An involuntary thought of those white mice locked in the laboratory surfaced in his mind—could it be that these old fellows intended to dissect him for research? Or did they simply not believe that he could control the primordial beasts because of divine reasons? So, they wanted to extract something from his body through research.

Scenes of the horrific sight witnessed in an abandoned laboratory years ago flashed in his mind—creatures from various races being captured for experimentation. Su Yu’s complexion turned rather unsightly.

He was willing to assist these divine beings in guarding the Final Battlefield and wanted to contribute his efforts to the universes, but the thought of being dissected for research in a lab was unacceptable to him. Who knew what these individuals really meant by "research"? "Don’t worry, it’s just a simple examination. We can find specialized instruments designed for analyzing and studying divinity," said Yan Tong, trying to reassure Su Yu as he noticed the troubled look on his face.

Su Yu hesitated. Gen Hada from the starry universe, with an expressionless face, uttered coldly, "For the sake of the universes, my race has sacrificed more than hundreds of millions. Is it so difficult for you just to undergo some research examinations? If sacrificing one person, you, can save the universes, then it would be a supreme honor. If it were me, I wouldn’t so much as frown."

Su Yu was still undecided, contemplating whether there might be instruments that could analyze the Giant Will if he released it. If it was indeed possible to replicate the Giant Will countless times, allowing every true god to possess it, then dealing with the primordial beasts would be much easier.

But his thoughts shifted instantly after hearing Gen Hada’s words.

From Gen Hada’s remarks, Su Yu discerned that even if he was willing to undergo the examination, if the others couldn’t find anything, they wouldn’t stop. They might even decide to kill him for a more detailed investigation.
