"What are you guys talking about? Some pearl has gone missing?" Hu Xiaohong suddenly asked, "I saw that kid named White Dragon playing with a pearl the whole time – could it be yours, Mianmian?"

As she spoke, Hu Xiaohong reached out to take Mianmian’s hand, "Come on, let’s go and see. He really has a pearl in his hand."

Mianmian hadn’t anticipated this turn of events.

This was the kind of manipulative tactic her mom had described!

Hu Xiaohong told the Little White Dragon that Mianmian would accept seafood from Situ Zha but not from the Little White Dragon, hoping to make Little White Dragon angry at her, and then she told Mianmian that the pearl had been taken by Little White Dragon, hoping to make her angry at him!

If they both took these words to heart and began to doubt and resent each other, Hu Xiaohong would be off to the side, clapping her hands and laughing with glee.

Luckily Mianmian didn’t believe that Little White Dragon had taken the pearl. As for what he thought, she had no idea.
