Ships from 200 gross tons to 600 gross tons, or with main propulsion powers from 147 kilowatts to 441 kilowatts, are third-level ships. 147 kilowatts is equivalent to 200 horsepower, which means 001 is a third-level vessel."

So that’s how ships are classified, truly an entirely different field.

Old Zhang curiously asked, "Master Han, does that mean Salted Fish has to take a promotion exam to skipper a second-level ship?"
