressive force. His massive sword in mid-air unleashed a dazzling fan-like series of sword shadows, like a sword-made folding fan thundering down with a resounding boom, aimed fiercely at Liu Zhenhan’s head.

The stones on the ground cracked under the weight of the prince’s feet, and the broadsword carried with it the aura of an oncoming storm of blood. Considering the prince’s martial prowess, he didn’t need a steed’s assistance!
