Chapter 462: Chapter 99: The unfamiliar Sea Clan_4

"Hmph... our Bimon Shaman’s ’Siren’s Song of Weakness’ has been the most effective against the Sirens since it was created five thousand years ago. No need to say more, we’ll first bring them down." Helen sneered as she began to sing the ’Song of Weakness’.

At the first note of this war song, the Sirens in the sky instantly turned pale. This song, created by a Bimon Shaman during the later stages of the sea-land war, was specifically designed to counter the Sirens, hence the name ’Siren’s Song of Weakness’!

Instantly, a Naga on the staircase corridor gathered his arms by his ears and, with a crisp reprimand, abruptly stopped the clear, soaring war song of the little fox.

This was the Naga’s racial ability, ’Group Silent Spell’!

The white shaman robe was so conspicuous; the Bimon hadn’t forgotten the Sea Clan, and the Sea Clan had not forgotten the Bimon Shaman either.

The Vajra parrot flew by with Guoguo once again, this time the cursing animal had its mouth wide open and was unable to make a sound.

Liu Zhenhan watched as the people around him moved their mouths intensely, but couldn’t speak. He simply stopped speaking as well. The Naga’s racial ability ’Group Silent Spell’ lasted only a mere five minutes. It was enough to interrupt magic spells and Bimon war songs, with no other concern.

"Bimon! Clear a path and let us leave this place!" A male six-armed Naga on the staircase shouted.

"Had there been no Naga capable of casting the Silent Spell accompanying us, we Sirens wouldn’t dare to set foot on a shaman’s territory. We’ve been in the Sanggan River for two whole days now, I’ve seen so many humans! Oh Storm God! Your weapons are so fine! And you’re so adept at warfare! Oh~ Dragon Knight~ Oh~ Mage~ Oh~ So many shamans~" A leading female Siren in the sky also flapped her wings, speaking in a deliberately exaggerated tone that carried a strong hint of mockery.

Her voice was exceptionally soft and enchanting, truly a Siren with a beautiful singing voice.

The other six Sirens began laughing at the same time, their laughter sounding as crisp and pleasing as silver bells.

"Don’t force us to kill your companions! If you agree to clear the way, just nod!" The Naga on the stairs sneered and carried on the conversation.

The common language of the Aegean Continent spoken by these two Sea Clan members was quite fluent.

"What is your purpose for coming here, esteemed Sea Clan royalty? What exactly do you intend to do?" Daisy, cloaked, stepped forward.

The fact that someone could still speak surprised the Nagas. Having the right to speak under the ’Silent Spell’ was really beyond their expectations. However, no matter how rich their imagination, they would never associate the beautiful woman in the cloak as an Elemental Immunity Fairy Dragon; the Sea Clan hidden in the Sanggan River hadn’t been able to clearly see the fleeting moments when the Fairy Dragon had taken off her cloak during the battle.

During the three World Wars, the proud and solitary Dragon Clan never intervened in any major battles.

"Don’t ask why we came! Clear a path! Let us return to the Sanggan River! None of us needs to harm each other!" The Naga, annoyed, snatched six weapons from a slave soldier beside him, held one in each hand, and pointed a weapon at the throat of a nearby slave soldier, roaring at Daisy.

Helen quietly hid behind the towering figure of Korina Hill, and Gude understood immediately, stepping forward slightly to block the view of the innkeeper.

The cunning Sea Clan immediately noticed that a shaman’s figure had been obscured, and a Naga quickly shouted, supplementing with a ’Group Silent Spell’.

"There’s no need for hostility! We mean no harm, we actually just want to understand your intentions. If we can turn hostility into friendship, that would certainly be best." Daisy started to divert the topic.

"It seems you didn’t understand what I was trying to say." The Naga wielding six weapons sneered, swung all six arms in unison, and six ogre slave corpses instantly fell beside him. His weapon wielding style was extremely smooth, showing that he had clearly undergone long-term training.

"Shall we make way?" Daisy turned and asked Liu Zhenhan, "Naga are very malicious. It wouldn’t be good if Gortani gets injured."

Liu Zhenhan responded with a proud smile.

As a Soul Singer, he possesses the unique ability to silently cast war songs. Although he does not know the "Siren’s Song of Weakness," other war songs pose no problem. His three usual tactics are all decisive trump cards! Another important point is that Helen is a naturally evolved War Shaman, who plays with the "Siren’s Song of Weakness" better than anyone else. Helen, who lacks the ability to silently cast war songs, is the only shaman in Bimon Kingdom who can both sing and dance!

Does the war dance require language?

Even if the Sea Clan’s imagination is amplified ten thousand times, they absolutely would not expect to be so unlucky as to encounter two of the most brilliant geniuses from the Bimon Kingdom. Yet they thought they had complete control of the situation.

A wicked aura suddenly fell from the sky, causing the seven smug Sirens in the sky to spurt blood before crashing down from the Red Earth Highland. This is the power of Helen’s "Siren’s Weakness War Dance." This war song might merely weaken others, but for the Sirens, it’s a heavy blow.

Almost simultaneously, another wicked aura fell from the sky. This was the "Song of Jiang’s Patience" that Lord Liu silently chanted in his heart!

A cluster of purple hues, the Power of Stupidity, erupted on the stairway, hitting mainly the group of Naga.

Fat Luo, with an unbelievable agility, leaped onto the staircase. His three Vajra long knives were withdrawn from their sheathes together. After opening up a passage, the three long knives slashing through like lightning brought about a shower of blood from three tall Naga, splashing a series of red droplets on the wall of the cave.

Without the command of the Sirens, the slave warriors and goblin warriors affected by the Song of Stupidity, along with Gortani, stood stupefied on the stairway passage, at a complete loss.

"Keep one alive!" Ruona yelled.

Fat Luo’s three long knives had already taken down two Naga, the last one, held by his nose, was barely stopped on a female Naga’s forehead, a strand of silver hair fell from her temple.

The terrified Naga stared unbelievably at the agile giant in front of her. Her face drained of colour in fear.

Blood seeped out of the bandages on Fat Luo’s chest - a result of forcibly using the "Gale Step."

Forty spears rushed out almost as soon as Fat Luo had jumped out, aimed directly at the seven Sirens falling from the sky. With a sound of flesh and bone tearing, six Sirens, like hedgehogs, pierced full of spears, were nailed to the icy cliff of the Red Earth Highland. Blood gushed and stained the wall behind them in a bright red, like a crude oil painting speckled with cinnabar.

Only one Siren, whose wings were hit by two spears thrown by Gude, survived. He was the only one left alive.

Feathers fluttered down from the sky.

Liu Zhenhan silently sneered.

I would like to emphasise again, this book is thoroughly about magical realism. Some might say that without setbacks it’s not interesting, but I just want to declare one point: in this book, the so-called curses are actually adventures, incredibly good adventures.

Hehe, after staying up all night, I finally typed 12,000 words, posted 7,900, and still have some left for myself, hehe...
