Chapter 387: Chapter 186: The Red Lotus Staff, Ash Witch Molli’er! - Part 3

The girl mumbled a couple of words, clapped her hands, and just shifted her gaze away from Grace.

Suddenly, a silver-white tentacle with a metallic sheen emerged abruptly from the void beside her.

The girl’s eyes gleamed slightly, and she let out a soft "ah," reaching out to grab the silver-white tentacle.

But the speed of the silver-white metal tentacle was extremely fast, and with a "swish," it wrapped around Grace’s waist, then swiftly whisked her away.

The girl seemed to see something quite amusing, as a smile appeared on her exquisite face, yet her entire being..."boom," exploded into countless crimson sparks and vanished.

Deeper than mercury, yet reflecting a mirror-like luster, the silver-white armor enveloped Ronan’s entire body.

Ronan stood in a void, using the metal tentacle to pull Grace out from the clutches of the "defiling clutches."

This suddenly emerged "Ash Witch," merely appearing, frightened the few Level 3 Wizards of the Life Court into immobility, without even the courage to resist.

"Is she really that terrifying..."

Ronan could vaguely sense that the opponent’s spiritual power was indeed much stronger than that of a general Level 3 Wizard, but it should not have reached the Level 4 Dawn.

Not reaching Level 4 was manageable, after all, he had battled a Peak Level 3 Wizard before, such as the Dark Head of the Resurrection Society.

He couldn’t just stand by like the Wizards of the Life Court and watch Grace be toyed with like a plaything...

Even if that person was also female.

When the Witch Girl, referred to as the "Ash Witch," transformed into a cluster of sparks and suddenly disappeared, Ronan’s senses were pushed to the limit, with the [Eye of Truth] weaving on his forehead.

He was well aware that she would soon come looking for trouble with him, but didn’t expect the speed to be so swift.

Almost the instant the Witch Girl’s figure disappeared, a chilling sense of crisis rapidly welled up in Ronan’s heart.

A pale hand extended from behind him with almost no hesitation, as if about to lightly tap his shoulder.

"Zing!"

Numerous sharp spines like blades and swords suddenly sprouted from Ronan’s back, transforming him into a colossal human-shaped porcupine.

However, this measure had no effect, earning only a gentle laugh, as if the girl was covering her mouth.

"Giggle..."

An indescribable scorching aura descended from above in the next breath.

In just an instant, Ronan felt a slight stinging sensation on his shoulders, neck, and cheeks.

The metal armor on his body swiftly melted, having almost no ability to resist the sudden heatwave.

He wasn’t unfamiliar with battling Fire Wizards.

Once at Melt Crystal Lake, Ignatius, a very powerful Fire Wizard, possessed an Ancient Flame Demon Bloodline, and his fire magic was tens of times more potent than that of a typical Fire Wizard.

Yet, even with Ignatius fully unleashing his bloodline power, the fire magic he released didn’t come anywhere near a tenth of the heat Ronan felt now!

It’s truly unimaginable!

"Whoosh—"

Ronan’s figure quietly shattered and disappeared like a mirror, a flower in the water, and a moon in the water.

A beautiful lady’s walking stick entwined with red lotus-shaped flames stopped its downward movement and flew rapidly toward another direction the moment Ronan vanished.

Almost the instant Ronan landed via short-distance Space Transmission, the fiery staff once again struck directly at him.

The terrifying firepower attached to the staff hadn’t even landed before it scorched the air into clusters of black high-temperature distortions, indescribably blistering, feeling as though even a hint of power would evaporate the metals and rocks on the ground rather than form lava...

"Can she accurately predict my Space Transmission landing point?"

"Not just because the transmission distance is too short..."

Facing the oncoming fiery staff, countless thoughts flashed through Ronan’s mind like sparks from flint, his forehead’s [Eye of Truth] gleaming as he quickly captured a figure.

Or rather, the opponent wasn’t intentionally hiding at all.

"Let’s see!"

Just as the fiery staff was about to strike Ronan’s face, with the metal mask on his face dripping with metallic liquid, Ronan’s calm blue eyes suddenly burst with intense brilliance.

In the next instant, the silver-white metal armor on his body unexpectedly fell apart, revealing a slender and handsome true form.

Amidst the flames’ scorching heat, which curled Ronan’s brown hair slightly, his expression remained calm. He even spread his arms as if completely surrendering, ready to embrace the blow of the fiery staff.

Not far away, a girl floating inexplicably, swaying her pale legs, watched this scene with keen interest.

Just as she curiously wondered how Ronan would respond next, a silver-white light reflecting like a mirror silently emerged around her body.

"Ah!"

The girl was slightly surprised, attempting to get up while supporting herself against the air.

However, the silver-white metal was faster than her, enveloping her entirely in a flash, transforming into a massive solid silver-white mirror, sealing her firmly within...
