Chapter 1150: Chapter 860: An Imminent Catastrophe (Vote for Monthly Pass)_2
The woman in white, An Xue, also changed her expression. Although she always despised the Assyrian Prince, Mo Lier’s strength was truly terrifying. His power was at least between a Fourth-level Totem and a Fifth-level Totem, hardly inferior to the "Four-eyed Clan’s" Totem Zhen Di.
And Zhen Di was a true "Fifth-level Totem."
Su Yu rolled his eyes, looking at the Prince’s ferocious face, fully displaying his power, and found it somewhat amusing.
The Assyrian Prince was going all out, causing such a commotion, clearly with the intention of intimidating him. Unfortunately, Su Yu genuinely felt not the slightest surprise or shock.
After the battle with the Immortal of the peak-strength Aztec, seeing the heart of Timis vast as the sky, witnessing the star-like power, watching the unparalleled might of the man in blue, the Assyrian Prince’s Totem power could barely pique his interest anymore.
"Are you scared? Trembling? I will make you regret, I will make you realize the consequences of angering me, Mo Lier, you lowly vermin—" pointing at Su Yu, the Assyrian Prince unleashed all his venomous bile onto him.
Without paying any heed to the Assyrian Prince, Su Yu simply looked at An Xue and said with a faint smile, "Thank you for taking me in, Miss An Xue. I am much indebted to you for these past months."
An Xue lifted her head to observe the incredibly formidable Assyrian Prince in the sky, then looked at Su Yu. The Prince sat between the Fourth and Fifth Totem Levels, while Su Yu at best, had just half a left arm of Golden Bone developed, the weakest of Totem Level 1, without any other bone support in his body. His strength was evidently much weaker than the Prince’s. So why wasn’t he showing any fear?
An Xue couldn’t understand, and what baffled her even more was the inexplicable sense of security emanating from this strange man before her, as if his presence meant there were no difficulties he couldn’t resolve.
Amidst this peculiar feeling, the irate Assyrian Prince launched his attack, earth-shattering in its power; an energy beam enveloped half the sky and came crashing down, sweeping up Su Yu in its wake. Within this energy beam, there were no less than four hundred different tidal surges of energy assaulting and convoluting, crashing wildly, spinning ceaselessly, churning up and down, stacking layer upon layer, ripping apart the void.
In these four hundred different surges of energy, let alone Divine-level experts, even typical Totem Level beings would be annihilated instantaneously, not even leaving dregs behind.
Clearly, the Assyrian Prince harbored extreme hatred for Su Yu and sought nothing less than Annihilation in a single strike, unleashing his full might.
Finally, Su Yu lifted his gaze to the Assyrian Prince. Even though he lost the support of bones within his body, his Golden Special power allowed him to move with ease, only suffering in agility.
With a hissing sound ringing in his ears, Su Yu didn’t take the Prince lightly and immediately transformed, with Golden Dragon Scales sprouting all over him. Though he lacked bones, it didn’t affect his transformation; his body still appeared soft and pliable, save for his normal half-left arm, making him look strangely elongated, like a stretchy rubber figure with extended limbs.
Su Yu didn’t resist, letting the energy beam from the Assyrian Prince engulf him. An Xue thought Su Yu must have had a plan up his sleeve, otherwise, he wouldn’t be so relaxed. To her surprise, he was swept away by the energy beam in just a moment. Inside that beam were the four different tidal surges of energy; if even she were caught in it, she would be torn apart instantly.
Seeing Su Yu being swept up without resistance, An Xue gasped in fright, her face changing color as she involuntarily cried out, "Not good—" She moved to confront the Assyrian Prince in the void above. Almost at the same moment, a Golden Palm emerged from the energy beam, and an indifferent voice said, "Annihilate—"
As the voice sounded, the space within ten thousand meters began to collapse inward, instantly bursting into a vortex of Darkness. An Xue, who was about to rush forward, stopped dead in shock. The ferocious countenance of the Assyrian Prince transformed in an instant into shock, fear, horror... He wanted to cry out, but it was too late. Along with the collapsing space of ten thousand meters, everything disintegrated and was Annihilated...
This was the might of the ultimate technique "Five Great Destructions," the strongest and final one, "Annihilation."
The power unleashed took even Su Yu himself by surprise. He watched as a mighty figure, straddling the line between Fourth-level and Fifth-level Totem, was just obliterated, their body shattered, and then, the indestructible Golden Bones clattered to the ground.
The Assyrian Prince had at least reached the realm where half of his bones had undergone Goldenization, but he couldn’t withstand a single blow from Su Yu’s "Annihilation."
Su Yu himself was stunned for a moment, then somewhat came to his senses and glanced at his left hand, the Golden Palm. Had his strength already reached such a level?
His entire body Golden Blood Adept Fluid, and having refined the Golden Blood, even when he was a divine-level expert, he was already capable of contending with Totems. Without borrowing the power of the shadow behind him and the Giant Will, he was not afraid at all when he faced Zhen Di. Now, although he had lost the bones in other parts of his body, which greatly compromised his mobility, his left arm had refined half into Golden Bone, reaching Totem Level 1. The strength of his left arm had increased manifold, far more than he himself had anticipated.
Although Su Yu hadn’t really regarded the Assyrian Prince highly and was confident he could handle him, he hadn’t expected that a casual strike of "Annihilation" could destroy a Totem of the Fourth Level.
After killing the Assyrian Prince, he was startled for a moment. The five Golden Giants accompanying the prince, however, said not a word and turned to flee as if they had gone mad.
"Where do you think you’re going?" The white-clothed woman An Xue immediately snapped to her senses and turned into a white rainbow light shooting forward.
Upon her pounce, a Golden Giant grunted and fell from the sky, landing with his body split into pieces, while An Xue already turned to pounce towards the second Golden Giant.
These five Golden Giants seemed to know that great disaster was upon them and fled in five different directions. Among them, one Golden Giant even tore open space itself, trying to escape this place.
"Su Yu, don’t let them get away," Tezcatlipoca’s voice echoed in Su Yu’s mind.
Su Yu responded, took one step, and "Endless Sky Soaring" allowed him to appear next to one of the Golden Giants. He stretched out his left Golden Palm, and his divine skill "Annihilation" activated, blowing up the Golden Giant from the inside. With another leap, he pursued into the space torn open by another Golden Giant. This Giant had just rushed in and was about to escape when Su Yu grasped his head and squeezed.
With a "pop," starting with the head, he exploded into oblivion in an instant.
At this moment, An Xue had killed the fourth Golden Giant. Su Yu smiled faintly. Seeing the last Golden Giant had already fled tens of thousands of meters away, he didn’t pursue, but suddenly threw a punch into the void from afar.
With a "pop," the punch passed through the void, created a gigantic black vortex, surpassed the distance of tens of thousands of meters, and struck the back of the fleeing Golden Giant.
"Howl—" The last Golden Giant spewed fresh blood from his mouth, his body immediately breaking in two, unleashing terrifying power within, exploding into nothingness. The divine being was gone, leaving nothing behind after death.
An Xue killed two Golden Giants, looked up to see Su Yu obliterating the other three, and suddenly appeared before him. Her jade-like face showed an indescribable expression of helplessness as she gazed at Su Yu, let out a long sigh, and said, "We have caused a huge disaster. You better run, as far as you can. The news of Mo Lier’s death should be delayed for half a day before the Lion’s Den Palace notices. You have half a day left, hurry and leave. Whether you can escape... will be up to fate."
As she spoke, a defeated look spread across her beautiful face, and a hint of despair flickered in her eyes. (To be continued. For more information, please visit www.qidian.com. The site contains more Chapters and supports the author and genuine reading!)
