Seeing Su Yu return as soon as he managed to get up, Zhou Bai saw this as a blatant provocation. Unable to hold back his anger, he abruptly jumped up, shouting, "You had a chance to escape, but you decided to come back? Seems like heaven has deemed you to die by my Ghost Slasher Blade!"

Holding tightly onto his Ghost Slasher Blade, Zhou Bai, in the blink of an eye, jumped onto a piece of broken stone and catapulted himself high into the air with the agility of a hawk, targeting Su Yu with his blade.

The lightning from Su Yu’s attack hit the smoke causing a hissing sound, propelling Zhou Bai’s figure backwards to land a dozen meters away. With his Ghost Slasher Blade hoisted up high, it pointed into the distance towards Su Yu.

Ada, regaining her regular size, hopped onto Su Yu’s shoulders. From Su Yu, sparks and faint sounds of thunder originated occasionally, his figure flickering bewilderingly.

Zhou Bai was holding the Ghost Slasher Blade with his right hand, pointing it towards Su Yu, his figure disappeared suddenly, engulfed in a large mass of dark smoke. Following that, a sound echoed from the smoke, revealing a bunch of black chains. As the smoke expanded and surged, a devastating power was released, even causing Ada to jump onto Su Yu’s shoulder nervously.

Su Yu reached out his hand, his Golden Claw gripped onto the Ghost Slasher Blade flying toward him. Streaks of golden lightning traveled along the Ghost Slasher Blade. Through the chains attached to the blade’s back, they frantically targeted the gigantic iron-faced monster. Meanwhile, the Ghost Slasher Blade in Su Yu’s hand was trembling incessantly. All of a sudden, with a loud rattling sound, thick chains as thick as arms shot out from all directions, curling around Su Yu instantly, immobilizing him.

"Roar--" Both sides roared almost simultaneously, Su Yu’s thunder locked the opponent’s roar, while Su Yu himself was also locked by the horrifying power of the chains, causing even his skeletal structure to emit crisp echoes.

Su Yu let out a terrible roar of his own, gathered all his strength, concentrating it within the Golden Claw, gripping tightly onto the Ghost Slasher Blade. He strained his grip with explosive power, intending to snap the formidable Ghost Slasher Blade from within.
