Chapter 1200: Chapter 896 Time Machine

Ada said this, Su Yu and Tezcatlipoca were also drawn into interest by her excitement. What abilities did this device possess that could make Ada so thrilled?

"According to the blueprint described here," Ada said, getting more excited as she spoke, "when this device is activated, the flow of time inside it will differ from the normal passage of time outside. It can speed up or slow down time. Just imagine, we could stay inside this device for a year or even train for ten years, while only a day passes in the outside world. How terrifying is that effect?"

Ada continued, "That means, while a year passes in the outside world, maybe a hundred or a thousand years have passed inside this device. Just by staying in this device, you have enough time to train. A hundred or thousand years inside, and only a short time passes outside. This device is simply too incredible."

Hearing this, Tezcatlipoca and Su Yu exchanged a glance, unable to hide the excitement on their faces. If this device truly possessed such inconceivable capabilities, it was unimaginable. No wonder Ada said that even if Atlantis and the Wisdom People Race joined forces, they might not be able to create a device that could alter time like this.

Time could be said to be the most mysterious entity in this world. Some even believed that time was the most invincible existence amongst all universes. Not just creatures from different races, but even the universe itself couldn’t withstand the passage of time, ultimately vanishing without a trace, like ashes and smoke.

And this device could actually delay or speed up time. It was truly a miracle that even real gods might not be able to create.

"Of course, this effect is limited. I’m not sure to what extent it can achieve, and the blueprint here doesn’t specify clearly," Ada said, still excited. "It seems that the devices here really are magical. Let’s see what special effects other intact devices have."

After discovering this unique time-affecting device, Su Yu and Tezcatlipoca started looking more diligently for other devices’ blueprints. Suddenly, Su Yu gasped and picked up a blueprint, exclaiming, "Divinity?"

Hearing his words, Ada hurried over, took the blueprint, and similarly exclaimed in shock, "A device that can refine and alter divinity?" She quickly checked the drawings and corresponded them with the devices in the Giant Palace.

Soon, they found the device but were disappointed to see that most of it was destroyed, with only fragments remaining.

Ada murmured, "What kind of being could invent such devices that even divinity could be refined? If this got out, it would be astounding..." As she spoke, she involuntarily looked towards a Crowned Giant in the distance, who was examining blueprints, and suddenly thought that creating such divinity-refining devices wasn’t so surprising if even this Crowned Giant that could rival real gods could be created.

On the other side, Tezcatlipoca suddenly cried out excitedly, "Come over here and look at this device."

Su Yu and Ada, hearing Tezcatlipoca’s voice, knew he must have made another discovery and hurried over. They saw Tezcatlipoca standing before a gigantic cylindrical device, with its exterior made of transparent glass, inside which were stacked incredibly large blue spinning blades, each blade engraved with intricate and mysterious Charm patterns. Despite not knowing how many years they had been there, one could still faintly feel the chilly aura emanating from those Charm patterns.

Tezcatlipoca pointed at one of the buttons and said to Su Yu, "Press this button and see."

Ada had picked up the blueprint Tezcatlipoca just found and was looking through it. Su Yu pressed the button, and the cylindrical giant glass enclosure rose up. Ada, inspired by what she saw on the blueprint, quickly turned around and from one side lifted half a dragon corpse, throwing it in, then pressed the button again. The giant glass enclosure came down.

Suddenly, the blue spinning blades inside began to rotate rapidly. The charms engraved on them emitted a fluorescent blue light, releasing terrifying energy fluctuations. In an instant, they engulfed the half Golden Dragon corpse. The blades disintegrated the corpse into pieces within seconds, the whole device shaking with a thunderous vibration.

The distant Crowned Giant was startled and stood up, looking their way. But all they saw was that the half Golden Dragon had been minced into golden paste within a mere minute. Bright lights began to emanate all around the device, with the transparent glass erupting in dazzling lights from various mystical charms, filling the entire glass vessel.

As the blue spinning blades gradually came to a halt, the originally visible golden paste had disappeared. Once the radiant Charm light filling the enclosure dissipated, all that remained was a mass of Golden Mist-like spheres.

Ada pressed the button, and the glass cover rose. Su Yu immediately felt a pure and vast energy rushing towards him—the mass of Golden Mist was actually an extremely pure energy body.
