Ancestral Wealth Inheritance System
Chapter 622 - 622: Didn't I Tell You I Come From a Divine Civilization?

"How did he respond?" Sia received the reply, and Hilac immediately asked eagerly.

Sia showed an incredibly awkward expression, "Teacher... He told me to get lost, said I wasn't qualified to speak with him and that you should personally go and plead with him."

"What? Such arrogance!" As a Controller, Hilac had always been respected and admired by the students and teachers of his dojo. Never before had someone from a lower civilization dared to speak to him like that.

But he had no choice but to swallow his pride. Judging from the other party's tone and attitude, it seemed truly unbelievable, but that fleet from a level-four civilization was indeed brought by him.

"Teacher, I suspect the reason we can't contact Licum isn't because he's time-traveling in the Light Universe. With so much time passing, he should have reached even the farthest star by now. I guess he's probably encountered trouble on that civilization called Earth."

"You don't need to say it; I can guess," Hilac said, collapsing powerlessly onto the sofa. "Who exactly is this guy? He can't possibly just be a ruler of a level-one civilization!"

"Teacher! The Master has arrived," another student of Hilac came in to report.

"The Master is here?" Hilac hurriedly stood up. He knew that nothing good could come from the Master's visit. "I will greet him personally!"

"Get out of the way!" Nazi, the ruler of the Leo Civilization, casually swatted away several Joraike Dojo guards. "You dare to block even me? Does the Joraike Dojo not regard me at all?"

Nazi's anger had almost reached a critical point. Just moments ago, a transcender from the Haisa Civilization had personally descended to his planet and warned him. A Transcender—killing him would take just a slap. What on earth did the Joraike Family do to make even a Transcender intervene?

"Hilac, get out here!" As a seventh-tier Controller, Nazi could definitely kill Hilac, even if it required a bit of effort.

But clearly, the other party hadn't come directly to trouble the Joraike Family, instead using him, the ruler of the Leo Civilization, as a roundabout way to press the Joraike Family to seek forgiveness.

"Are you all blind? You dare block the Master?" Hilac glared at those guards before immediately and respectfully approaching Nazi. "Master, what exactly happened?"

"What happened? All thanks to your good deeds!" Nazi roared, punching Hilac in the chest. The force that could nearly shatter a planet poured onto his body, sending him flying into the distance.

"Master... You..." Hilac clutched his caved-in chest, realizing suddenly that while only two tiers apart, if the Master wanted to kill him, it wouldn't be difficult.

"Do you know? A Transcender from the Haisa Civilization personally sought me out and warned me. If you Joraike Family still don't realize what you've done wrong and whom you've offended, next time, it'll be the fleet of the Haisa Civilization!"

"What?" Hilac's expression immediately froze.

"This is my last warning. Whatever trouble you've caused, fix it yourself. Otherwise, even if no one else comes for you, I'll personally take your corpse to the Haisa Civilization to apologize!"

Nazi shot a glance at the imposing building on the mountain's peak. A gigantic hand ablaze with Constant Star Flame descended from the sky, reducing it to dust in an instant.

"Hmph!" He glared coldly at Hilac before turning back to his spaceship and leaving.

...

"Teacher, are you okay?" Xika and others hurriedly helped Hilac up from the pile of rubble.

"I'm fine. The Master didn't go all out, or I'd be half-dead even if I survived," Hilac's chest visibly healed at a speed one could see with the naked eye, though his breath was still somewhat erratic.

"Who on earth is this person? Not only can they command the Haisa Civilization's fleet, but even get a Transcender involved. Are they really the ruler of that Earth civilization?" Hilac muttered to himself.

"Teacher, at this point, it might be best for you to meet him personally. Who knows, he might be a significant figure."

"Hmm, I understand."

...

"Host, Clan Leader Hilac of the Joraike Family is inviting you for a meeting!"

"Oh? That guy finally figured things out," Fang Jueyu swiftly operated the mouse and keyboard in his hand. "Hey, Wang, I have a level-three helmet here, come and get it!"

"On my way, do you want an eight-time scope?"

"Yes, bring it to me!"

...

"Host, he's waiting for you now at the Extreme Tea House in the Virtual Universe."

"Tell him I'm busy right now. He can obediently wait for me until I finish this match!" Fang Jueyu remained focused on the battlefield in front of him. "Next time, have Ma Teng make some changes, will you? This helmet is so uncomfortable. We've already connected to the universe network—can we upgrade this entertainment equipment properly?"

...

In a room at the Extreme Tea House, Hilac and his two students sat upright, waiting for Fang Jueyu. His heart was in turmoil because he still wasn't sure whether all this was the doing of the Earth civilization's ruler.

If so, a tough negotiation awaited. If not, his reputation would be utterly tarnished.

"Teacher, this is too much. You've been waiting for several hours, and he still hasn't shown up."

"Didn't we reject his invitation last time?" Hilac sighed. If he indeed had done this, then now, needing his help, they had to humble themselves. Someone capable of commanding a level-four civilization person was not to be trifled with.

"It might be the result of the fleet led by Licum," Hilac speculated. "But who exactly is this person—such one with immense Divine Skills—a person apparently content to stay in a level-one civilization?"

"Teacher, he's here!" Footsteps sounded from outside the door.

A young man with black hair, black eyes, and yellow skin entered the room, a fluffy black pet perched on his shoulder, and a fierce-looking creature following behind him.

"Damn, it's hard to get to see you," Fang Jueyu casually sat down opposite Hilac. "Last time I said if you don't come to see me, you'll suffer the consequences. You took my words like wind past your ear, didn't you?"

The string of colorful language from Fang Jueyu left Hilac momentarily speechless. "Were those things your doing?"

"No shit, if it wasn't me, then who?" Fang Jueyu slapped the table. "You're such a stubborn lot, only obedient after a good beating."

"Sir, please be respectful in your speech. My teacher is a Controller after all..."

"Bullshit! What Controller? I beat Controllers for fun!" Fang Jueyu pointed at Sia and scolded, "What are you looking at? Are you not satisfied?"

"Sir... Are you really the ruler of Earth, a level-one civilization?"

"No shit, why else would I be here wasting time with you?" Fang Jueyu said. "Oh, by the way, I just grew up on Earth. I'm actually from another place called the Godly Tycoon Civilization."

"What? The Godly Tycoon Civilization?" Hearing these four words, the three of them immediately stiffened, exchanging glances filled with deep fear.

"Ah?" Fang Jueyu feigned an innocent expression. "What? Didn't I tell you last time that I'm from the Godly Tycoon Civilization?"
