Chapter 176: Chapter 104 Why does Seventh Rings have such a character?_3

As the Potion took effect, a series of soft yet intense crackling noises came from the figure’s bones.

The sounds persisted for quite some time before the frantic and panic emotions of the figure gradually settled down.

The layer of silver with a metallic sheen on the skin’s surface slowly faded, revealing a rough face with red marks all over.

The Green-eyed Wizard took out a small mirror to inspect his own appearance and his complexion turned ugly. He subconsciously reached out to touch the red stripe-like sword scars on his face, only to wince in pain immediately.

"Damn it!"

He cursed fiercely, green eyes flaring with a feral glow, like a vicious and enraged wolf.

However, this ferocity was quickly suppressed by an overwhelming sense of after-fright and astonishment, leaving only a face filled with lingering fear.

"Where is it?"

Suddenly, a calm voice rose by the Green-eyed Wizard’s ear.

The silver metal that had just faded began to crawl up the Green-eyed Wizard’s cheeks again at lightning speed.

He turned around abruptly and saw a lean figure gradually materializing in the air like ink spreading on paper.

A young man with black hair stood before him.

His face was gaunt, his skin pale, clad in a Silver Robe marked with the Third Ring, and wearing Black Diamond Earrings on both ears, exuding a chilly and profound aura.

Like a shadow that expands and spreads at all times, ceaselessly devouring the surrounding light.

The Green-eyed Wizard’s eyes flickered rapidly at the sight of the person before him.

He remained silent for a moment before saying, "Didn’t get it."

"Just a mere Level 1, with spiritual power not even at the Late Stage, and a bit of Talent that has grasped a power from the Extraordinary Magic Realm – as a Second-level Wizard yourself, you shouldn’t have let this slip by, right?

A reason."

The young man’s gaze was ice-cold, "I need a reasonable explanation."

The flickering in the Green-eyed Wizard’s eyes was unsteady as he said in a low voice, "Bad luck, happened to encounter a Wizard of the same level.

That kid was crafty, he sneaked away while I was in conflict with the other..."

"Same level?"

The young man’s slender eyebrows furrowed slightly, "Who?"

"Fourth Circle, name’s Colin Tobey... An arrogant fellow with a bit of Strength."

The Green-eyed Wizard quickly replied, his tone of voice seemingly tinged with frustration and helplessness.

Hearing the precise identity stated by the Green-eyed Wizard, the young man’s dark eyes flashed with a hint of cold light.

After a brief moment, this coldness was well concealed again.

"Forget it."

He spoke in a calm and expressionless tone, "I’ll take care of this matter myself.

Next time, I’ll act personally..."

With that, his figure began to blend with the air, his form slowly covered by shadows, and he vanished.

Once the young man’s presence was completely gone, the Green-eyed Wizard’s expression turned irate and ferocious.

"Pah! Bastard..."

"You set me up first, don’t blame me for getting back at you..."

Spitting several times toward the direction the young man had left, a mocking sneer appeared on the Green-eyed Wizard’s face.

"Dealing with a monster like you as an opponent, I hope that the next time I see you, you can still preserve that arrogant demeanor... Heh..."

Having said that, the Green-eyed Wizard frowned and hurriedly left in haste.

...

Ronan led the Ponytail Witch, who he had "taken" from the First Magic Ring Wizards’ group, directly out of the "Damp Jungle" Secret Realm Space and flew to a secluded and desolate valley before landing.

Turning back, he saw the Ponytail Witch with her head bowed, fingers nervously tugging at the hem of her Magic Robe, displaying a nervousness mixed with a hint of shyness.

Ronan blinked, not yet sure how to start speaking his intent to the girl, only to hear her say softly, "Why me?

We only just met for the first time, we haven’t even spoken a word to each other before...

I always felt I am so ordinary, so ordinary..."

Ronan: "???"
