Every move of Vlad’s blades sent dismembered bodies flying away. The warriors of the Azarin Empire were like a relentless tide, and he split them open, his rage fueling him beyond his limits and allowing him to move forward no matter how many launched themselves at him.

The old man’s eyes widened as he witnessed the level of bloodshed. He could not understand how a single man could perform such a massacre with nothing more than two blades. Just as terror was about to overwhelm his heart, a semblance of courage appeared when he noticed that several Mages in dark robes with staffs appeared by his side.

"Fire your spells; do not hold back!" The old man shouted, his eyes burning with coldness and mercilessness.

The Mages from the Azarin Empire were shocked by that command, knowing that their fireballs would also hit their own soldiers. But seeing the crazy light in the old man’s eyes, none dared defy his words. After all, he spoke in the name of the Goddess.

A cold and murderous light appeared in the old man’s eyes as he saw the Mages preparing their spells. A twisted smile then arose as he shouted again to the sea of soldiers, "Keep him fighting. Do not let him move. For the Goddess!"

The maniacal and zealous light in the eyes of the warriors of the Azarin Empire only grew stronger at the mention of the Goddess. They practically launched themselves like beasts toward Vlad, attacking from all directions.

Vlad saw dozens of fireballs emerging from the mages’ staffs, and even if he wanted to dodge or pull back, it was impossible. The sea of warriors kept him pinned, their faces twisted in manic devotion, ready to die in the name of the Goddess.

Dozens of explosions erupted around Vlad, the flames engulfing him and hundreds of soldiers of the Azarin Empire. A massive fire dome expanded for dozens of meters, rising high into the sky.

The soldiers of the Azarin Empire were incinerated by the spells fired by their comrades, their fanatical devotion leading them to a fiery death. Yet they still perished with a smile on their faces.

From the inferno, a figure was blasted out, covered in flames but still alive. The only one to survive that barrage was obviously Vlad. His armor was cracked and charred, exposing his body and revealing deep, gruesome wounds.

Even in that dire state, Vlad twisted his body in mid-air, landing masterfully on the ground. His cold eyes, full of brutality and unyielding determination, remained fixed on the old man who took the life of his brother. The next moment, his gaze shifted to the wave of soldiers still surging from the gates and the mages charging a new spell barrage.

Vlad’s killing intent burned as he was ready to march forward when suddenly his body trembled. Blood poured from his wounds, yet he stood, driven by an unrelenting wrath. His muscles burned, and his lungs screamed for air, but as long as his willpower remained strong, Heart of Wrath would keep him in the fight.

A solemn light appeared in Vlad’s eyes as he saw the ocean of social warriors between him and the old man. In the next second, his figure ignited in demonic flames as the full power of the Inferno Comet Runic Set activated.

Without a word, Vlad jumped over twenty meters into the sky. Arcs of lightning burst, and he would normally fall into the enemy side at this point. But something else happened as he pushed his arms into his chest.

Jormungandr, Freya, the Royal Guards, and bloodline soldiers had watched everything. Awe filled their hearts as they saw Vlad stand in the sky while all the demonic flames, angel bloodline’s lightning, Force, and wrathful energy gathered in his chest, making his chest illuminate as if it contained a sun.

It took a few seconds, but once all the energy coalesced and merged into his heart, Vlad opened his arms. What happened next was a scene that left everyone in a state of pure and absolute shock.

"BOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMM!"

An explosion that seemed to shatter the sky occurred as all the energy in Vlad’s heart was released as a gargantuan energy beam. It crashed into the ground right in front of the soldiers of the Azarin Empire before moving forward, annihilating everything in its path as it sundered the earth.

The old man was in absolute shock and terror when he saw the gargantuan energy beam coming for him. In horror, he did not hesitate to focus on the scepter, which shattered before covering his figure in holy energy and sending him flying away into the distance.

Vlad did not notice the old man’s vanishing act as he was unconscious. His willpower was the only thing keeping him in the sky, pushing him to continue the attack, killing all the members of the Azarin Empire, soon reaching the Mages on the broken walls and killing them as well, carrying on its path of destruction.

The attack lasted ten seconds before all the energy accumulated in Vlad’s heart was drained, and his unconscious figure began to fall from the sky.

Freya dashed forward with all her strength, ignoring her wounds. She managed to grab Vlad’s body before it crashed into the ground. Immediate shock appeared in her eyes as she saw the state of the young man’s body, his vitality dangerously low and his wounds horrific.

The Viking princess did not hesitate before taking a potion from her space ring and pouring its contents into Vlad’s mouth. The elixir’s power was phenomenal, stabilizing his condition, and only then did she relax a little.

Freya couldn’t help but glance at the badly wounded, unconscious young man before turning to the scorched scar in the earth that extended through the Strong Hammer Military Base, splitting it in half.

The young Viking princess’ eyes were full of awe and shock, wondering how someone could be capable of such destruction in a New Plane that had risen barely a year ago.
