Chapter 1212: Chapter 328: 3 Conditions_2
"According to the traditions of our country, only the Pope may be referred to as ’Your Holiness.’ You may call me ’Your Excellency Richard,’" Liu Zhenhan glanced at a maid who was taking a glass cup out of a brocade box. The girl’s figure was perfectly developed, like a ripe grape, the kind that’s about to burst with juice. She bent over, outlining her voluptuous curves just so.
"My apologies, Your Excellency Richard," Mei Shuai laughed, "This barrel of imperial grape wine, the liquid as vibrant as blood, Your Excellency must have never tasted it."
"Sorry! In Beamon tradition, when visiting an enemy’s home, one must not touch any bit of the opponent’s food!" Liu Zhenhan nonchalantly twisted the wine-pouring maid’s body, Guoguo grabbed a handful, and the little parrot pecked at a cheek, the whole family took their share of the spoils.
Clearly, this maid had undergone rigorous training; although her beautiful eyes were filled with pain, she did not let out a pained whimper, only a slight tremble ran through her delicate body.
"I find your figure not very impressive," Liu Zhenhan said shamelessly to the maid, her hand trembling, spilling the blood-like red wine from the glass. Guoguo reached out for another touch, hiding behind the old rascal’s head and clutching her belly as she laughed raucously.
Every pair of eyes in the tent was on Liu Zhenhan, who met their gaze unabashedly. The irritation from the journey vanished as soon as he saw Rommel’s bloodshot eyes filled with disdain and contempt.
"I’ve seen the dances of desert dancers before, and I wouldn’t refuse a few exotic dances," Liu Zhenhan shamelessly said to Rommel, "Mei Shuai, could you satisfy my request? It’s best if it involves some bare arms and legs."
"Your Excellency’s request, of course, I shall fulfill. The most exquisite of the desert dancers are the Gelan women, their skin soft and fair. Coincidentally, these few are just that. If Your Excellency takes a liking, feel free to take a couple with you when you leave..." Rommel smacked his lips, continued dealing the Tarot Cards onto the low table, and without raising his head, asked, "...But I wonder, will Your Excellency refuse the request I have made?"
"What do you mean? My dear Mei Shuai," Liu Zhenhan nonchalantly pulled out a cigar, lit it up by a lantern, and puffing out a trail of smoke, the previously bullied maid now deftly picked up a grape, peeled it with her slender fingers and brought it to Liu Zhenhan’s lips. The old rascal shook his head, and she began to massage his shoulders without a hint of complaint.
No wonder so many people love power, thought Liu Zhenhan, feeling a sense of euphoria.
Mei Shuai clapped his hands.
Twelve maids immediately moved to the center of the tent, twirling and unwrapping the clothes from their bodies. Their movements were graceful and fluid, and as the light veils slowly fluttered to the ground, twelve naked, alabaster bodies were suddenly exposed within the great tent, their skin softer than camel milk, their waists delicate and graceful, nothing on their bodies except for the veils covering their faces.
The sound of bells chimed crisply, exuding deadly seduction, and after holding their breath for an eternity, the sighs that finally emerged from the tent made one wonder if they could suffocate a bull.
Liu Zhenhan and Guoguo’s eyes were glued to the sight, the big and small rogues whistling together, the little parrot murmuring something indistinct.
"Your Excellency Richard, I want you to surrender!" Rommel glanced at the heartless Beamon Shaman and repeated himself loudly three times before Liu Zhenhan heard him.
"Oh," Liu Zhenhan pulled out a Div Water Crystal Ball, adjusting it at a low angle as he replied.
"In exchange, I will spare the remaining Beamons in the ruins of the old city!"
"I don’t like beating around the bush, there’s no such thing as a free lunch in this world, right?" Liu Zhenhan chuckled.
"Of course, you have to pay three prices in exchange!" declared Mei Shuai, resting his arms on the table, his gaze piercing.
"Speak!" Liu Zhentian aimed the Div Water Crystal Ball at Rommel.
"First, surrender all those Giant Aphids to me." Rommel didn’t even wait for Liu Zhentian to ask, as he took the initiative to explain, "My Mainz Archers cannot mass-breed the Imperial Arrow Bees. Each archer is equipped with no more than ten Imperial Bees, the key reason being the lack of honey sources. The Giant Aphids, which the Golden Ants offer to the Ant Queen, are useless to you, but they are treasures to me."
"How about I give you half? There are a total of one hundred and seventy-eight, each of us will take eighty!"
"Your count seems a bit off," Rommel laughed. "Fine, eighty it is. Over ten thousand pounds of honey per day, that’s enough."
"What’s the second condition?"
"The Magnetic Forbidden Area will disappear tomorrow. I don’t want to maintain this domain any longer either! I intend to have another fight with your Beamons. I’ll deploy two hundred Arsenic Giants, you’ll send out two hundred warriors, no Mages allowed, life and death will be left to fate! After the battle, we will withdraw our troops," Rommel said.
"Oh?" Liu Zhentian’s gaze drifted to the dancers, and he asked in a seemingly unconcerned tone, "Why fight again?"
"One, I need to put on a show for the Mulan Imperial Guards; two, I’m somewhat unconvinced! And just so you know, today’s army that you brutally defeated wasn’t mine, but the royal Imperial Guards." Rommel’s expression turned dark, and his tone grew strange. "More than ten thousand of our Flying Camel troops died at your hands. Tarlatul Ruyabshan and Ali Dai Yiyabshan, two Golden Sword Mojies, have perished, as has Pterosaur Knight Madavikiya. The entire Subsand Corps is dead. These are blood debts! Of course, our agreement also requires that I send off these Imperial Guards before we discuss further..."
Liu Zhentian’s lecherous gaze finally vanished as he turned to look at the dozen or so repulsive Giants around him, reeking of bitter almonds, and several Giants covered in white frost glared at him fiercely.
"I’ve always wondered where the frost-armor Giants in the desert came from. It turns out they’re Arsenic Giants!" The old rogue chewed his cigar, moving it from the left side of his mouth to the right, and let out a cold, sneering laugh. "If I don’t beat the crap out of you lot tomorrow, I’ll take your surname."
"The desert is a world in itself, Your Excellency!" Rommel laughed heartily. "Taklamago even has Mudfoot Giants, who are naturally afraid of water, and Buddha Giants, ten meters tall. These Giants are few in number yet stubbornly uncontrollable, all now locked up by me. I’ll temper their temperaments and then have them serve the Flying Camel troops!"
"Damn! Ten-meter-tall Giants? Only the Titans of legend are that tall!" Liu Zhentian stuck out his tongue, secretly alarmed. This handsome commander was truly formidable, even capable of subduing such Giants. He had to hurry up; once back, he would definitely have to bring the remaining Salt Frost Giants from the Subterranean Saline Marsh to serve as slaves.
"Do you agree to my terms or not?" Rommel asked.
"Why wouldn’t I?" Liu Zhentian sneered. "It has come to this stage, can I still haggle?"
"Rest assured, I won’t sever your tendons or let the Imam brand you with an Elemental Imprint, just so long as you don’t bring any of those trinkets with intense Elemental Fluctuations," Rommel sneered, pointing at Liu Zhentian’s rings, which were flashy like a nouveau riche. "Of course, you can bring your ostentatious boar skin robes and skull necklace; those are the best proof of your identity as a Shaman of Divine Songs."
"Being so kind to me? Let’s talk about the third price then! Please don’t make it difficult for me!" Liu Zhentian chuckled helplessly, feeling that this treatment oddly smacked of a plot brewing.
"You will accompany me back to Kalimantan City, where I will create an opportunity for you to rescue your Beamon princess————isn’t this what you’ve always wanted to do? Don’t ever deny it! I detest it when people try to deceive me with such childish tricks; your tactics are simply too clumsy." The handsome commander watched Liu Zhentian intently. "Don’t think the Beamon oath is so valuable. It might be to others, but it’s worthless in my eyes!"
