Third pov

"Done making babies yet" Bella felt absolutely mortified when she hears Alexander’s teasing voice and opts to hide behind Raffaele who has a slight grin on his handsome face.

He leads them to the table where he sists down with her in his arms and turns to glare slightly at Vivian who gulps.

Urging Bella to finish her desert, he stands up with her and so does the others.

"Wait" Vivian’s voice calls out "umm.. Raffaele" She calls out timidly.

"Mr Vincenti" Angel snaps at her and Raffaele passes his little sister a look of approval.

"I-When are you coming back for your sections, you havent been coming" Bella looks at Raffaele in surprise when she hears Vivian’s words.

Raffaele looks unbothered but feeling Bella’s gaze on him he could tell he has disappointed her and with that pulls her closer to him.

Bella is slightly surprised as not witnessing any episode from the man in the past weeks and so she thought maybe he is seeking help and has been getting better so this comes as a shock to her.

"Soon, thank you Vivian I’ll see you another time" That is all Bella gets to say before she is dragged along with the others

They start heading towards the door when a bodyguard of Raffaele steps in and heads directly towards him with giant steps.

"Don" He calls out respectfully and Raffaele nods his head at him so he’ll continue speaking.

"Reporters are out front Don, I suggest you take a back door" The guard says and Raffaele thanks him before turning to face Nathan who has his hand clasped with his wife’s.

"Why don’t we go with the back door while Angel and Alex go through the front, I mean they are here for a reason and suspect bigshots are here so why not" He says with a shrug but the moment he finishes, Angel glares at him while his wife smacks his arm.

"Ouch, babe" Nathan calls out and Alexander chuckles seeing his friend acting like a child towards his fiancee.

"I am now a scape goat" Angel grumbles under her breath and she receives looks from Bella and her brother.

"Alexander" Raffaele calls out while starring at his friend who stares right back.

They seem to be communicating with their eyes as their gaze remains stuck on each other for a long time before it hardens.

Alexander nods his head at Raffaele and Nathan.

"Angel, go I’ll explain to him" Raffaele says and Angel moves to hug Bella and Emilia before hugging her brother who wraps an arm around her waist with a forehead kiss.

Bella almost coos at the sight but holds her self back from doing so but Emilia lets it slip out.

"No hug for me" Nathan asks and he yet again receives a glare from Angel which makes him to stick out his tongue at her, this time even his wife chuckles at her husband’s childish attitude.

’"Let’s go" Alex says and laces their fingers before heading towards the front door while the others follows the back.

Just when they are out in the front door, flashes of Camera is all they witness and Alexander could swear he is about to go blind.

Tightening his hold around her hand, his security guards and hers instantly sorround them and starts leading them towards the car which was brought out front for them while the reporters go crazy.

Sporting the two, tho they were originally here to sight the Raffaele Vincenti, they cannot help but throw different questions at the duo.

’Are you guys dating’ They yell at them.

’Aren’t you engaged Miss Vincenti’

’How does your fiancee feel’

’Is he back’

’Did your engagement fail’ These are the questions being thrown their way and Angel just offers a slight smile before the back door is opened and she steps in with Alexander’s help beforehe does the same.

"Are you ok" Alexander asks the moment they get into the car and she nods her head slightly tho her heart is still racing as she remembers their questions about him.

Him.

"Angie" Alexander calls out after some moments of silence and she turns her head to look at him

"You should go meet him" He says and the moment Alexander says those words a look of surprise crosses her features and a look of dread which she tries to hide but instantly regrets as a look of concern from Alexander shows he saw it.

"I-I" That is all she is able to nutter and her throat suddenly starts feeling dry.

"You know you have to explain what just happened" He tells her and she almost scoffs at that wondering why she has to explain the incident with the reporters when it is obvious it was a plan.

"Please" Alexander says again and Angel sighs and nods her head.

Alexander grins, happy he has accomplished his task before telling the driver about the change of plans.

The car starts driving towards the same familiar roots and soon they are driving through a ast road in the forest that is empty and the only sign of life being the street lights and the birds passing by.

As they enter the firest area and the car drawing closer to her doom, her palms become sweaty and suddenly starts regretting her decision of agreeing to come to her nightmare.

Images flash before her eyes and a hold on her hand makes her turn to face Alexader and that is when she realises she is trembling with tears brimming her beautiful eyes.

"I’m scared" Angel whispers to Alexander who nods his head in understanding.

"Don’t be, you know he wont hurt you" He is wrong and that much she is sure of.

He isn’t aware that the man in question has been the one who hurt her the most and she avoids meeting him as he is her worst nightmare.

Seeing that the area is becoming clearer with the road wider she stares at the place with wide eyes.

Soon they arrive at wide steel gates and she stares at the gate heavily guarded by men who are ten times her side.

The sound of a helicopter makes her look up and she sees it.

Helicopters and drones winding the whole area with assasins well armed aiming and looking out for enemies.

"Are you sure he is around" She whispers, she doesn’t want to hear the answer tho she knows it but is hoping for the opposite but all hope is dashed when Alexander replies.

"He was with us last week" That is all she needed for her heart to fall in her stomach.

A guard steps forward and scans the car but when they see Alexander and Angel he nods and the steel gates starts opening and they start driving in.

They are again welcomed with the sight of only road and then trees and after sometime of driving they come across another iron gate glistening in the son with the huge head of a lion and and an eagle perched on its head in gold.

She has always wondered if it’s real gold.

This gate automatically opens and they are welcomed into the long driveway of a house.

Driving down the gravel driveway she stares up at the huge palace in awe.

How can one man live here

She has always wondered and only one answer comes to her mind.

"Only the evil ones can" This place which she used to admire so much before in her teenage hood turns out to be her worst bightmare now.

Trying to steady her breathing, she clenches and unclenches her fists while remembeing the instructions of her therapist.

Yes she goes for therapist.

Nobody can understand the troubles in her heart and she isn’t ready to share just yet.

"Angie" Hearing the sound of her name brings her back to reality and she turns to see Alexander already out of the car and starring at her with a worried expression.

Stepping out with his help she looks up at the white palace with a stoney structure and gold intricate designs.

Scoffing she starts walking towards the front door.

Guards litter every where in the palace anf she cannot help the small mocking smile.

He must be scared for life after all his evil doings.

They get to the front door and without them even knocing it is opened and they are greeted by the sight of a slightly older man.

"Welcome Don Alexander, Madame Angel it’s a pleasure to have you back" The man calls out their name with a sense of familiarity as he moves forward to help them with their coats which they politely decline

"Can’t say the same Wills" Angel mutters and the man grins at that.

They are all aware of her dislike towards thehouse and the young Master.

"Ahh still the same I see" Will the butler says to which Alexander chuckles and they both step into the luxurous Palace.
