A surge of excitement coursed through Vlad’s heart as he heard these words. The trials he had endured to reach this point had been harrowing, but now he stood on the threshold of an even greater power. He could only imagine the might contained within these Legendary Techniques, each locked away in one of the three glowing spheres before him.

Determined to waste no time, Vlad approached the first Soul World—an enormous orb of swirling plasma—and placed his hand inside.

Just as he had experienced with the techniques at the Peak Sage level, contact with the sphere pulled his consciousness into a vivid vision. He witnessed a scene of utter chaos: a Dino Warrior standing calmly at the heart of a battlefield, ringed by hundreds of enemies armed with swords, axes, and hammers. The mob converged on this lone figure with murderous intent, yet the Dino Warrior appeared utterly unperturbed, its features composed and serene.

In the blink of an eye, weapons came crashing down, cutting arcs through the air to strike their solitary target. Astonishingly, each blade and bludgeon passed through the Dino Warrior’s body as though it were made of mist, unable to make contact at all. The warrior didn’t even flinch.

"Amazing," Vlad whispered, stunned by the display. He could hardly believe a technique like this existed—absolute defense through intangibility. What better protection could there be than a body enemies simply could not touch?

Moments later, a voice resonated through the vision as though the Soul World itself sought to enlighten him:

Shaking his head, he withdrew his hand from the Soul World. For several seconds, he stood in silent contemplation, eyes resting upon the orb’s swirling plasma. Ultimately, he moved on. There were still two more orbs to investigate.

Vlad approached the center sphere with caution, pressing his palm against it. Once again, a vision engulfed his consciousness. This time, he saw a Dino Warrior standing calmly on a barren plain while thousands of meteors rained from the sky.

Each flaming rock plummeted toward the ground with earth-shattering velocity. With unflinching resolve, the Dino Warrior braced itself and began punching the air. Every blow unleashed a devastating kinetic pulse, obliterating one meteorite after another. Dozens, then hundreds, of meteors were destroyed in rapid succession.

Suddenly, the heavens darkened as a moon-sized meteor loomed overhead. In response, the Dino Warrior roared, its body expanding to monstrous proportions.

A phantom of a four-armed giant coalesced around it, the spectral limbs bracing against the colossal rock. With titanic might, the Dino Warrior held back the entire moon-sized meteor, preventing it from colliding with the surface.

Yet despite the allure of such brute strength, Vlad withdrew his hand, keeping his mind open to possibilities.

At the third orb, he carefully slipped his hand inside the swirling plasma. This vision differed starkly from the others: no titanic battles, no cataclysmic meteor showers. Instead, he saw a Dino Mage kneeling in meditation, its eyes closed, its hands resting on its thighs. Moments later, the Dino Mage’s energy surged, radiating out in every direction. It was an enormous reserve of power—even for a Legendary-level being.

Vlad waited for something dramatic to happen: an epic summoning spell or destructive barrage. Instead, he observed that the Dino Mage’s energy pool steadily increased again and again. Specifically, the Dino Mage seemed to draw in golden energy from the environment. With each wave of golden energy that merged into the Dino Mage’s core, its reserves doubled.

On the first infusion, its energy pool expanded to twice its original capacity. A few seconds later, another wave poured in, doubling it again. A third wave arrived shortly afterward so that by the end, the Mage’s reserves were eight times larger than its starting amount—a remarkable exponential jump.

"That growth is astonishing," Vlad murmured, mentally calculating the expansions. "Doubling once is one thing, but multiple consecutive doublings are exponential in scale!"

Even as he wrestled with the implications of such a technique, a robotic voice clarified the nature of the vision.
