Becoming a Russian Oligarch After Rebirth
Chapter 953 - 877 Sleeping Dragon and Young Phoenix

Chapter 953: Chapter 877 Sleeping Dragon and Young Phoenix

After Stekhov’s well-founded analysis, Rossiyana was truly moved.

Because this was indeed feasible!

Should this faction be established and develop quietly for a few years, accumulating strength, by the next Duma Election, it would definitely possess the ability to compete with the current major factions.

Without further ado, securing dozens of seats in the Duma would make the faction a force that could not be ignored in the Moscow political arena!

And as the Faction Party Leader, whether it was reputation or experience, she had already laid the groundwork to pursue higher positions...

By then, neither her father-in-law nor Mikhail would have any reason to stop her, whether she aimed to be the Vice Speaker in the Duma or sought an important government appointment.

She did not delude herself with aspirations for the very top, such as Speaker or a position in the Kremlin which were beyond her reach.

However, as attractive as the future Stekhov painted seemed, Rossiyana was not naive.

She knew all too well that these things were not easy to implement in practice; in fact, they could be extremely difficult!

Could she really attract enough people to join her faction, just by waving the so-called big flag of the Romanov Family, and with Stekhov’s help?

After thinking it over, Rossiyana frowned slightly and asked, "I want to know, are these ideas your own, or do they rest on some factual basis? Oh, what I mean is, do you already have a... group?"

What she wanted to know was whether Stekhov had already formed the beginnings of the faction, or if this was all his own fantasy...

Stekhov clearly understood Rossiyana’s meaning and replied with a slight smile, "There’s already a loose organization in place in Moscow, headed by Mr. Du Jin and myself... Right, you must have heard of Mr. Du Jin. In theoretical terms, he is a master! To be honest, coming to see you was actually Mr. Du Jin’s suggestion."

Du Jin...

That’s another big name person!

One could even say he’s a legendary figure no less significant than Stekhov!

In 2004, when he was just over forty, Du Jin was already a well-known sociologist, thinker, philosopher, theorist, political analyst, and translator in Russia!

Born in 1962, and hailing from Moscow, his father was a senior manager in the Former Soviet military intelligence department. Du Jin was precociously bright from a young age, a renowned prodigy, enrolling in the Moscow Aviation Academy at 17 but was expelled from university due to his overly distinctive personality...

After being expelled, he had to take a job as a janitor to make ends meet.

Unwilling to sweep streets for the rest of his life, Du Jin turned again to studying as a means to change his fate, so he procured a fake library card and started learning at the library.

Du Jin was eager to learn and valued the opportunity. It was there in the library that he used his intelligence to learn over ten languages all at once.

It was said that because of his mastery of multiple foreign languages and his family connections, he once worked in the intelligence department for a while, and it was during this period that he was exposed to a plethora of secret archives.

In 1998, Du Jin published a book titled "Fundamentals of Geopolitics."

This book made him famous and shook all sectors of Russia.

It had the most significant impact on strong departments like the Russian army and the police forces; the book was even incorporated into the Russian Federation Military Academy as a military textbook.

Some online rumors claimed he was the Kremlin’s brain and adviser, calling him the "National Mentor."

This, however, was not accurate.

Perhaps the Kremlin was indeed influenced by some of Du Jin’s theories, but it was clear that they were not of the same camp.

Du Jin was decidedly a standard-bearer of the Tsarist faction, whereas the Kremlin represented the Slavic Group; they fundamentally differed!

In the years that followed, Du Jin would begin to gain worldwide fame.

His geopolitical theories, and the grand Fourth Political Theory behind them, had a significant impact worldwide.

Du Jin became the founding figure and grand master of modern Eurasianism!

......

Rossiyana was a bit surprised; she had not expected the Tsarist faction to develop its strength to a certain scale so quietly.

Even in Moscow, figures such as Stekhov and Du Jin were involved.

It wasn’t an exaggeration to say that with Du Jin and Stekhov, one in academics and the other in strategy, they were dragons and phoenixes amongst men!

With such individuals assisting her, there was absolutely no need to worry about the faction’s development...

Still, Rossiyana was not hasty; having been by Wang Ye’s side for so long and having continuous interactions with big shots in the political arena, she had indeed learned a lot.

Nodding, Rossiyana pursued further, "So what do you need me to do now? Forming a faction, in its initial stages, essentially comes down to two things: people and money. The people part seems almost settled, with the likes of you, me, and Du Jin. Plus, you mentioned having a solid civilian base. For money, are you implying that’s where I come in?"

Clearly, her question hit the nail on the head.

Both Stekhov and Du Jin might be famous, but the problem was, each was poorer than the other...

Establishing a faction wasn’t simply about shouting out loud slogans; there were fundamental issues to consider.

For instance, every faction needs a headquarters for office work, especially in the early stages.
