Chapter 362: The Question of Likeness

Felissa was struck. Her body was frozen in her spot while watching Vicenzo smile after wiping Piku’s face. Then she shifted her gaze and saw how Piku blushed from Vicenzo’s action.

’Why?’ Felissa thought while searching for an explanation, but it remained unanswered.

"Felicia, what have you done?" Felissa muttered as she took a step back and left. She didn’t have the strength to confront Vicenzo or Piku, but what hurt her more was that several knights ignored their actions, knowing he had a mate.

Felissa blamed Felicia since she was the one who knew the twins and not her.

"Why are you running away?" Felissa’s mouth moved on its own. It was Felicia who spoke.

"Huh, w-what?" Felissa was shocked and held her mouth. She thought she was hallucinating but felt pressure in her left eye.

"Unfortunately, our essences combined. I’m supposed to be dead, but here I am," Felicia’s voice spoke through Felissa’s lips. She was angry at the scene she had seen. She tried her best to let Felissa live her life without interference, but she couldn’t ignore that the friend she risked her life to save would destroy hers.

"Felicia, I- I don’t know what to do," Felissa replied, crouching down. She felt defeated and weak, thinking Vicenzo might be cheating on her.

"Let me handle it," Felicia replied, followed by a growl.

"N-no, I’m alright," Felissa whispered and sighed. She stood up and was about to leave, but her other foot was not moving.

"Unfortunately, I am your other half, but I don’t want us to fight over control. Don’t let yourself suffer by running away. Also, let me be responsible for what I caused," Felicia stated softly since she didn’t want Felissa to cry because of the she-wolf she saved.

"O-okay," Felissa muttered and went back to the arena. She wanted to hide and forget but was glad Felicia was with her.

Their body moved as Felissa shut up and let Felicia take control of her mouth. She confidently strode to them with her eyes fixed on Vicenzo.

"Sir, thank you for feeding me," Piku muttered shyly, acting cutely while giving Vicenzo a puppy eye.

"It’s my responsibility to take care of you," Vicenzo replied, pushing a plate of cake toward Piku.

"Ah, Piku is cute, isn’t she?" another knight spoke with a grin.

"Sir Vicenzo is lucky to have pretty she-wolves around him," a knight stated with jealousy in his voice.

"Haha, don’t say something like that," Vicenzo replied with a chuckle. He ignored his fellow knights and poured Piku a cup of tea.

The room was noisy until a scent hit their nose, and the radiating aura made goosebumps appear on their skin. They turned around and saw Felissa strutting confidently toward them, her eyes sending daggers at Vicenzo.

"Ah, sweety!" Vicenzo greeted with delight. His eyes twinkled upon seeing his mate coming to see him. He opened his arms to hug Felissa but received a different greeting.

Felissa stepped her foot back and slightly bent her hips. She fisted her hand and contracted her biceps together with her leg muscles to create more impact. Without hesitation, she punched Vicenzo straight into his face.

Everyone gasped as Vicenzo fell backwards.

Felissa snapped toward Piku. She analyzed her body and noticed that she was well-fed and dressed. Anger rose inside Felissa’s heart as Felicia was burning in rage for the betrayal. She raised her left hand in an attempt to slap Piku.

Piku crossed her arms on the left to protect herself, but Felissa swiftly changed and used her right hand to slap Piku in the cheeks as hard as she could. The impact echoed inside the arena and made the birds fly away.

"Kyah!!!" Piku cried out in pain.

"L-lady..." the knights muttered and stepped back in fear.

"An omega dares to act mighty. Know your place," Felicia muttered and spit at Piku, who was sitting on the floor.

"What’s going on!?" a voice yelled behind them, but Felicia didn’t need to look to know who it was.

"You and your sister seemed well, Paku. What a good life you have," Felicia stated before turning around. She saw Paku breathing heavily from running.

Paku frowned since she didn’t know who was the noble lady in front of her. She glanced down and saw Piku crying with a handprint on her cheeks.

"Piku!!!" Paku screamed and went to her twin sister. Her heart broke when she saw Piku in pain. "What have you done!?" she glared at Felissa and stood to confront her.

Piku followed and hid behind Paku.

"Let me explain," Vicenzo whispered calmly, but he was ignored.

"I would like to ask the same thing," Felicia growled and glanced at Piku. "What are you doing with this guy?" she asked, pointing to Vicenzo.

"Feli—" Vicenzo tried to explain, but one glare from Felissa shut him up.

"Sir Vicenzo saved us from Mystic pack and cared for us until we were well!" Paku replied, but that was not the answer Felissa wanted to hear.

"I’m not talking to you. I’m talking to your sister," Felicia stated sternly and crossed her arms. The aura she radiated was too strong from Piku, and her instinct as an omega made her tell the truth in fear of punishment.

"W-we were e-eating..." Piku whispered while trembling. She couldn’t look straight into Felissa’s eyes, or else, she would cry.

Felissa squinted her eyes and took a step forward.

"Don’t escalate this!" Vicenzo raised his voice to stop his mate. He looked around and saw several servants and knights eavesdropping on them.

"Shut up, or I will throw the ring," Felissa snapped at Vicenzo since she didn’t want him to interfere with Felicia’s business.

Vicenzo felt something off with his mate with how she spoke, her actions, and, most importantly, how she carried herself. He felt he was looking at a completely different person.

"Piku, do you desire this man?" Felicia asked directly. She didn’t waste time knowing the truth since she knew it was what Felissa wanted to know.
