Chapter 227: Every Spouse Is Different

Skalven looks at her, and a little film of when he first saw her passes through his mind.

She was eating next to the fire, with her spouses sitting around. Her beauty captured his attention from the very beginning; however, what made him want to watch her all the time was the fact that she was kind to everyone. Her smile was always sincere and never showed superiority.

He knew that following her would end up calling attention to all the beastmen following her, but he saw Yuki’s toy left behind. For some reason, he decided to follow that group after taking the toy, and he didn’t imagine that it would be the reason for him getting closer to the kind female he was watching all night.

He was always grateful that he could be near her, feel her kindness somehow, and help her. He was happy enough to be welcomed by others, and he believed it would be too selfish of him to want more from her. She already made him the happiest Spider Beastman in the world just by welcoming her, asking to become more was too much. However, as more time he spent near her, love grew the strongest roots in his heart, and he had to admit that he wanted more.

Looking at her now, he wants more. He never touches her, but he wants to touch her, smell her. He watches her brushing her hair, so he goes to her and slowly takes the hair brush from her and starts to brush her hair slowly, mesmerized by the beauty of her hair and how silky it is.

"Where are the others? Why are you so quiet?" She asks.

"They won’t sleep here tonight.. I’m just mesmerized by your beauty. As more time I look at you, the more I feel blessed and thrilled to be here." He sincerely answers, feeling his eyes tearing.

She turns around and sees his teary eyes. She holds his face, worried.

"Is something wrong?" She asks.

"No.. Everything is..just perfect." He answers, smiling and then pulling her into a deep kiss.

His kiss surprised her at first, since he never took initiative, but soon she kissed him back, knowing that, like Zin, he needs her help to believe in her love for him. Astri already noticed that her heart is easily taken by someone who lives in pain and is secluded just for being who they are, because she knows very well how painful that is.

He pulls her up, hugging her close and kissing her deeply, feeling on the clouds. They stop kissing to breathe, but he follows his instinct to taste her neck. Noticing her pulling him closer and opening more space for him to taste her neck made him understand she liked it.

The process to remove their clothes was something Skalven understood the reason why her other spouses would rather not have more spouses. The way she expresses her desire is enough to make him want to explode.

And now he understands, too, the meaning of clothes. A female who doesn’t expose her body looks so much more unique and beautiful when naked, and he also feels more privileged to have her.

She lets him learn his way, reassures him, saying sweet things, and expresses that she’s enjoying that moment. He watches her in ecstasy, rolling her eyes, and he can say that’s the best thing he’s ever seen.

She takes some dominance, too, to show him that she cares more than just thinking about her pleasure. She rides him hard, and he explodes his seeds inside of her. He sighs happily, feeling his life entirely connected to hers while she lies down on him.

"Thank you... This is the best feeling in the world.." He says, hugging her on top of him.

"Thank you, too, my hot spider."

She feels him getting hard inside of her again, and then looks at him, smiling. They kiss deeply, and she lets him have her in different positions until both are satisfied.

It was hard to stop making love to her. Once he felt what it was like inside of her, he felt addicted and that he could live there.

While he helps clean her, he sees his mark taking part of her right rib, and then he sees his own mark on his leg and feels the luckiest male in the world.

He hasn’t slept next to her yet, but sleeping with her on his chest and in his arms was more than amazing. He spent the rest of the night promising he would honor her forever and that he would always make her feel loved.

The next morning, he only moves when she wakes up, and he does everything together with her at least until meeting with the others to have breakfast.

He’s loving walking with linked arms with her, he’s feeling a happiness he never imagined he could feel. They walk together through the garden, slowly, while she watches the plum blossoms.

"This tree is so beautiful." She says.

"It is. You next to it is even better." He says, hugging her from behind.

After mating with her, he became very close and, now, always holds her with a tender and kind touch. She always loves to see the change in her spouses before and after their first mating. It’s like the confidence in life is totally boosted. And it is not only with the ones who had self-esteem issues like Zin, Beau, and Skalven. Even the ones who were very sure of themselves, like Lee and Koa, after mating the first time, made them stronger than ever.

They have breakfast with the rest of the family. Renzai and Seiryuu are enjoying the lively energies of having all those people there. It makes them happy, but they can notice that this light mood and good energies are entirely connected to Astri. They can’t even imagine how hard it was for them to stay away from her.

In the afternoon, while everyone was training writing with a brush, and Renzai was watching everyone practicing, the same messenger who brought the message to the Emperor Seijuurou arrived. He excuses himself and bows to Renzai, showing the emblem of the Mizuryuus.

"Did the Emperor send a response?" Renzai asks, taking the emblem from the hands of the Eagle beastman.

"Yes, my lord. He’s on his way to the Sacred Castle."

Renzai is impressed to know that the Emperor is leaving the Jade Palace, however, he’s not shocked because even the Emperor understands the honor of meeting the Goddess of Nature in person, and for sure, he would want to have this honor. Only that could make the Emperor leave the Jade Palace. He orders to make preparations to welcome and have the Emperor’s presence for some days.

Astri was also practicing writing with a brush, she was enjoying practicing that alphabet when Renzai walked to her. He kneels on her side and is impressed with her beautiful handwriting.

"You’re natural at this.. Maybe it’s because you’re experienced with painting that you already know how the brush works." Renzai says.

"Uhum.. I love this. Do you want me to write your letters for you? I enjoy this process." She answers.

"That would be too much for asking." He chuckles.

"No. I would be honored to help a friend who is helping me."

He smiles and nods, very happy to know that she considers him her friend.

"The Emperor Seijuurou is coming. I’m sure he wants to meet you." He tells her.

"I know.. I would love to meet him, too." She says, still writing.

"Who... Nature told you?"

"Yes. Don’t worry. He’s not angry with you for not going."

"How did you know I was worried about that? Did you read my mind?"

"No. I don’t read other people’s minds uninvited. I just noticed that you sent him a message and that you were worried about the answer."

"You’re very attentive." He smiles, shyly.

"Nature already told me about Emperor Seijuurou. He’s a good male. Very good. You’re important people that keep the balance of Tsukihina, but if he didn’t believe in Nature, there was nothing you could do to keep the balance. That’s proof enough he’s a good male. I’m very happy to know that there are people like him in this world."

"I’m happy to hear that, milady. Even more happy to know that you believe Tsukihina is on the right path."

"These days have been energizing for my spouses. And also for me. Thank you."

That’s when he decided to read what she was writing. He was only looking at the handwriting and not actually reading it. She was writing plans for the future of the Beast Kingdom, where she’s currently living.

"I can help you with that, too." He mentions, looking at the paper.

"It would be great. Thank you very much."

That night she spent with all of her spouses, and she told them about the Emperor Seijuurou, who would be arriving tomorrow. All of them are very curious to meet him, because he’s an example of a natural good leader.

On the next day, middle of the morning, a golden and light green like jade stone litter carriage arrived. The Emperor was welcomed at the front gate with a line of bowing guards, expressing deep respect towards the leader of Tsukihina. Inside there was the line of three females of the Himeya, one of them was Keiko, and the other two had the same energy of superiority, however they were humbled by the presence of the Emperor, knowing that getting the attention of the Emperor is the same as becoming the most desired female if the nation.
