Boiling Beast Bloodline
Chapter 150 - 150 1 2 Entering the Palace {V 13}_2

150: Chapter 1, 2 Entering the Palace {V Chapter 13}_2 150: Chapter 1, 2 Entering the Palace {V Chapter 13}_2 This time the Mastiff People, due to their need to avoid suspicion, could not make it.

The pandas were too busy to handle everything, so in the end, even Liu Zhenhan had to roll up his sleeves, and temporarily play the role of a security guard.

The ceremonial procession in the temple quickly arrived.

Ten Holy Temple Knights hurriedly moved out from inside the city, and when they saw that the War Beast was taking earth-shattering steps toward Witherspoon, they were all stunned.

They quickly summoned their mounts from the Misha Badge, holding lances adorned with banners in their hands, lined up in a row, welcoming the arrival of the noble Shaman.

Leading the knights was none other than Prince Richard, riding atop a Burrowing Dragon.

The Holy Temple Knights’ Misha Badge and the Shaman’s Medusa Badge are badges of a similar nature, both possessing somnolent dimensional spaces.

But the mounts of the Holy Temple Knights were not tamed by themselves; they were provided by the beast trainers specially in charge of raising magical beasts in the temple.

The majestic appearance of the Holy Temple Knights, under the shadow cast by the sky-covering Komodo War Behemoth, appeared pitifully small.

The well-trained magical beast mounts were also a bit frightened, looking at this terrifying behemoth from the top of the food chain, constantly shifting their hooves and snorting loudly.

With the horns blaring in unison, the Beamon people spontaneously showered them with flowers from the city walls.

The face of Great Shaman Wei An bloomed like a daisy.

Accompanied by many Scepter Shamans, he appeared at the city gate like the moon surrounded by stars.

The Komodo War Behemoth let out a low grunt, slowly lay on the ground, lowered its head, forming a bridge with its neck and horn.

Helen gracefully walked down from it.

“Welcome, Daughter of the War God!” Great Shaman Wei An’s face was full of happiness and excitement, he tightly hugged Helen and affectionately kissed her forehead.

“Master Qi Dan, our trial journey has been perfectly completed!” Helen’s face was also brimming with happiness.

Having seen her mentor Cui Beixi, she hurriedly threw herself into her mentor’s warm embrace.

“Master Qi Dan!” Liu Zhenhan also came over to ingratiate himself, holding the little piglet, “Haha…”

The smile on Great Shaman Wei An’s face froze for a moment.

“How many magic crystals did you hunt?” Master Qi Dan looked at the little pig in Liu Zhenhan’s arms and felt more disheartened.

“Not many…just…” Liu Zhenhan was still calculating whether to report a few less magic crystals, so as not to shock the old turtle, but was interrupted by Great Shaman Wei An.

“Never mind, you’ve taken advantage of your mentor’s help.

I won’t ask you how many magic crystals you’ve hunted.” Great Shaman Wei An coldly nodded at Liu Zhenhan, then turned back to Helen, who was surrounded by a group of Shamans, to continue their greeting.

What the hell?

Liu Zhenhan almost choked.

The beautiful snake tutor Cui Beixi smiled at him, which made Liu Zhenhan feel a little warmer.

Ning Yu and Avril around him could only shrug regretfully at him.

Seeing Prince Richard get off his dragon mount and holding Helen’s hand, talking fervently, Liu Zhenhan felt even more upset.

The little pig and Guoguo came back.

Both of them were rubbing their legs and rolling their eyes at him.

“Watch my boy.” Liu Zhenhan said nonchalantly, “Wait and see when your father gets the territory, I will show them some color.”

“Richard.” The beautiful snake swayed and walked over to him: “It seems that your trip this time has yielded a lot!”

“Mentor.” Liu Zhenhan’s face immediately fell: “I’m so poor now that even the rats at home have packed up and run away!”

Seeing the disapproving expression on the beautiful snake’s face, Liu Zhenhan hurriedly pointed at the Komodo War Behemoth and explained, “Do you know how much this guy eats in a day?

I can’t afford to keep it….”

“…Whenever I go out, I first wipe my mouth with the fat of a Larza Beast.” Liu Zhenhan added, “That way, my mouth shines with oil and doesn’t lose face.”

“Don’t worry.” The beautiful snake smiled, “Your noble identity and territory are completely assured this time.”

“Really?

Hahaha … Thank you God …”

“Let’s go to the dust-cleaning banquet first.

Even the Governor of Witherspoon can’t wait to meet you.” The beautiful snake petted the little piglet’s nose.

Katusha, feeling shy, hid behind Liu Zhenhan’s legs, and gave the snake lady just the back of her head.

Avril and Ning Yu whispered a few words to each other, laughing secretly, and then pulled Liu Zhenghan over to whisper something into his ear.

“Tutor Cui Beixi!

I still have a question left to ask you!” Liu Zhenghan called to the dazzling Medusa, who was about to turn and leave.

“Richard, where did you get all these questions?” Cui Beixi stretched her elegant face pretentiously, looking at her adorable disciple.

“I heard that nobles own territories, right?” Liu Zhenghan asked, “What is a territory?”

Medusa’s body swayed, almost fainting.

“You little rascal.” Medusa’s face flushed more beautifully in embarrassment, she scolded him resentfully and walked away without looking back.

“Damn, did you guys set me up?” Liu Zhenghan had a hunch something felt off, angrily glaring at Avril and Ning Yu.

Avril and Ning Yu laughed so hard they could barely breathe.

The Governor of Witherspoon’s mansion was truly extraordinary.

Despite the haste, all preparations required for a noble banquet were ready for lunchtime.

Gude and his generals went to the restaurant outside to eat, as there was no place for them at such a banquet.

Originally, as mere followers, both Ning Yu and Avril wouldn’t have a place at such a grand banquet.

The doormen of the Governor’s mansion initially mistook Liu Zhenghan to be one of Hellen’s followers and almost drove him out.

The protagonist of today’s event was Helen.

Liu Zhenghan was not someone to be trifled with.

He swung everyone from the doorman to the steward of the Governor’s mansion away like a sack of fertilizer.

The traces of his despotic past were deeply etched on his face, and his eyes swept across the crowd like a pack of wolves surveying a herd of Larza beasts.

No one dared to obstruct his path anymore.

But his bad reputation spread overnight among the nobles of Witherspoon.

Everyone learned that the newly notorious apprentice to the Fox Tribe’s War Shaman was a crude Piegel boy.

Poor Ogre Karu, elegantly dressed, held the gem egg originally given to Helen by Prince Richard.

He stood dumbfounded at the entrance of the Governor’s mansion, ignored by all.

His attire matched exactly that of Prince Richard’s that day, a personal touch by Liu Zhenghan to irk the prince.

Outside the Governor’s mansion, a number of Beamon’s had gathered, pointing towards Karu.

The slave brand on Karu’s forehead was quite conspicuous.

“I am a slave to Lord Richard.” The famished Ogre Karu straightened his back.

At the banquet, Liu Zhenghan, Ning Yu, and Avril were seated at the far end of the long table.

Helen was initially planning to sit with them, but the hospitable governor quickly dragged the fellow tribeswoman to his side.

The long table, twenty blades long, was filled with flower vases, silver candlesticks, and ornate gold cups.

Each seated guest chose their position consciously, abiding by some unspoken rule.

Sitting at the head of the table was Governor Witherspoon, the current chief of the Fox Tribe — Lord Rosenborg.

His chair was a single piece of luxurious pear wood, carved into the shape of a half-crouching fox.

A pair of glittering gems made up the eyes of this fox-shaped chair.

At both sides of the Governor sat the proud Prince Richard and Shaman Wei An, wearing his pointed hat.

The three of them occasionally whispered and chuckled about something.

Helen sat awkwardly beside them, occasionally looking over at Liu Zhenghan, who was blocked(?) by flower vases and candlesticks.

Liu Zhenghan also watched this amusing scene.

The seating arrangement of the shaman was very subtle.

For example, Cui Beixi, the Medusa, was seated quite close to the Great Shaman, probably due to her status as a sub-dragon shaman – it allowed her to sit so close to the front.

The two priests who administered Liu Zhenghan’s test that day also turned out to be quite important figures; out of all the shamans, their seats were only second to Cui Beixi, the Medusa.

In addition to the shamans from the temple, noble couples holding various positions under Governor Rosenborg, as well as some high-ranking military officers, were also in attendance.
