Angelina added.

If the disagreement in the council only involves leaning towards Russia or Ukraine, he wouldn’t care and would let them quarrel all they wanted, as it wouldn’t involve him.

However, if they’re trying to meddle with the Crimea Investment Company and disrupt his affairs, Wang Ye won’t stand for it.

He must do something to let them know who’s actually running Crimea now!

Wang Ye turned his head and asked Angelina, "Does your council grant its congressmen immunity? Under what circumstances can a congressman be expelled from the council after being elected?"

Angelina shook her head, "This isn’t Duma, of course, congressmen don’t have immunity. If they’re involved in illegal activities, their rights as congressmen will be stripped. However, the process of launching an investigation against a congressman is a bit complicated, and typically policemen aren’t qualified to pursue it. But, someone in this room does have the credentials..."

With that, she smiled at Natalia.

Natalia was a Prosecutor!

Natalia perked up, leaning forward and looking at Wang Ye, "What, want to deal with which congressman? Just leave it to me! But you have to let Meshkov or the council speaker give me the authorization first, and issue an official document."

Wang Ye laughed, "Which one? If I’m doing it, of course, it won’t be a minor thing. I want to kick all of them out of the council!"
