Chapter 91: Chapter 074: Killing Oneself (Fourth Update)
After waiting for several days, Anna Williams saw no sign of Chloe Stephens and her group making another trip to buy a house. This left Anna irritated.
Hadn’t they mentioned that they would return in a few days to check out the house?
That’s what the salesman had told her, so she assumed that Chloe and her crew would definitely come back to make the purchase.
With no sight of them, Anna decided to seek out Kate Williams.
"Sis, what did you call me for?"
Although it was time for a lunch break, she needed to return home to do some additional exercises as the middle school exams were approaching.
She was already agitated by having to deal with someone who was clearly unhinged, and now her sister seemed intent on adding to her troubles.
Seeing that Kate was short of patience, Anna frowned and said, "Your classmate mentioned a few days ago that she was interested in buying a house. I just wanted to ask if she’s still considering it. The staff can give her a certain internal price, so she should make a decision quickly."
"Which classmate?" Kate was perplexed.
The one who’s a bit off in the head and also extorted money from our Williams family."
"You mean Chloe Stephens? She’s buying a house!?"
Where does she get the money?
It’s the Williams family’s money!
Kate’s complexion shifted slightly.
"Exactly."
"She’s using the compensation money from our Williams family to buy a house!" Kate was fuming with anger.
"What else?" Anna scoffed, "Tell her to hurry up and purchase the house. Whether we can take revenge on her depends on you."

Run-down shop.
Old Lynch stared blankly at the bag in his hand.
His storage orb was beyond repair.
"Dad."
Emily Lynch’s sudden appearance startled him, causing Old Lynch to grip the bag tightly.
"What are you doing scaring me, an old man?"
"Dad, there’s big trouble. A Western wizard has cast a spell on little Madison. I checked on her as soon as I arrived at the Webb Family’s home. Her situation is dire, she’s been unconscious and vomiting, continually hitting her own face in her dreams."
Old Lynch was stunned by what he heard.
Then he grew excited!
"Is this for real... cough, bad news, take me to see her quickly."
Emily Lynch: "..."

Rental House.
Chloe Stephens handed Lindsay Foster a medicinal pill.
"Cousin, what’s this?"
"Sugar."
"Thanks, Cousin. I have some sweets for you too," Lindsay took out a pink candy wrapped in a paper from her small jar.
Looking at the candy given to her, Chloe’s lips curled up slightly.
"It’s very sweet! Cousin, you should try it."
"Thank you."
Lindsay Foster watched Chloe unwrap the sugar-coated candy and eat it. She then cheerfully swallowed the dark medicine pill given by Chloe.
Er.
It’s a little bitter-sweet.
Lindsay Foster had been contaminated by the filth. There was a need to cleanse her once again.
"Alright, there’s candy but you didn’t even offer any to your brother, only thinking about your cousin."
Hans Foster had just returned from playing basketball. He was still sweating and smelled rather unpleasant.
Lindsay Foster shoved him away in disgust.
"You stink, get out, get out..."
"Alright, you dare disregard your brother!"
Hans Foster twisted his sweaty shirt and held it up to Lindsay Foster’s nose, seemingly finding joy in her discomfort.
Lindsay, outraged, began to chase him around.
The siblings’ laughter filled the rental house.
Chloe Stephens bit into the candy in her mouth while watching the squabbling siblings.
"You guys are too old to be causing such a commotion indoors, Hans, you better go wash up, it’s almost time for dinner."
Shannon Perry and Yvette Foster spent half the day looking for a suitable place and hiring a caregiver for the Old Madam. They were too tired to handle the antics of these two.
The Old Madam naturally objected during the entire process, protesting against her will. However, Yvette was firm and left her in an empty room with a newly hired caregiver before leaving.
In the past, Yvette would never have taken such action.
Today, Shannon witnessed a harder side to Yvette.
Back when she was dealing with Chloe, there was always some problem or another, and she never dared to leave the Foster home.
This time when they returned, they found Chloe Stephens in a much better state.
So the situation seemed to have improved somewhat.

Afternoon.
The Webb Family’s house.
Old Lynch, shaking his head wobbly, walked out of Madison’s room.
"Old Lynch..."
Before Evelyn Weston could finish, Old Lynch raised his hand, indicating her to hold her words.
"Dad, how is she?"
"Haven’t found any sort of medium or such thing. It indicates that this thing is likely merged with her blood and bones, so it’s hard to get rid of. The person in control must have a strong ability. Even in the West, only a Platinum Level witch could possibly achieve this. And back in our country, we don’t have any expert who can deal with this."
Old Lynch furrowed his brows, yet, he was overjoyed inside, considering that he could meet such a challenging character.
He was looking forward to this.
What a valuable experience!
Evelyn Weston, unaware of Old Lynch’s inner excitement, saw him frown and her heart sank.
If Madison kept beating herself like that, she would soon beat herself to death.
If she thought she could be saved by simply knocking her out, it was impossible.
She would be punched even in her sleep.
This kind of witchcraft was too bizarre.
"So she should just beat herself to death?"
Standing here, Evelyn could still hear the smacking sounds from the room.
Each slap felt like it was hitting her heart.
It was unbearable.
"We don’t have a choice - we’ve got to ask the Taylor Family for help."
"The Taylor Family would never agree to help out the Webb Family, especially after what happened before," Evelyn glared at Emily Lynch, "Emily, you must have some sort of solution, think about it for me. Madison usually acts so intimately around you, and even calls you Aunt; you can’t just turn a blind eye."
Emily Lynch looked at Old Lynch.
Old Lynch said: "It’s difficult to cure."
It was difficult to cure, but not impossible.
Upon hearing this, Evelyn brightened her eyes: "Emily, please save Madison."
"Let me talk with my dad about this. You guys keep an eye on Madison."
Emily Lynch, unsure about her father’s suspicious behavior, gestured outside and then walked out.
Coming outside, Emily Lynch directly questioned, "Dad, Madison’s situation is hopeless. Your words just now will only bring hope and then despair to them."
"But we can suppress it," Old Lynch said.
"But that method... might cost you half your life."
To save Madison, she was not going to risk her father’s life,
even if Madison and she maintained a good relationship.
"It won’t cost my life," Only some vital energy would be consumed.
"Let me handle it."
"Your health has not yet recovered. I can handle this," Old Lynch dismissed with a wave of his hand and headed back in.
Emily Lynch followed behind.
*
"Meow."
The black cat, taking its corporeal form, was strolling through the corridor.
The students having classes inside didn’t quite hear what the sound was.
A cat’s call within the school premises was normal, so no one particularly paid attention.
Chloe Stephens looked up and outside.
Someone had helped Madison suppress her condition.
"Chloe Stephens."
A voice rang out, it was the stern English teacher Justin Stone who was glaring at her.
Chloe Stephens glanced up at him.
Justin Stone felt slighted by his student.
He pointed to the chalkboard and said sternly, "You come up here and write this question."
It was an English sentence composition. Although it wasn’t too difficult, only the top students of the class could do it.
However, to Chloe Stephens...
It would be like a joke.
Everyone had automatically ruled out the name of the student who ranked first in the second mock exam.
Chloe Stephens got up languidly, walked up there, and held the chalk in her hand.
Oliver Gordon was jotting down sentences on his paper. Hearing the teacher call Chloe Stephens’ name, he instinctively looked up at her.
The girl’s side profile was flushed with soft light infiltrating through the window, her face glowing gently. For a moment, Oliver Gordon couldn’t tear his eyes away.
