Chapter 796: Chapter 174: Painter!_1

It was probably only Liu Zhenhan in the entire Bimon Kingdom who’d dare to upset someone like Lord Mourinho, the chief priest of the Swan. The old saying, "it’s better to upset a gentleman than a petty man," held some truth, considering someone as petty and vengeful as Liu had put Lord Mourinho in a predicament and distress.

Poor Lord Mourinho had been thrown into quite a mess with the whole "Heavenly Demon Dance" ordeal. More worryingly, the pregnant Ice Phoenix was obviously not faring well. Even though Liu had heard tales of Mu Guiying giving birth in the midst of a battlefield, he didn’t believe that the Ice Phoenix could do the same.

Of course, the well-experienced Lord Mourinho would not be able to hide Gortani’s condition. After making sure that everyone was safe, Lord Mourinho quickly took the Ice Phoenix and Gortani back to the surface. The Naga and the Sirens had run off somewhere, but luckily, there was Gerein. Gerein possessed both wind and frost magic, capable of activating the magic teleportation array, which helped avert a major catastrophe for the chief priest of the Swan.

Lord Mourinho even urged Liu Zhenhan to return to the Feilengcui, as ignoring the officials of the Kingdom’s Inspection Bureau and the special envoy of the red-robed chief priest, Brut, was very disrespectful. But Liu had his own matters in the Underground World to take care of and had no time to waste on these old men. He flatly refused.

Aside from the Ice Phoenix about to lay eggs, Liu Zhenhan wasn’t much interested in what was going on outside, including the upcoming mid-March Sacrifice Olympics.

With the Underground World serving as a strategic buffer and backing, no one would dare try to attack Feilengcui. Liu wasn’t keen to rank up anyway.

Ever since witnessing the divinity of the Fire Phoenix and the Ice Phoenix, Liu had been overwhelmed with ambitious and mischievous thoughts. These thoughts were the ultimate temptation for any Blood Magic mage, let alone Liu who, despite his immense magic power, was unskilled in any spells.

Stronger magical beasts face more danger when bearing offspring. The high concentration of fire elements in the Underground World was not suitable for a frost magical beast to lay eggs. Mount Tamerlarya, full of snow, was the best option. Knowing that the Ice Phoenix was heading to his own stronghold, Liu was exhilarated. It was pointless to have his stronghold there if he didn’t even manage to get a Phoenix egg, right?

Even though this wicked idea could not be implemented right now, Liu had it all planned in his mind.

What Liu couldn’t figure out was, Lord Mourinho had only owned the twin Phoenix magical pets for a few decades. The strange thing was, Beamon’s ritual of accepting twin magical pets required the pets to be in egg form. But as far as Liu knew, super-level magical beasts like dragons took hundreds of years to mature from infants. So how did the Phoenix, a beast equally powerful as dragons, manage to have offspring in just a few decades?

Liu gave up pondering this question as he had more urgent matters to attend to - fulfilling the previous agreement with the two terrified fallen elf factions. Although he was a bit annoyed that Prince Moore Benitez had revealed all his secrets in front of the Evil-eye Tyrant, he had to swallow this bitter pill as he was the one who asked them to leave the Underground World.

The remaining forces of the two fallen elf factions were dragging their beaten bodies slowly towards Difeng Valley. When they finally arrived with their supplies, hoping to take care of their injured, they couldn’t believe what they saw.

In front of the Lava Difeng Valley was a flat drill ground. Under the twenty-meter tall War Ancient Trees filled with fruits, ten burly men were hitting a leather ball towards two baskets tied to the trees. As Prince Moore and the Drow Matriarch arrived, a short figure sprang into the air, spun his arms like a windmill above a group of giants, and dunked the ball into the basket.

The 1.2-meter-tall "Answer," Iverson, raised a finger in victory, looking down at several disheartened giants who had their hands on their hips in defeat. These giants looked no less than the mythical giants Samson and Goliath.

Spectators gathered around, some sitting and some standing. Just like a mummy wrapped in bandages, Fire Crane and Lord Bimon were chewing on bamboo chips, yelling and whistling in encouragement.

Both Prince Moore and the Drow Matriarch’s gazes towards Lord Beamon shifted from respect to fear.

"By Emperor Polo!" Prince Moore couldn’t help but shiver.

The incredible strength of the Flame Emperor and the Six-winged Flame Demon surpassed Moore and the Drow’s imagination. If they had a second chance, the two fallen elf factions would surely choose not to mess with such mighty foes. This Bimon Lord, who managed to defeat both the Flame Emperor and the Evil-eye Tyrant, was simply terrifying.

"Obischillaci! I’ve been waiting for you two for a whole day. What took you so long?" Having seen the high-ranked officials of the two fallen elf factions, Liu waved and greeted them enthusiastically, hobbling over.
