Ji Weitian turned her head to glance at Qian Min, and the last bit of her mercy faded away.

She fished out a few banknotes from her bag to throw on the table for the waitress to take care of the bill, pulling Qin Nanyu to leave.

Qin Nanyu hadn’t wanted to let Qian Min off so easily, but seeing Ji Weitian taking the initiative to hold his hand, his dark eyes flickered, and he complied, following her out.

The two had just left the barbecue restaurant when a cool breeze met them head-on, seeming to blow away all the sordid events that had just occurred, leaving everything clean and clear.
