A random pokemon journey
Land development

"There's still quite a lot to do from what I see. Boulders to remove, foundations to dig out and set, honestly you've barely touched the land besides some preliminary cosmetic work. Why not just sell me the land and leave all of that work behind, with a generous paycheck to boot?" I asked calmly. "That much work to build a house? The construction companies make it seem so easy." he said with a surprised look. "Their pokemon are trained for that job so of course it looks easy from the outside. For normal folk like yourself however it is anything but easy." I explained bluntly.-

"Alright, you've convinced me. Now about the price..." he said and we started negotiating the value of the land. We ended up settling on half a million poke which was a third higher than what he paid to purchase it originally. It was a losing deal for me but I had so much money at this point that it didn't even make a dent in my bank account. It took a couple hours after that to get all the deed and building permits transferred to my name but after that I was free and clear to do whatever I wanted to the plot of land.-

The first thing I did once this was accomplished was release my pokemon from their balls on the land. All of them looked around at the place and besides the Garchomp and Gaia who were perfectly okay with barren land the rest weren't impressed. "Yeah I know it doesn't look like much but we can fix that." i said with a chuckle at their reactions to the land. Looking around however I had to admit that it was maybe not the best idea to release them all from their balls. Subtle phenomena were manifesting from their sheer power that was close to what Juan's Snow held before. -

My training with control and with the plates meant they were suppressing most of the effect their power had on their surroundings but just the small amount leaking out was enough to let those watching tell this relatively small piece of land was holding an obscene amount of power. The biggest sign of this was the scorching heat and dryness that Vulcan and Gaia were causing in the surroundings. They were my most powerful pokemon though so that made sense. The next phenomenon noticeable was the faint scent of burnt ozone and breeze passing through the area from Tank and Rune.-

Hades added a spiritual component to this mix of powers that left those nearby feeling a chill on their necks even with the other manifestations being present. I shrugged helplessly at this was not something that could be fixed without an insane amount of time and training. Just being able to suppress their power to this level was already good enough however as it wasn't too big of a disturbance.-

Even the league officer Jennies that showed up when this stuff was reported took one look at me and my team and went "nope" before leaving. This wasn't something they had any hope of addressing and wisely chose to ignore it. Even having my pokemon out within city limits wasn't illegal like it normally would be since I was on private property that was clearly labeled as such. "Garchomp, earn your keep and clear out the boulders around the place. Vulcan, you focus on creating as much magma as you can to cover the rest to enrich the soil. Once that's done Gaia churn it up so Rune and Tank can spread some seed." I sent out commands and they got to work.-

While the land was being prepared I took a step and warped the space to send me high into the sky. Looking down as I fell I found the shining city of Celadon and warped space again to take me above it. Before I hit the ground however I flexed my energy and pushed myself upwards with an intense burst of flying type energy halting my momentum. Ignoring the stares I received for my stunt I started looking for a garden or plant store.-

Most general stores didn't carry plant seed so I needed a specialty store for it. As Celadon city was home to Erika's gym that specialized in grass type pokemon and was basically a giant garden from my understanding this city was the most likely place to have such a shop. Lo and behold it took me no more than five minutes to find three such shops and clear out their rare ingredient and berry seeds. Before Erika herself could possibly show up to question how I got there I warped space again and stepped back onto my property that had transformed dramatically in the time I was away, short as it was.-

The plain brown dirt was now a richer darker hue and the boulders that had been about the land were gone leaving the whole plot looking like a field ready for seeding. That was precisely my plan however as I distributed the seeds to Rune and Tank who flew above the plot and scattered it randomly. Once they were done it was my turn and I had my pokemon stand back as I crouched down and activated my plant manipulation ability full bore with my vast energy behind it.-

Immediately the whole plot began to shake as the seeds split and sprouted before taking root and growing up. A dense medicinal and herbal scent suffused as this happened and the plot of land transformed under the astonished gazes of those watching into a planted paradise. Rare plants and berries covered all but the far end of the land that I intended to build our housing on. Even the Garchomp that was growing numb to my absurd existence looked astonished at this sight. The final touch however wasn't mine to complete as there was a certain pokemon that I had in my possession that should be perfect for this.-

I was of course referring to the water type mutated Celebi that I had stolen from Galactic's base two years ago and hadn't gotten rid of yet. Thankfully it was in a special pokeball that paused biological functions for it or it would have long since starved to death while I had chatted with Arceus. Digging out the blue and green ball I crossed my fingers that this one wasn't as aggressive as the fire mutant that I had sent to Oak through Birch previously and clicked the button.
