"Ahhh, brutality!" Jormungandr shouted but also began scratching Vlad’s face with his sharp claws.

Vlad immediately let go of the small yellow cat as those claws were dangerous, even for someone as powerful as him. After that small laugh, he just smiled at the little cat. "You’ll know in time. I can tell you that we will use a Runic Formation to establish communication with those beyond Terra."

Jormungandr stared at Vlad momentarily and returned to his experiments and training with his A.I. Chip.

Vlad smiled at the little yellow cat before absolute focus returned to his eyes. Now that he had no more tasks to handle, he could fully utilize the power of the A.I. Chip for this bloodline-gathering mission. The first part involved the Runic Formation. "A.I. Chip, display the Vengeful Soul Entrapment Formation from my Second Past Life’s memories."

When Vlad gave that order, the A.I. Chip’s robotic voice echoed in his mind, and a virtual screen appeared before him.

Vlad ensured the new generals and councilors could perform their jobs accurately and efficiently before giving them his blessing. Finally, he remade the Runic Formation in the base, which was designed to clean the meat of the demonic beasts.

Now that he had the runic pen, he could create much better Runic Formations that would work faster and last longer. And like that, the four days went by.

The A.I. Chip showed the Runic Formation in Vlad’s mind, and he was thrilled to see its power and that most of the materials were something he already had. However, there was one component that would generate some problems.

’Lightning Core. It is the main component and would work as the energy source. According to the chip, I can most likely find one on a high enough mountain that suffers from constant lightning strikes and storms.’ Vlad had a perfect understanding of the geography of Constantine Country, and he knew there was a location like that in the country, but it was nearly three thousand kilometers away.
