Chapter 174: Chapter 174: Lesson

"I don’t have many flaws, just that I care about appearances, and I’m also someone who returns every insult."

"And today you’ve taken everything that’s mine!"

With that, Bi Xia extended his long leg and kicked hard at the other can shelf. In an instant, countless cans crashed down on Xiong Liang’s head, forcing him to cover his head and rush towards the now empty shelf.

"Why are you dodging? Isn’t this what you like?" A cold gleam flashed in Bi Xia’s starry eyes, and just as Xiong Liang was about to dodge again, Bi Xia kicked that empty shelf once more.

Bang, bang, bang

The now empty shelf toppled over onto the opposite shelf. Due to the inertia, the opposite shelf, though still standing, couldn’t hold up and all the items on it came crashing down.

With a scream, Xiong Liang quickly ran from behind that empty shelf to another safe spot. Bi Xia coldly smiled, took a big step forward, kicked the shelf in front of Xiong Liang again, and then kicked another shelf nearby, not giving Xiong Liang any room to hide.

Needless to say, the supermarket shelves were sturdy. Those few kicks from Bi Xia only made items fall off but didn’t topple the whole shelving. In a blink, all the cans and soy sauce poured down.

With nowhere to hide, Xiong Liang could only curl up and squat, hands covering his head, screaming as he endured the shower of cans and soy sauce that splashed all over his clothes when the glass bottles shattered on the ground.

He was in a completely sorry state.

When it all ended, Xiong Liang stood up, eyes bloodshot. "Bi Xia, just you wait! I won’t let you off!"

"Tsk, tsk, tsk," Bi Xia crossed his arms, shook his head while looking at Xiong Liang, and with a sarcastic gleam in his starry eyes said, "Here’s a word of advice: either don’t mess with me or if you do, make sure you can handle it. I’d suggest picking the first one, because anyone who can handle me will face even harsher revenge when I get stronger."

"Your Xiong Family can’t afford it."

Without a hint of emotion, Bi Xia spared a glance at the disheveled Xiong Liang and then raised his hand to put on the hat that had fallen off due to his movements. He adjusted it slightly and turned to Qin Zhan, pouting, "Fourth Brother, it seems we won’t need to compensate for the person, but these groceries, we’ll definitely have to pay for them."

Watching the once imposing kid quickly revert to a spoiled brat in front of him, Qin Zhan’s eyes filled with affection. He used his large hand to tidy the strands of hair under the boy’s cap, "No worries, just think of it as feeding a certain greedy little leopard."

Little leopard? Bi Xia raised an eyebrow, what the hell?

Qin Zhan made a quick call, his expression returning to its usual calm demeanor. He spoke a few words into the phone, then fixed his gaze on Bi Xia once again, a slight smile playing on his thin lips as his large hand encased the back of the boy’s neck. "Let’s go."

Bi Xia slapped that large hand away, tightened his cap, his face turning sullen as he thought, let’s go, but... the more he thought about it, the more something felt off...

"Hey Fourth Brother, explain yourself, what do you mean by little leopard!"

Extending an arm, Qin Zhan pulled Bi Xia into his embrace, pushing the shopping cart while gazing down at the hooded boy with a faint, undisguised smile. For an enemy, meting out exacting retribution; for his own, being truly kind. Whenever anyone threatened him, he’d reveal his sharp fangs. If that’s not a little leopard, then what is?

But... how could this wolf ever let anyone bully his little leopard?

As soon as he finished speaking, Xiong Liang suddenly felt a chill all over his body. Stiffly turning his head, he saw the icy gaze of a stern youth behind Bi Xia. That piercing look from Qin Zhan’s phoenix eyes carried an endless coldness that struck him directly. Xiong Liang opened his mouth, but found he couldn’t utter a single word, as if someone had grabbed his throat.

What happened to Xiong Liang afterward, Bi Xia wasn’t too concerned to know. After all, Xiong Liang deserved what he got. At the moment, Bi Xia was only fixated on those three words: ’little leopard.’
