"’The dormitory building is one of the most dangerous areas in our school’?!"

Lin Yi felt like the apical bone of his skull was about to be lifted off.

"Is this... the kind of ’most dangerous’ I’m thinking of? This isn’t a joke?!"

Lin Yi felt somewhat surreal, as Xu Shunkang had described the dormitory building - "where you could haphazardly reflect," and the only place you could "sleep," but it was ironically one of the most dangerous areas in the fucking school compound?!

But as he drew nearer, he immediately noticed there was more text beneath the alert signage; he followed Wei Liang through the dense crowd, finally stopping in front of the sign to read again, thoroughly, from top to bottom, the information displayed.

The first part was the very normal notice about elevator operating times:

"Dormitory elevator allowed boarding times:

6:00~7:40

21:00~22:00

[Do not use the elevator outside these times!]"

This rule was exactly the same as the student dormitory entry/exit times found in the student code of conduct, so Lin Yi patiently read on. Outside of the elevator times, there was an especially conspicuous notice:

"Dear experiencers, welcome to the dormitory building."

"Please notice!!! (with super conspicuous underline symbols):

Due to some irresistible factors, the dormitory building is one of the most dangerous areas in our school!!!"

"Even so, after you arrive at your dorm, you can still have an absolutely safe sleeping environment!"

"To prevent accidents, please obtain the Dormitory Building Rules (Code of Conduct) from the shelf below, read, and strictly follow the contents."

Lin Yi stared silently at the alert signage.

Lin Yi took it and moved his attention away from the alert signage, lowering his head to look at the dormitory building’s regulations:
