Chapter 483: Chapter 240: Madness

"After more than three hours, Allen Zhang took the Cirrus SF50 business jet from Laredo back to the suburban airport of Los Angeles and safely landed on the airport.

Allen woke up Zorro who was still sleeping, led people off the plane, and entered the hangar code to open the hatch.

Old Jack filled up the fuel in the business jet at the service station and drove it into the hangar, and Allen also drove out the Jeep.

"What about my car?" asked Old Jack.

"Wait for Boketu and the others to park the helicopter at the mountain camp, they will help you drive it back."

Allen beckoned everyone to get in the car. The bird helicopter coming back from Laredo would take some time, so they simply drove back to the city.

By the time they reached the bridge tunnel camp, it was around early morning.

Old Jack got off partway and sneaked back home, Allen parked the car, took out his initial tent, arranged a simple shelter for Zorro, and went back to the trailer to rest.

Upon reaching the trailer, he found that Dominic and Jennifer had already fallen asleep, he didn’t disturb them, Allen simply washed up, lay on the bed watching short videos for a while, and then fell into a deep sleep.

The next day. Allen was woken up by someone.

He opened his eyes to see the smiling Jennifer, teasing the General Sect Leader with her hair.

"Aren’t you going to work?" Allen inquired, stretching lazily, glanced at the outside, and also got ready to get up.

"I just wanted to wake you up for breakfast. What’s the deal with that extra tent outside? Are there any newcomers in the camp?" Jennifer curiously asked.

"He’s a hitter I recruited in Laredo. Don’t be fooled by his injury, but he used to work as a hitman, you better stay away from him," Allen warned.

"oh! shit! Is he a criminal then?" Jennifer was shocked.

"You are too," Allen teased.

Jennifer rolled her eyes, gave the General Sect Leader a punch followed by a kiss on the face, "Come out to eat!"

"ok!"

Allen got up, got dressed, washed up, and sat down at the dining table.

Dominic and Jesse were also there, the breakfast was quite plentiful, and while eating, Allen also asked if they had purchased that stock.

"Are you talking about TNK? We certainly bought it, but are you sure it can be pushed up?" Dominic was a bit unsure.

"I spent all of my $1600 to buy that stock," Jesse pitifully said, "If it loses, I definitely don’t want to live."

Jennifer also said, "I sold all my USTD and cashed it into the stock market. Dear, I trust your judgment!"

"Wait until the market opens and you’ll see how sharp it will skyrocket," Allen smiled, he doesn’t trust the stock market but trusts intelligence.

All the money they had together couldn’t compare to the loose change of the General Sect Leader, but it was definitely enough to make some money and improve their life quality.

After eating, Dominic went to wash the dishes, Jesse had no mind to go pick cans on the streets, holding his phone he started to monitor the stock market behavior.

Jennifer put on her makeup, got ready, and left for work, Allen took out his mobile phone and began to flip through today’s daily intelligence report.

Wow, two A-10 Warthog engines. Even if you dare to sell such stuff, it’s not certain that any recycling station would dare to accept it, and it wouldn’t be of much use if they did.

But doing business has always been "the bold thrive and the timid starve." Underground trade of military products is plentiful, the General Sect Leader is just buying back two engines for his collection, and buying some parts to assemble. Is that illegal?
