The dark moon carried the aura of a dark purgatory. It soundlessly devoured all the light around it, dyeing every Moon Eater’s eyes black, eyes filled with pure shock, disbelief, and even jealousy.

"It’s... It’s true!" Fen Daozang, leader of the Moon Eaters, muttered. Though he had witnessed this just a few hours ago when Yao Die fought Yan Wu, it didn’t make it any less shocking to see Fan Daoqi, a person he knew so intimately, suddenly perform such a feat.

Fan Daoqi had created his black moon out of nothing in barely an instant, and it was more than twice his usual speed!

He closed his palm tentatively, and the dark crescent moon vanished completely without a trace.
