Ruan Minghong’s ability, despite sacrificing her attack power, was incredibly terrifying in terms of defense and entanglement. Even Su Yu, a sixth-order powerhouse, found himself without a good means to escape this predicament - made even more treacherous by the exploding spheres of light thrown by Meng Bo.

Witnessing the mound of corpses beneath them gradually split open, Su Yu, and the flesh pile began sinking. Ada’s voice echoed in the distance. The battle seemed to be taking a tremendous toll on her as well.

Su Yu’s golden claw extended, pulling Ruan Minghong’s transformed pile of decomposing flesh and thrusting it into the force of the "Landmine Devour."

"Discharge!" Su Yu bellowed, using his left arm to propel his body out of the slowly widening chasm of corpses. He threw another bolt of lightning into the "Landmine Devour," constantly increasing the voltage for a terrifying discharge. He planned to use the power of lightning to stun the six people all at once.

Given the circumstances, this seemed a feasible strategy, despite the great suffering it would inflict upon Su Yun and the others.

Su Yu ruthlessly employed this lightning tactic, shocking the six into continuous screams. Soon enough, all six collapsed. Ruan Minghong slowly transformed back from the mass of ugly flesh to her original form. Seeing this, Su Yu quickly drew back his lightning power and dashed forward.

Within the Life Nest, Ada had been severely affected by a terrifying force, rendering her unable to use her teleportation power. Su Yu darted forward and quickly scooped up the unconscious Su Yun and Meng Bo from the ground, intending to throw them far away from the Life Nest. Transporting all six away from the Life Nest would allow Ada to carry out the teleportation into the Fire Elemental Space, ensuring their safety. Afterwards, Su Yu decided he would return alone with a large quantity of Fire Elemental Energy Stones and ignite the Life Nest, incinerating all corpses within regardless of what the unknown entity inside was.

Su Yu was utterly taken aback. Moments ago, the six of them were unconscious from the electric shock. Yet, controlled by the evil power, they regained their senses in an instant. Inside the Life Nest, the power of evil was overwhelmingly strong. Su Yu gasped in shock as his legs were tightly grasped. The four others also woke up. Lin Shi raised his right hand, and "bang bang bang" echoed continuously.

With a ferocious roar, Su Yu was taken by surprise. Bound closely by Su Yun and Meng Bo, he didn’t manage to react in time. His left leg, which had not mutated and was still flesh and blood, was blasted by a barrage of bullets from Lin Shi.

Howling in pain, Su Yu’s left leg was instantly torn open, blood gushing out like a spring. He immediately fell to one knee. The six people were tightly holding onto Su Yu, trying to drag him into the pile of corpses below.

Now, the mound of corpses was opening rapidly, quickly forming a gigantic crevice that dragged Su Yu and the six people entwined with him down, deeper into the pile of corpses. The deeper they went, the more terrifying the power of evil became. Even Su Yu seemed to be losing his strength rapidly, as a needle in his head pierced deeper. He felt as if he would soon lose control of his own will.

"Roar! Ada! Combined Attack!"

The circumstances grew tremendously dire. Su Yu channelled all his remaining strength, his will surprisingly firm. Amongst all the chaos, he howled at the sky. In that instant, the power of the Golden Blood surged through his right arm, charging into his mind. Simultaneously, Ada’s voice reached him, resonating with Su Yu’s soul, causing ripples.

"Soul Combined Attack! Black Flame Hell!"

Ada’s voice grew clearer, and clusters of black flames shot up into the sky, erupting from Su Yu’s body and those of the six who were entwined with him.

Black terror flames erupted from within the seven individuals, transforming into a vast black sea of fire under Ada’s control, chowing down everything within tens of meters. Instantaneously, horrifying "pop, pop" explosions resonated from within the pile of corpses. Su Yu roared continuously, directing Ada. In a blink of an eye, they launched four "Black Flame Hell" combined attack skills. The sea of bodies suffered ceaselessly under the scorching black flames. The rising black flames surged against the surrounding black smoke, causing the Life Nest to shake slightly.

Terrifying forces collided. As Su Yu was releasing the last "Black Flame Hell," the six individuals who were clinging onto him let go. He shot up into the sky, pulling the others along with the force of their combined attack.

"Go——" Su Yu barked. Amid the combined attack state of "Black Flame Hell", he dragged the other six and sprinted away. In an instant, they rolled in mid-air. After leaving the Life Nest and being teleported to this world, the control over Su Yun and the others had finally disappeared. All six of them had regained their senses.

Once they regained consciousness, their vague memories of the horrifying experiences came rushing back, causing them to exclaim in shock at the sight of Su Yu.

While Ada’s teleportation ability was extremely accurate, it was only possible to pinpoint a location while being teleported back from the Element Space. However, when teleported from the Black Iron World into the Element Space, the location was random. As such, the location in the Fire Elemental Space where Su Yu and the others found themselves was not the same as where Ma Ziye and Qin Jiagui were. Moreover, the distance between the two groups was not small at all.

The Fire Elemental Space was also incredibly vast.

Su Yu and Ada lay on the ground together. Su Yu was entirely drained, and Ada was in a similar state. After the stand-off with the evil forces, the release of four "Black Flame Hell" attacks, and this teleportation, her energy was nearly depleted. She lay alongside Su Yu, too exhausted to even move a finger.

"Su Yu, thank you." Meng Bo said after a moment of silence. They all had some impressions of their recent experiences and felt a shiver of horror and shock when recalling them.

"No..." Su Yu shook his head, panting, then closed his eyes. He opened the dozens of acupuncture points in his body and slowly absorbed the energy from the world around him to replenish the energy he had lost.

Despite not even getting a glimpse of the enemy’s true form, this battle was arguably the most strenuous one Su Yu had ever fought, and even more energy-draining and dangerous than the battle with Wang Di.

As Su Yu rested on the ground, the remaining six people also felt the energy drain. However, after only a short rest, they were attacked by seven or eight Fire Rock People.

Su Yu kept his eyes shut and paid no mind. Su Yun, Meng Bo, and the others swiftly disposed of the seven Fire Rock People.

After a while, Su Yu finally opened his eyes and exhaled a long breath. His expended strength had finally been replenished. Not only that, he even felt an enhancement in his spirit, vigor, and power.

It seemed that the recent battle and struggle at a spiritual level were not without benefits. At the very least, Su Yu felt a slight increase in his abilities. Although it was not significant, he could indeed sense the improvement.
